Abstract

Assessment Kompetisi Minimum (AKM) is an assessment of the basic competencies possessed by students on a national scale. One of the skills required to participate in the AKM is numeracy literacy. To train these abilities, students must get used to working on numeracy literacy questions. However, at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan which is located in Labuhanbatu, the treasury of numeracy literacy questions is still lacking and those that use the socio-cultural context of Labuhanbatu do not yet exist. Abstract

The state of nature means that there is no government. In the context of the state of Nature, there are three shops of philosophers whose ideas about the state of nature can be discussed. The three are Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Jean Jacques Rousseau where the three philosophers have different views on the state of nature. The absence of government is closely related to human morals, which means that there are no restrictions on actions taken by humans against themselves or others because they are not regulated in a constitution or norm. If studied in the contemporary era, the state of nature is very irrelevant because it can be seen now that even though there are countries and governments and laws that bind society, there are still many people who violate these laws. This research uses a literature study approach by using qualitative methods in examining various kinds of problems regarding the state of nature. In conducting research, the author collects various kinds of readings such as journals, books and so on to explain the concept of the natural state according to the topics discussed.

Abstract

With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and communication, social media tends to be used as the main pillar in delivering information digitally, communicating in business, helping product marketing, communicating with customers and suppliers, and reducing costs that must be incurred conventionally. Social media that are usually used are those that are open and whose existence is recognized by the wider community and are made in various forms of platforms with a structured system or known as social media networks. One of the users of the social media network is household MSME actors, especially those affected by Covid-19 which has caused a decrease in the number of buyers in MSME businesses. With easy and fast access to social media networks, MSME actors are expected to be bolder in promoting their products because there is no time limit on their use and the wide range of product marketing areas to the global market, thus making social media networks an effective marketing medium. However, household MSME products still have obstacles in penetrating the export market, namely obstacles in quality standards. To overcome this, household MSME actors need to understand and apply marketing strategies that support efforts to increase competitiveness by using social media networks in the face of increasingly fierce business competition. MSME actors must also make extensive use of social media networks in developing their businesses so that they can progress quickly and be ready globally. In this article, the discussion focuses on the importance of understanding and applying marketing strategies for household MSME products on social media networks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the proof of damage to seals or security signs in customs crimes at Gorontalo customs and excise office and to find out what factors influence the proof of damage to seals in customs crimes at Gorontalo customs and excise office. Implementation This research is doctrinal legal research, namely research that provides systematic exposure to regulations governing certain legal categories, analyzes the relationship between regulations, explains areas that experience obstacles, and predicts future developments. The forms of proof of the crime of destroying the seal or security sign in the customs sector can be carried out by importers, exporters, law enforcement officers, entrepreneurs managing customs services, by legal entities, and individuals. Customs crimes can cause losses to the state, so prevention and law enforcement efforts, especially the application of criminal sanctions, are a means that can prevent and eradicate customs crimes. To prevent the occurrence of other forms of criminal acts in the customs sector, especially the destruction of security seals/signs, it is necessary to coordinate and cooperate between government agencies and law enforcement officers as well as the community to carry out supervision in the form of monitoring all customs activities and evaluating and reporting and taking action if there are activities. which violates Law Number 17 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 10 of 1995 concerning Customs. For the Government to establish a special prison or detention center for perpetrators of the crime of breaking the security seal in Gorontalo province at the Customs and Excise Office of Gorontalo, to facilitate the investigation process. And without the participation of the community, law enforcement will not be achieved optimally, public awareness to obey the law is very much needed and increases the role model for the community itself

Abstract

The conflicts that occurred gave an understanding that North Sumatra is not socially desolate from conflict, researchers see that the conflict that occurred in North Sumatra is essentially indicated sara conflict (ethnic, religious, racial and Intergroup) related to economic issues, politics, law and social injustice of the owner of authority. Although the researcher's view is still debatable, and there are those who hold the opposite view but according to the researcher only for reasons of temporary tranquility, even counter-productive and not solutive, which tends to remain silent is not solved wisely. The case-asus conflict is not pure sara, but the real driver is sara factor. Although not all conflicts are caused by sara, but major cases that have a national impact can be categorized as sara's background Despite various prevention and synergy efforts by the authorities (government) with a number of economic, socio-religious, social ethnic, social cultural and socio-political policies. This is because conflict in society is theoretically an inevitability due to social interaction itself. But if the conflict continues to occur, it means that the community has problems as a sick society. The power of social immun against conflict is weak, because it requires the power and authority and policy in intervening (as a force to force) to be able to regulate society towards harmony and social goodness, either in the form of regulations, laws with sangsinya that regulate the course of social life towards a more harmonious. But the rules and regulations issued by the government are sometimes not enough to satisfy everyone, it can lead to new conflicts in society. This should certainly get attention. In addition, it is necessary that the culture has the values of local wisdom in addition to traditional figures, and charismatic figures who have social authority to create harmony of society, the latter as alleged researchers, especially charismatic figures no longer exist in the midst of society, if there are they are old, while the replacement is not there, as a result, the community does not have role models that can be seen policies in managing the community who use many non-formal means such as cultural policies (culture) as implemented by the governor of North Sumatra EWP. Tambunan in 1979, the conflict was resolved by cutting buffaloes and eating with all elements of society, speaking and showing heart and will so that everything is complete, while the court decisions issued by formal authorities, can only solve the problem on the surface, but not solve the problem satisfactorily.

Abstract

The actual problem of religious education in schools/madrasas at this time is the incompatibility of the results of religious education taught in schools/madrasas with the demands of religious teachings themselves, religious education tends to be oriented to the process of transferring religious knowledge and has not fully aimed at actualizing human nature as referred to in QS. al-'Araf/ 6:172 and Ar-Rum verse 30, namely individuals who submit and obey hanif. It is necessary to study specifically what the implications of human nature are with learning. Man created by God has physical and psychological potential, the potential that allows him to submit and obey God and become a caliph on earth. For this potential to exist in human life, efforts to grow and develop this religious nature must go through education, guidance, learning, and training both physically and mentally. formal or informal. For this reason, it is necessary to formulate educational/learning objectives, plan learning materials, and implement the learning process that must be in line with human nature.
