Abstract

Analysis of the Amelia Collection Convektion Marketing Strategy in Increasing Sales Volume under the guidance of Jusri and Andi Muhammad Irwan. This study aims to determine the position of the Amelia Collection Convektion by looking at its internal and external factors in marketing, as well as to find out what strategies are appropriate for Amelia Collection Convektion to be used in increasing sales volume through internal and external analysis of company. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method which aims to obtain an overview of the company’s internal and external factors. The date collection method in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation methods which were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research which were analyzed using SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Amelia Collection convection is in the first quadrant position which means strong/opportunity and the right strategy to use is SO strategy (Strengths + Opportunities) or aggressive strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to implement operational audits in the sales division of PT. CRYSTALINDO PERSADA provides positive benefits to increase efficiency and effectiveness as expected, this research is a case study, research method is descriptive qualitative by using primary data and secondary data, obtained based on the questionnaire, observation, questions and answers, and documentatation. With stages including determining audit objectives, audit planning (audit program), audit implementation, the results obtained are several findings, including 1) there are sales orders that canceled but are not declared canceled, 2) payments are not made by bank transfer, and 3) delay in delivery of goods to customers. It is hoped that these findings will provide recommendations to the company to be followed up so that it can improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales division

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the use of the Village Fund in the field of infrastructure development implementation on the welfare of the community and the use of the Village Fund in the field of community empowerment on the welfare of the people of Teluk Nilap Village, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province. The data used in this study is primary data using a cross sectional research design. This study uses the Spearman rank correlation analysis method with the help of SPSS for Windows version 24.0 software. From the results of the analysis, it can be said that the allocation of the Teluk Nilap Village Fund, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency in the field of infrastructure development has a positive and significant relationship with increasing community welfare. Abstract

The study is conducted on purpose to identify whether there is a significant influence of brand trust and brand equity on brand loyalty at KFC Probolinggo City or not. This study employed a quantitative approach which was a causal associative method. Besides, this study consisted of three variables which were brand trust (X1), brand equity (X2), and brand loyalty (Y). The study also used 10,030 populations and a sample of 263 respondents which applied a 10% error. The study employed non-probability sampling which was a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. As a result, based on the partial hypothesis testing, the testing result on the brand trust variable (X1) toward the brand loyalty variable (Y) obtains the score of tvalue>ttable  (6.442>1.650735) and the significance score is 0.000<0.05. On the other hand, the testing result of the brand equity variable (X2) on the brand royalty variable (Y) obtains the score of tvalue>ttable  (11.984>1.650735) and the significance score is 0.000<0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of brand trust and brand equity on brand loyalty at KFC Probolinggo City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work ethic, and work discipline on employee performance at the DPRD Sekwan Sungai Penuh City partially and simultaneously. Respondents of this study were 42 employees at the DPRD Sungai Penuh City. By performing multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F statistical test (simultaneous) and t statistical test (partial). Research results There is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance as evidenced by t count> t table (2,360> 2,05183) and the magnitude of the influence is 17%. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Ethics on employee performance as evidenced by t count> t table (2.732> 2.05183), and the magnitude of the influence is 18.8%. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance as evidenced by t count> t table (2.417> 2.05183), and the magnitude of the influence is 16.4%. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation, Work Ethic and Work Discipline on the employee performance of the Sekwan DPRD Sungai Penuh City, which can be proven by F count> F table (9.848> 2.96) and the magnitude of the influence is 52.2%. While the remaining 47.8% is explained by other causative factors which were not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, interpersonal communication and competence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci partially and simultaneously. The respondents of this study were 47 teachers at SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci. By performing multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F statistical test (simultaneous) and t statistical test (partial). The results of the research Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on the Teacher Performance of SMPN 34 Kerinci, this is evidenced by t count> t table (2,219> 2,01669) and with a significance value of 0.032 <0.050. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci, this is evidenced by t count> t table (2.255> 2.01669) and with a significance value of 0.029 <0.050. Competency has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, SMPN 34 Kerinci, this is evidenced by t arithmetic> t table (6.223> 2.01669). Organizational culture, interpersonal communication and competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, this is evidenced by F count> F table (21.932> 2.82), so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted, and with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). The amount of influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci partially is 9.2%. The amount of influence of Interpersonal Communication on Teacher Performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci partially is 9%. The amount of influence of competence on teacher performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci partially is 42.3%. The magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture, Interpersonal Communication and Competence on Teacher Performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci simultaneously amounted to 60.5%. while the rest (100% - 60.5%) which is 39.5% is explained by other causes which were not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Effect of Organizational Justice and Work Engagement on Organizational Commitment to the Staff of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire after testing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques are carried out using, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: There is a significant effect between Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment to the Staff of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count> t table (3.431> 2.04227). There is a significant influence between Organizational work involvement on Organizational Commitment to the Staff of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count> t table (4,192> 2,04227). There is the influence of organizational justice and work involvement affect the organizational commitment of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Staff Kerinci Regency simultaneously, this is evidenced by F count> Ftable (15,049> 3,32). The magnitude of the influence of organizational justice and work involvement on organizational commitment in the Department of Population and Civil Registration staff of Kerinci Regency is 50.1%, while the remaining 48.9% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study

This Study aims to determine how much influence the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Economic Value Added on the Stock Prices at PT. Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk. 2011-2020 period. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, career development on the performance of civil servants at the regional secretariat office of Majene Regency. Associative quantitative method was used in this study, and used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that competence, career development has a positive relationship to the performance of civil servants in the regional secretariat office of Majene Regency

Abstract

This problem is motivated by the use of Samsung brand smartphones. The research objectives are: 1) To determine the partial effect of motivation, attitudes and perceptions on consumer behavior in using Samsung brand smartphones in the Koto Baru Hiang Kab community. kerinci, 2) To determine the effect of motivation, attitudes and perceptions partially on consumer behavior in using Samsung brand smartphones in the Koto Baru Hiang Regency community. kerinci. The population in this study is the people of Koto Baru Hiang Kab. Kerinci. The sample for this study amounted to 90 respondents with the sampling technique of accidental sampling. The data analysis tools used are Likert Scale, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial and Simultaneous Coefficient of Determination, t-test and f-test. Based on the results of the study indicate that: Motivation has a significant and positive effect on consumer behavior 0.000 <0.05. Attitudes have a significant and positive effect on consumer behavior 0.000 <0.05. Perception has a significant and positive effect on consumer behavior 0.000 <0.05
