Abstract

The monitoring and evaluation system is a routine process of collecting data and measuring progress on program objectives/monitoring changes, which focuses on processes and outputs. Monitoring involves accounting for what is done. Monitoring involves observing the quality of the services provided while evaluation is the use of social research methods to systematically investigate program effectiveness/assess the program's contribution to change (goal/objective) and assess the need for improvement, continuation or expansion of the program (recommendations). The first aim of this system is to be able to process data efficiently and accurately, the second aim is to assist the financial management unit (UPK) in inputting loan fund installments to make it easier to process data so as not to make calculation errors and record errors and to improve services to Community Self-Help Groups (KSM) better as borrowers, the third objective is to facilitate monitoring of loan fund evaluation which can be monitored and evaluated at any time, both the rate of return of loan funds and the level of loan fund congestion. In this system, the interface-based monitoring and evaluation model is one of the services provided by the operating system as a means of interaction between the user and the operating system. The interface is an operating system component that comes into direct contact with the user. This application was created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and a Client Server-based MySQL database.

Abstract

Trimegah Cipta Mandiri is a company that operates in the service sector, namely outsourcing or what is known as outsourcing and this company, so far, for marketing still uses telephone, print media and comes directly to the prospective employment company so it cannot find out information about PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri is complete and up to date and takes quite a long time and costs quite a lot. Apart from that, when work relations require new potential workers, they experience difficulties, because they do not know directly the data about potential new workers. The purpose of writing this thesis is to design a web-based ordering system at PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri, so that it can act as a liaison between PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri and work relations without being limited by the location of a region and access times, as well as ease of obtaining information about prospective workers. new work required by work relations. The research methods used included field studies and literature studies. Field studies include interviews and direct observations. Meanwhile, literature research is carried out by looking for materials that are relevant to the problem. Design methods include system analysis in the form of Flow of Documents, system design in the form of Context Diagrams, DFD, ERD, Normalization. The results of the design are applied in the form of web design using the PHP programming language and database management using MySQL. After the system analysis and design has been carried out, it can be seen that PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri requires a more effective and efficient method of processing and data collection, so that it is hoped that it will be able to produce information quickly, precisely and accurately which is useful for improving services to work relations.

Abstract

The selection system at Bina Negara Gubug Vocational School Jl. KH. Hasan Anwar No.9 Gubug currently processes data on the criteria for each student for each type of scholarship. It does not yet have a database system but uses a computerized system with Microsoft Excel, so there are often delays in the selection process in preparing the selection report for scholarship recipients. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model by Borg and Gall with 6 steps of development, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Premilinary Form of Product, Premilinary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing. The scholarship selection decision support system application product uses the SAW (Simple Additive Waighting) method. Visual Basic 6.0 development software and Microsoft Access database. This system can provide a useful solution for the decision-making system for selecting scholarship recipients for schools so that a better and faster selection can be achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to design a financial report recording system at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya. By creating a financial reporting system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the bookkeeping department to record financial data, as well as to make reports more quickly, which are used by the insurance company as a management tool for financial activities at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya. Likewise, the aim of the research entitled "Financial Report Recording System at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya" is to prepare reports that are equipped with data security, namely passwords. The research results of the financial report recording system at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya are to make it easier to record cash flows, as well as to make financial reports more quickly and efficiently. The conclusion from the results of this research is that this system can facilitate the activity of recording financial report transactions so that errors do not occur in recording, users can easily present financial reports more quickly so as to minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports easily. affective and efficient results so that they can support and speed up decision making.

Abstract

The activity of using office facilities such as turning on lights is usually carried out manually by human physical effort. Unbeknownst, this activity reduces the effectiveness of office users' performance and raises concerns about excessive electricity usage due to not knowing whether the lights are still on or have been turned off. Therefore, a smart office application based on the Internet of Things is needed to control the lighting conditions and monitor electricity usage. In this study, the device is developed using several sensors including Pzem-004T, RTC, LDR, and Firebase database. The research results in (1) light control can be done through an Android application utilizing the Firebase database divided into two modes: automatic and manual; (2) by utilizing serial communication from Esp32 with PZEM004T, the smartphone application can display real-time data and usage history to facilitate users in controlling and monitoring the lights; (3) light sensors (LDR) and Ultrasonic Sensors (HC_SR 04) function well to adjust the range of values as considerations for when the lights should turn on and off; (4) with PZEM004T-V3.0, the application can monitor energy usage, even up to the total cost of usage.

Abstract

In carrying out the process of grounding coffee manually, some people still rely on manual tools and based solely on the help of human hands, ineffectiveness often occurs. If the coffee beans are processed manually, the process will take quite a long time or if the coffee beans are processed manually themselves, it will produce less than perfect coffee bean powder. It is difficult to regulate the level of maturity or detect the right temperature of the coffee beans to produce the right coffee taste. It also requires a roasting process to a grinding process to turn the coffee beans into coffee powder with the right taste. Based on the problems above, the aim of this research is to simplify the process of converting coffee beans into coffee powder automatically and easily. In carrying out the roasting process to the process of refining the coffee beans, you need to pay attention to three aspects, namely the hot temperature during the roasting process, and determining the weight of the coffee beans when the coffee beans are finished going through the roasting process with a capacity of 100 g. In this research, to control and monitor the temperature and weight of coffee beans using an arduino microcontroller.
