The production calculation system is carried out before the production process of plastic raw materials is carried out. The process is done to find out the amount of production based on purchase orders in a company. Often the occurrence of loss or frame of data in the production calculation process because it is still in the form of document archives and untidy scheduling processes. Research is intensively conducted, detailed to find out the problems that occur in the process of calculating plastic raw materials through the process of approaching study cases in the company to produce user requirments specifications and system design. In connecting user incomprehension regarding technical and clarifying the specifications of the user's desired needs in the software development process using prototype methods. Android-based plastic raw material production calculation system in order to help in the production process and scheduling process that is in accordance with the order. The success of an organization or company is influenced by the competence of human resources in it in carrying out its duties. Assessment of competence in the company is very important because it is necessary to determine the level of competence of employees. So far, the competency level assessment is still done manually by providing certain criteria by the Personnel Department (HRD). The number of criteria and employees employed is quite difficult in the assessment of employee competency. In addition, the quality of employee work is also often changing. This is very influential on the future prospects of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze and know the pattern of employee competency level. The research method used is Decission Tree Learning (DCT). The C4.5 algorithm is part of DCT. Algorithm C4.5, the data mining technique to create a decision tree that represents rules or rules. Of the 257 overall employee data is divided into two partitions, 80% for training data and 20% data testing. The result of application of algorithm C4.5 got its accuracy 80,39% with calculation of RapidMiner 5.3. This research produces a pattern of competency level that can be used by PT Multistrada Arah Sarana for employee monitoring process to determine whether or not to need training or promotion promotion

Kegiatan rilis data pada pendataan Potensi Desa (Podes) Badan Pusat Statistik pada kurun waktu sembilan tahun terakhir, selalu mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk meminimalisir agar keterlambatan tidak terjadi secara berulang, penelitian bertujuan memprediksi kinerja petugas berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal sebagai informasi kegiatan di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Pemilihan atribut pada penelitian ini menggunaan nilai gain informasi dan Correlation feature selection (CFS), selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan dengan algoritma Pohon Keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan akurasi prediksi pada petugas organik BPS meningkat sebesar 10.57 % dari 63,19 % menjadi 69,87 % dengan faktor penentu keterlambatan adalah beban kerja, track record dan kemudahan lokasi, sedangkan pada petugas mitra dengan menggunakan metode CFS akurasi prediksi meningkat sebesar 24,11 % dari 65,78 % menjadi 81,643 % dengan faktor penentu keterlambatan adalah nilai pendalaman,kemampuan bekerja dalam tim, dan profesionalitas.

Manusia secara alami menggunakan ekspresi wajah untuk berkomunikasi dan menunjukan emosi mereka dalam berinteraksi sosial. Ekspresi wajah termasuk kedalam komunikasi non-verbal yang dapat menyampaikan keadaan emosi seseorang kepada orang yang telah mengamatinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA) untuk proses ekstraksi ciri pada citra ekspresi dan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) sebagai prosesi klasifikasi emosi, dengan menggunakan data Facial Expression Recognition-2013 (FER-2013) dilakukan proses training dan testing untuk menghasilkan nilai akurasi dan pengenalan emosi wajah. Hasil pengujian akhir mendapatkan nilai akurasi pada metode PCA sebesar 59,375% dan nilai akurasi pada pengujian metode CNN sebesar 59,386%.

In the preparation of weather forecasts information there are several obstacles, involving many sources of data and weather forecasts relying on the ability of the forerunner, so that the interpretations produced may differ between forecasters because of their own experience. Differences in interpretation can confuse users and potentially reduce the quality of information submitted. Based on this problem the author intends to study the forecast model with data mining using ID3 algorithm to obtain the appropriate model so as to facilitate the process of weather analysis and forecast. In building the application, data obtained from BMKG website is addressed dataonline.bmkg.go.id and the data taken is datacuaca on January 1, 2012 through November 30, 2015 for a total of 2414 data and 9 attributes. After the selection of attributes (only weather related attributes) and removing damaged data (incomplete data and outliers), the data is reduced to 1790 and attributes reduced to 6 pieces. In the testing process performed with 179 data (10% of the data set) random, it is known that there are 112 databases corresponding to the actual weather data. So it can be concluded that the accuracy of 73.74%.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menghasilkan begitu banyak layanan bagi masyarakat yang telah menerapkan Information and Communication Technology (ICT) bahkan dalam dunia pendidikan pelayanannya hapir sudah berbasis ICT. Salah satu bentuk penerapan ICT pada pendidikan yaitu sistem pembelajaran online (SPON). SPON merupakan sebagian sistem pendidikan yang memanfaatkan aplikasi elektronik sebagai pendukung proses belajar mengajar dengan media internet atau jaringan komputer. Tujuan penerapan SPON yaitu untuk menghadapi beberapa kendalan saat sistem pembelajaran masih menggunkan metode lama (tradisional). Metode tradisional yang diterapkan di era milenial dianggap sudah tidak relevan sehingga terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan, seperti keterbatasan tempat, lokasi, waktu dan budaya pendidikan yang berkembang sesuai pada jamanya, yang segala sesuatunya dapat diperoleh hanya dengan melalui smartphone. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pembelajaran baru yang dapat diakses dan dapat dilakukan dimanapun tanpa dibatasi oleh tempat, waktu, maupun lokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian R&D agar hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai perkembangan suatu gaya proses sistem pembelajaran baru yang dapat menyesuaikan budaya belajar peserta didik di era milenial yang dapat dilakukan tanpa dibatasi oleh tempat, waktu dan keadaan tertentu.

