Abstract

Service quality is a key element in organizational success, especially in the public and private service sectors. A quality work culture has an important role in establishing superior service standards. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between quality work culture and high service standards in an effort to increase customer satisfaction and organizational performance. This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. The research sample involved employees of the Ministry of Religion regional offices in Central Kalimantan from various service-focused departments. Data was collected through a questionnaire assessing employee perceptions of work culture as service standards, as well as through available organizational performance data. Data analysis was performed using statistical regression techniques. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between quality work culture and high service quality. A work culture that is supported by values ​​such as integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility and exemplary tends to produce better service standards. These findings provide evidence that investing in the establishment of a quality work culture is the key to achieving quality service standards and supporting organizational success.

Abstract

Employee work productivity is a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization. The work environment and compensation are two factors that can influence the productivity of employees. A comfortable and conducive work environment can boost employees' morale, while fair and competitive compensation can enhance their motivation. This research aims to investigate the impact of the work environment and compensation on employee work productivity. The study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of the research comprises all employees at PT Satya Dinamika Mandiri. The sample size is 105 individuals, and data are collected through a questionnaire. Regression analysis is utilized to analyze the data and identify causal relationships among variables. The research results indicate that the work environment and compensation, when considered simultaneously, significantly affect the work productivity of employees. The work environment has a greater influence on employee work productivity compared to compensation. Based on these findings, companies need to pay attention to both factors to enhance employee work productivity. It is crucial for organizations to create a comfortable and conducive work environment and provide fair and competitive compensation. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of companies in creating a conducive work environment and adequate compensation system to increase employee productivity and welfare. By understanding and managing these aspects, companies can design more effective human resource management strategies to achieve organizational goals optimally.

Abstract

The value of a company is a crucial variable considered by investors in making investment decisions. Company value can be predicted using various factors, one of which is company size and financial performance. This research aims to examine the influence of company size and financial performance on company value. The study utilizes empirical data from LQ45-listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2022. Secondary data from 16 LQ45 companies, comprising 80 financial reports, are employed as the research data source. Panel data regression analysis is used for research analysis. The research results indicate that company size and financial performance have a positive influence on company value. Company size positively affects company value because larger-sized companies tend to have higher competitive advantages. Financial performance positively influences company value because companies with strong financial performance tend to have the potential to generate greater profits for shareholders.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of e-catalogs as a strategic government initiative in combating fraud in the procurement of goods and services. E-catalogs represent an innovation in the procurement process expected to enhance transparency, speed, and reliability in the selection of suppliers by the government. The research employs a juridical normative approach, detailing references from books, regulations, and relevant literature. The findings of the research indicate that the use of e-catalogs has had a positive impact on clarity, process acceleration, and ease in selecting suppliers. However, the study also identifies potential security loopholes that need attention to enhance resilience against fraud within the system. While e-catalogs enable open access to prices, the research highlights the need for additional strategies to address the potential for high price negotiations. The implications of these findings can serve as a foundation for the government to continually develop and improve the security of e-catalogs as an effective tool in maintaining integrity and transparency in the procurement of goods and services.

Abstract

Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has grown and developed in the digital era, exhibiting distinct characteristics in terms of personality and work motivation compared to previous generations. This research aims to analyze the impact of personality and motivation on the work productivity of Generation Z in the workplace. The study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, targeting a sample of 200 Generation Z workers employed in various companies in Palembang city. Data is collected through a questionnaire containing questions about personality, motivation, and work productivity. The results of the research indicate that personality and motivation significantly influence the work productivity of Generation Z. Open, flexible, and future-oriented personalities positively affect the work productivity of Generation Z. Specifically, an open personality encourages Generation Z to adapt more easily to changes and new situations. Intrinsic motivation, characterized by the desire to engage in activities for pleasure or satisfaction, also enhances the work productivity of Generation Z. This is because intrinsic motivation propels Generation Z to work with enthusiasm and commitment.

