Abstract

In football, the energy system used is aerobic endurance and anaerobic endurance. So every football player needs to have the quality of endurance in facing every match. The aim of this research is to determine the ability of aerobic endurance and the ability of anaerobic endurance. The subjects of this research were 20 junior football players aged 14 years. The research method in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The instruments used in the research were the Running Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST) for collecting data on anaerobic endurance and the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) for aerobic endurance. The percentage results of aerobic endurance were 3 people in the very poor category, 6 people in the poor category, 8 people in the sufficient category, and 3 people in the good category. Meanwhile, regarding anaerobic endurance, 8 people were in a good category, 6 people were in the sufficient category, and 3 people were in the very poor category. From the description results for the anaerobic endurance variable, the mean is 5.99, the standard deviation is 0.39. Meanwhile, from the results of the description for the aerobic endurance variable, the mean was 39.90, standard deviation of 4.73. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of aerobic and anaerobic training on endurance in junior football athletes in the city of Kediri. Even though it has an influence on the durability of this research, it has several limitations, namely limited subjects and age categories.

Enhancing futsal passing accuracy: Exploring the impact of passive and active passing training methods Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of passive and active passing training methods on passing ability. The method applied was an experiment with a two-group pretest-posttest research design. The population under study comprised all male members of the FIKes futsal team, totaling 30 athletes, with a purposive sampling technique used to obtain a sample of 20 athletes based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection instrument utilized was a modified passing and ball control test developed by Abdul Narlan (2017), with a validity of 0.707 and a reliability of 0.812. Data analysis consisted of prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. From the research findings, it was concluded that: (1) There was a significant impact of active passing training on passing accuracy, as evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test with a very low level of significance (p < 0.001). (2) Similarly, passive passing training also showed a significant influence on passing accuracy, with statistical test results indicating significance below the established threshold (p = 0.021). (3) Furthermore, a significant difference was observed between the treatment and control groups in terms of passing accuracy, in line with the results of the independent t-test which showed a significance value of 0.021.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the backpass method in improving short passing accuracy in soccer schools  Abstract: The research was conducted to determine the effect of the First touch-pass training model, the effect of the Backpass-passing training model, and to find out whether there was an increase in short passing accuracy after doing First touch-pass and backpass-passing training within a predetermined period of time. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The quasi-experimental research design used in this research is a Two-group pretest-posttest, namely an experimental design carried out on two different groups who received different training. This model uses an initial test (pretest) then after being given the treatment, another measurement (posttest) is carried out to determine the effects of the treatment, so that the magnitude of the effect of the experiment can be known with certainty. The training period spanned 18 meetings with a frequency of 3 times a week, the first-touch pass training method had an effect but did not experience a significant increase, and the backpass passing training method had a higher average value compared to the first-touch passing method. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the first-touch and backpass-passing training methods on increasing passing accuracy in SSB Bina Taruna Purworejo players in the 16-17-year-old age group. The passing training method using the backpass passing method is more effective than the first-touch passing method and can increase the accuracy of players at SSB Bina Taruna Purworejo.
