<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of distance learning at the high school level. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 257 respondents. Based on the average calculation, the level of achievement of the effectiveness of Distance Learning in the RW 02 Kelurahan Jatiranggon in the new normal period is classified in the Good category, including in the Good category. Constraints that are quite often encountered are in terms of transferring knowledge from teachers to students. Where in practice, students feel the material provided is still difficult to understand, especially in subjects that require practicum, students need special guidelines that can help the practicum process become easier to understand even through a distance learning system. Another thing that is of concern is the low enthusiasm for reading experienced by students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide an overview of price fairness according to the thoughts of Al – Ghazali and Thomas Aquinas. Descriptive research using the primary data source Ihya Ulumiddin book, secondary data sources: books and journals. The data analysis method used descriptive qualitative. The results of the discussion that Al-Ghazali's thoughts offer fair selling price determination by considering the abilities and needs of buyers and sellers. The selling price based on the value of justice will try to improve the dignity of human life by paying attention to the purchasing power of the people, entrepreneurs are only required to fulfill their needs. Thomas Aquinas thought that a fair price has benefits for society that are considered necessary for the reproduction of social order, and are only sufficient to cover the costs of production, including the maintenance of a worker and his family so that the wages given are appropriate.]]>

The thing that needs to be considered is character education that must be instilled from an early age. Education in the family which will be the foundation of character in behaving and behaving in society. However, with the development of media and technology, it becomes a challenge in character education. Many parents give their children the freedom they can by buying cellphones to play gametes from an early age. They reasoned that this action would be safer and easier to monitor the activities of the baby. But they have not thought about how the game affects the development that arises from the habit of playing games. Many negative impacts that will arise include: it will be difficult to socialize, slow in motor development, and significant behavioral changes. <![CDATA[This study is a quantitative study to understand the effect of exchange rates and inflation on stock returns of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. The population of this study were 26 retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using purposive sampling so that the sample for this study is 6 retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2020 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. In this study, the processed data is official data which is accessed through the IDX's official website (www.idx.co.id). The results show that, by applying the Statistical Package For the Social Science (SPSS) version 26, regarding the impact of exchange rates and inflation on stock returns of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using statistically calculated data, the authors conclude that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on stock returns of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Inflation has no significant positive effect on stock returns of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the level of influence of service quality and satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. The target population is all customers who use deposit services. Determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula, so the number of samples as many as 97 customers. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who had been targeted. The results showed that service quality and satisfaction partially or simultaneously affect customer loyalty. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The implication of this research is that service quality and satisfaction are empirically proven to have an impact on increasing customer loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays more and more inserted in the marriage culture is the presence of hand decoration using henna. Although the use of henna is not stated in certain religious or cultural laws, there is a reason used by prospective brides to use henna as decorative accessories on the back of the hand when performing traditional marriages. The difference in meaning in denotation and connotation is the basic basis for the use of henna in traditional wedding processions, this is also seen in the Sumbawa cultural custom processions. This study uses an ethnographic point of view with qualitative descriptive research methods, sources of information obtained from secondary interviews and literature reviews in the form of books and scientific journals that are in accordance with the research. So that an explanation is obtained based on Roland Barhtes' symbol chart regarding the use of henna on the back of the hand of the prospective bride.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of the service quality dimension on the satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia airline service users at Juanda Airport Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 196 respondents. Service quality has a significant positive impact on passenger satisfaction on Garuda Indonesia airlines simultaneously. However, there are only four variables that have a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of air transportation service users partially, namely tangible, reliability, assurance, and empathy, while one other variable, namely responsiveness, has no significant effect. The influence of the service quality variable that is more dominant on passenger satisfaction is reliability. The results showed that 68.6% of Garuda Indonesia's customer satisfaction was influenced by service quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Literary work, is a creation of the author, which in itself has an autonomous structure that can be understood as a unified whole. Therefore, to understand its meaning, a literary work must be studied based on its own structure. Things that are extrinsic such as writers, readers, or socio-cultural environments must be ruled out, because they do not have a direct relationship with the structure of the literary work. In this study, the researcher tries to discuss one of the short stories by Dr. Taufik el-Hakim, entitled Ana Al-Maut which is contained in his anthology of short stories entitled Arinillaha. This research uses Robert Stanton's structural analysis. The main basis for this analysis is the work itself, as well as the building blocks of its structure. In works of fiction, the building blocks of the structure consist of story facts, themes and story tools. The facts of the story consist of characters, plot and setting. The means of the story are the title, point of view, style and tone, irony and so on. After analyzing, the researcher found a harmonious integration between form and content in the work, so that this work has a beautiful value and high quality.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze how the influence of taxpayer awareness, tax witnesses and tax knowledge on individual taxpayer compliance partially or simultaneously at KP2KP Kuta Cane Aceh Tengara. The approach used in this study is an associative approach and the type used is quantitative. The population used in this study was 12,986 and the sample was 100 using the puroposive sampling technique. Observations were made from November-June 2021. The data analysis technique used in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test) and Determinant Coefficient Test. Data processing in this study using SPSS Statistics Package (Dor The Social Sciences) Version 23. The results of this study conclude that partially taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, taxpayer awareness, tax witnesses and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions and tax knowledge have a positive and significant impact on individual taxpayer compliance at KP2KP KutaCane Aceh Tenggara.]]>

Based on this background, the authors are interested in conducting research that examines the management of early childhood education in Bunda Wardah Kindergarten, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City. The formulation of the problem in this study is "how is the management of early childhood education in Bunda Wardah Kindergarten, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City?". This study aims to determine whether the process of early childhood education management in Bunda Wardah Kindergarten is in accordance with the implementation steps or not. The type of research that the author uses is phenomenological. The object of this research is the management of early childhood education. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation.