Abstract

Within the economic landscape of Depok City, the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector holds a pivotal position, contributing significantly to the local economy. Despite its importance, a myriad of challenges confront MSMEs in the city, encompassing issues related to financial access and insufficient financial literacy. Consequently, this study seeks to empirically examine and elucidate the influence of financial inclusion and financial literacy, with business sustainability serving as an intermediary variable within the MSME sector of Depok City. Utilizing the Non-Probability sampling method, this research engaged MSME participants in Depok City, with a population of 7911, employing the Slovin formula to determine a representative sample size of 200. Employing the Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method for data analysis, this quantitative research aims to contribute valuable insights to the existing body of knowledge. The findings reveal a discernible impact of Financial Inclusion on both the Performance and Sustainability of MSMEs. Similarly, Financial Literacy emerges as a significant factor influencing the Performance and Sustainability of MSMEs. Furthermore, Business Sustainability is identified as a mediating factor, demonstrating its capacity to mediate the relationship between Financial Inclusion and MSME Performance, as well as between Financial Literacy and MSME Performance. This study serves as a valuable reference for MSME stakeholders, underscoring the imperative nature of accessible banking services for optimal financial outcomes. The results advocate for enhanced financial literacy as a means to fortify the performance and sustainability of MSMEs. In conclusion, the study attests to the resilience of many MSMEs in Depok City, substantiating their ability to endure and thrive in their business endeavors, evident by a sustained operational existence exceeding five years.

Abstract

In the organizational context, leadership assumes a pivotal role as a foundational element in executing functions and wielding authority. Occupying positions of prominence and wielding significant authority, leaders possess the capacity to effectively oversee and guide the organization. The leader's strategic positioning is indispensable, rendering them a key ally in advancing the collective interests of the organization's various echelons, ranging from the grassroots to the uppermost tiers, with a steadfast commitment to objective-oriented pursuits. This research endeavors to scrutinize the responses, perceptions, and evaluations of lecturers regarding the leadership exhibited by heads of study programs, thereby furnishing a comprehensive and contextual comprehension of the intricacies of leadership dynamics. The study was conducted at Pamulang University, focusing on the Undergraduate Management study program within the Faculty of Economics and Business. Primary respondents comprised level one lecturers who concurrently served as developers of the study program. Employing a simple random sampling technique facilitated by the distribution of direct questionnaires, the research data underwent analysis through qualitative descriptive methods. Findings from the research reveal that the leadership style demonstrated by the head of the Undergraduate Management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business embodies democratic characteristics. This is evidenced by the active involvement of developer lecturers in all facets of the tri dharma activities and the decision-making processes inherent to the study program.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of growth opportunity, investment decisions and financial performance on company value in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study consisted of 27 healthcare companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the 2017-2021 period. In carrying out the research, the data used was secondary data and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique to obtain 8 healthcare companies that met the sample criteria. The regression model used in this research is a panel data regression model and was tested using the eviews 12 application with the f test (variance analysis), t test (significant test), and coefficient of determination test and panel data regression as analysis tools. The research results show that the independent variables jointly influence company value in the f test. In the t test, the growth opportunity variable and the company performance variable have a partial effect on company value and investment decisions do not have a significant effect on company value. And overall the independent variables are able to predict company value on a scale of 91,78%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Sales Growth and Capital Structure on Share Prices with Firm Size as a Moderating Variable in the Consumer Non-Cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, the population used in this research was 112 companies with a selected sample of 34 companies. Statistical testing uses Econometric Views 12. The results of this study show that (1) Partial sales growth does not have a significant effect on stock prices, (2) Partial capital structure has a significant effect on stock prices, (3) Partial sales growth and capital structure simultaneously has a significant effect on the Stock Price variable, (4) Firm Size is not able to moderate the influence of Sales Growth on Stock Prices, (5) Firm Size is able to moderate the relationship between the Capital Structure variable and Stock Prices.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how developments in information technology have brought significant changes to the field of accounting in financial reports. This influence also adapts and influences human culture in the social system in the current pandemic era. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis techniques. Research data was obtained from the financial reports of 7 food companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, which were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The partial research results show that the influence of information technology and culture on accounting financial reports has a positive or negative effect in the current pandemic era. However, simultaneously information technology and organizational culture factors make a large contribution to the quality of accounting financial reports with a percentage of 63,02%.
