<![CDATA[School-Based Management (SBM) is an attempt to improve the quality of education. This study aims to determine the process of preparation, planning, implementation, management and community participation as well as the factors supporting the achievement of integrated education. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers of the Cijantung Sukatani State Elementary School, Purwakarta. The results showed that the planning process in the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) which includes the establishment of the School's Vision and Mission as well as the discipline carried out by every school member. The implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at SD Negeri Cijantung is planned and can be implemented properly.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the presence of many people who have a high level of intelligence, but are less able to realize success in their lives, this is caused by social and emotional intelligence factors, not a few people who are less able to control impulses , are less able to manage stress with good, also less able to communicate well and less able to recognize and solve problems, and less able to adapt and so on. Seeing this, it is necessary to conduct a study of this incident by taking samples from various examples in the community who are currently or have undergone the process of educating their children. Researchers conducted surveys and asked questions with people around and got various kinds of responses that were quite diverse. To achieve this goal, this research uses qualitative-descriptive research methods with literature study techniques. The results of this study obtained data and facts that early childhood education () is very important in providing a stimulus in growing hidden potentials in children, namely the dimensions of child development, and one of them is social emotional development in early childhood.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student achievement and learning activities in PAI learning in grade 4 SDN 3 through the application of Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning methods accompanied by concept maps. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 4th grade students of SDN 3 Malangntengah. Sources of data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are by test and non-test (observation, and interviews). Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) method accompanied by a concept map in PAI learning class 4 at SDN 3 Malangnengh could improve student achievement in the cognitive aspects of student mastery.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital marketing has been used in current business activities, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Digital marketing is a transition from conventional marketing to a digital system, this is because consumers are used to looking for needs and shopping online. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a narrative approach, using primary and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation with analytical techniques using SWOT analysis. The results of this study show that the community MSMEs in the village have developed well and have been proven to be able to increase the income of the community; The advantages of digital marketing in developing MSMEs are facilitating marketing, saving marketing costs, not recognizing space and time to provide services to consumers, increasing sales as well as maximizing profits.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure how far the influence of the service quality of airport security personnel on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport. Excellent service quality greatly affects passenger satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using the technique of Probability Sampling with Simple Random Side. Data collection is done offline and online. The results of this study indicate that the simple linear regression test gets a constant value of 4,600 which is a consistent value of Passenger Satisfaction (Y). while the results of the t test (partial) get a significant value of 0.000 which means that the value is smaller than the value of = 0.05 with a regression coefficient of 0.699 (positive), with the output results listed, it can be stated that the Quality of Airport Security Personnel Service has an influence which is positive and significant to Passenger Satisfaction. This shows that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the compounds contained in water hyacinth is delhinidine 3-diglucosin. The compound is a compound that has the potential as a sensor for cations and anions because it has active groups, namely OH- and O. This study used the maceration method, then several tests were carried out, which obtained a water content of 10.24% and an ash content of 14.67%. The solvatochromic test on distilled water, methanol and acetone showed that there was a bathochromic shift and a hipsochromic shift. Meanwhile, the ionochromic qualitative test showed that the identification of cations was better than the anion test. The cation results showed that in distilled water (Yellow), water hyacinth could identify Cu2+ and Fe3+ (Green), in methanol solvent (Green) for Fe3+ metal (Yellow) while in acetone solvent (Green) it could identify Pb2+, and Fe3+ ( Yellow).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance and company characteristics on transportation companies in Indonesia. The population in this study were 43 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the research sample consisted of 30 units of analysis using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, the coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that corporate governance as proxied by the independent board of commissioners and the audit committee is known that the independent board of commissioners has a negative and insignificant effect on . <![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of distance learning at the high school level. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 257 respondents. Based on the average calculation, the level of achievement of the effectiveness of Distance Learning in the RW 02 Kelurahan Jatiranggon in the new normal period is classified in the Good category, including in the Good category. Constraints that are quite often encountered are in terms of transferring knowledge from teachers to students. Where in practice, students feel the material provided is still difficult to understand, especially in subjects that require practicum, students need special guidelines that can help the practicum process become easier to understand even through a distance learning system. Another thing that is of concern is the low enthusiasm for reading experienced by students.]]>

The results of the discussion that Al-Ghazali's thoughts offer fair selling price determination by considering the abilities and needs of buyers and sellers. The selling price based on the value of justice will try to improve the dignity of human life by paying attention to the purchasing power of the people, entrepreneurs are only required to fulfill their needs.