Metode peramalan dalam teknologi komputasi sangatlah beragam, beberapa metode yang ada antara lain Peramalan ARIMA, Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), dan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST). Pada artikel ini menyampaikan tentang usaha sebuah penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengetahui kinerja jaringan saraf dalam memprediksi jumlah pengunjung wisata museum (studi kasus di musium Sunan Drajat Lamongan). Metode yang digunakan adalah Matlab yang digunakan untuk menganalisis sebuah data yang kemudian dibentuk sebuah arsitektur jaringan terbaik aktif meramalkan jumlah pengunjung musium Sunan Drajat dengan skema 2-6-1 (2 neuron masukan, lapisan tersembunyi 6 neuron, satu neuron output) dengan nilai MSE terkecil 0,00000000277. Nilai MSE selama pelatihan sebesar 7858.75 sedangkan pada saat pengujian di 5.309.807.667. Kesalahan rata-rata hasil simulasi peramalan jumlah wisatawan ke musium Sunan Drajat dalam periode dari Maret hingga Mei 2019 sebesar 9,5%.

News is a primary thing in the daily life of a person because human life definitely requires an information. That information can be about jobs, education, and so forth. With news, someone knows something new, without news, a person can be said as a frog in a shell. One can access the news through various media, those are; print media, electronic media, and internet media. Most people want news that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Thus the M-News application can make a news becomes portable news and how news writers can immediately provide a message at that time. The system of this application is client serverfor the news writers and readers that can give and receive the latest information. The main target of this news service users are mobile users such as mobile phones. Android is a smartphone operating system that is being developed at this time. Android has many advantages over other operating systems. Among others, the operating system can be changed in accordance with the users’ needs and there are many computer applications available for Android smartphones. Therefore, Android is currently becoming the most enthused technology nowadays. Android application used to help the news writers to deliver the news and the news anchors to receive the latest news.

Use of protective gear helmet head is often considered unimportant and trivial by workers. Whereas the use of protective headgear helmet is very important and affect the safety and health of workers. Kedisiplina workers to use protective gear head is still low so that the risk of accidents that could endanger workers large enough. In this research aims to detect protective equipment head helmet on video. In this study, the method used is the Haar Cascade Classifier. The system consists of two main processes, namely the process of training data and the detection process. This method of training process has four main processes, haar-like feature, integral image, no-boost and cascade classifier. Haar-like feature is a collection of special features presented the head, face and helmet. Citra is how to quickly calculate integrals haar feature. While no-boost are statistically weighted feature values are obtained and filtered using a cascade classifier. The detection process in this study there are two processes, the first detection process whether human or not, if the result of human detected will continue the process of detection of whether to use a helmet or not. Detection system testing is done individually using helmet colors red, blue and yellow. It obtained accuracy rate of 92%, while the testing group obtained the degree of accuracy of 71%.

The problem that existed in the health service agency in this case is the health center, namely the determination of the recipient of public health insurance (Jamkesmas), although in practice the determination of recipients Jamkesmas already using the computer, but only limited to the support and there is no system that can be used to support the retrieval Decisions based on existing variables. The decision support system for determining the members of Jamkesmas recipients, where the system is used to help determine the recipients of Jamkesmas to be provided in accordance with their respective groups to accelerate the work of determining the provision of Jamkesmas. The system can assist the puskesmas in determining the members of Jamkesmas beneficiaries in accordance with the appropriate class to the community who want to become the members of Jamkesmas beneficiaries at the Puskesmas. This decision support system using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method, which will provide a decision solution to the puskesmas in determining the members of the public health insurance (Jamkesmas).
