Nipah Beach is facing challenges of development, economic growth, and high community demand for land, which may negatively impact the sustainability of sea turtles. To mitigate this issue, the ecosystem of Nipah Beach must be appropriately zoned. The goal of beach ecosystem zonation is to allocate areas around the coast to the community and stakeholders based on the sensitivity of sea turtle habitats. This research aims to 1. Analyze the suitability of Nipah Beach in North Lombok Regency as a sea turtle habitat. 2. Design the zonation of the sea turtle conservation area in Nipah Beach, North Lombok Regency. The study uses an observation method, namely collecting data through direct inspection or careful inspection in the field or research location by dividing Nipah Beach into several observation stations. The results are analyzed using scoring techniques and spatial modeling, resulting in a map. Research results show that the suitability level of Nipah Beach as a sea turtle habitat ranges from 15-46 points, with station two having the highest score and station six having the lowest. Stations two and three, and part of station five are prioritized as protection zone areas, station four and part of station five and one as a captive zone area, and the rest as limited-use zones

Sugar palm (Arenga pinnata), a multi-purpose tree species (MPTS), has significant ecological and economic benefits. However, the imbalance between the benefits of this plant and its development is a concern. After reaching 50 years of age, the sugar palm tree can no longer reproduce, necessitating the need for cultivation. The primary challenge in cultivating this plant is its hard seed coat. While acidic ingredients have been used to break seed dormancy, natural ingredients are not commonly utilized. This study employed an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). The study design included three factors: maturity level (K), soaking solution treatment (B), and soaking time (L). The parameters assessed in this study were maximum growth potential, germination capacity, leaf length, leaf area, number of leaves, stem diameter, stem length, primary root length, number of roots, and apical shoot length. The results indicate that soaking treatment did not significantly affect the parameters, except for root length. The maturity level treatment also did not significantly impact the parameters. However, K2 seeds (uniform yellow) showed better results in all parameters than other maturity levels, and B3 (100% coconut water) was the soaking solution that yielded positive results

Researchers believe that most cases of cleft lip and cleft palate are caused by genetic and environmental factors. Nevertheless, the exact cause was not found. Nevertheless there are allegations that the condition of the cleft lip and palate has something to do with osteogenesis imperfecta with the heterozygous mutation COL1A2 and the formation of triple helix DNA accompanied by Tetralogy of Fallot in children with a maternal history of catatonic schizophrenia followed by the use of valproic acid and type II diabetes mellitus. Then, it is also found in babies with cleft lip and sky conditions usually accompanied by other congenital anomaly, but not always. This then further gives rise to speculation that there are links between the above variables and the cleft lip and palate. Therefore. Knowing the Relationship Between Cleft Lip and Palate Events with osteogenesis imperfecta with heterozygous mutation COL1A2 and triple helix DNA formation accompanied by Tetralogy of Fallot in children with a maternal history of catatonic schizophrenia followed by the use of valproic acid and type II diabetes mellitus. This research is a Systematic Review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses method or commonly called PRISMA, this method is carried out systematically by following the correct research stages or protocols. The source was taken from the Google Scholar site with journals published in 2017-2023 and then screened the results of 1,870 journals. Journal clustering was carried out and the number of Q1 indexed journals was obtained in 4 journals, Q3 in 1 journal, and Q4 in 1 journal so that there were 6 journals extracted. The entire journal does not directly discuss the relationship between the research variables, but only provides an overview of the increased risk of celestial cleft conditions in babies if the expectant mother has type 2 diabetes mellitus conditions, osteogenesis imperfect, and the relationship of the two health conditions to the possibility of birth of the baby with the Tetralogy of Fallot condition, as well as the relationship of the baby to the condition of the cleft lip and palate and tetralogy of fallot
