Abstract

With the increasingly rapid development of computer technology, internet media is a very effective means of conveying information. Through the internet, various kinds of information from various fields can be obtained quickly. The internet has become an important part as a forum or promotional medium. With the advantages of the internet, the author tries to provide information about the existence of tourism and culture in Blora so that the people of Blora city in particular and people outside the city of Blora in general know it easily and save time. The design of this system was made through several stages. The supporting software used is Apache, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and PHP as server side-scripting and the final result of this research is a website that provides information about Tourism and Culture of Blora Regency.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, computer users are increasing greatly. Almost every job in school institutions uses computer tools, as is the case at SMA PGRI 1 Purwodadi which is located on Jl. R. Soeprapto No. 34 really need to use a computer. Especially in the school library section which has not been able to utilize sophisticated computer technology in recording school tuition payments. The problem that is often encountered is that in the data processing process, errors are still found during recording in carrying out tuition payment transactions because they are still processed manually by recording them in the book one by one so that the resulting school tuition payment calculations are less accurate. With these problems, the author tries to formulate the problem, namely how to create a computerized school tuition payment program and use a multiuser-based program at SMA PGRI 1 Purwodadi in order to process data more quickly with a minimum error rate. In writing this thesis, the author used Visual Basic 6.0 software and the data base used Microsoft Access

Abstract

Sarana Insan Computer (SIK), a sales company operating in the computer sector in Central Java, has utilized Information Systems even though they are not yet well integrated between one system and another. Therefore, in this thesis the author will develop a cash sales system model by choosing SIK as the research object. The cash sales information system created includes a system for ordering goods, sending goods, sales returns and cash sales reports. This research aims to make it easier to present reports directly, accurately, quickly and to enable systems that do not yet exist to be integrated into an integrated system. So that the cash sales information system can be implemented well, a software development process is carried out which is based on correct software engineering. The software development model used in this research is a multiuser development model. Information technology which is developing rapidly today really provides support for the development of a cash sales information system for a computer sales company such as SIK, especially with the use of computer-based information technology or better known as a Computer Based Information System, because of the use of computer technology in a system. information will be able to process data more quickly with minimal error rates, save labor and save costs. The Cash Sales Information System is designed using direct data processing methods. The use of the direct data processing method is intended so that every incident of cash sales information can be processed directly. The procedures that will be processed consist of the administration section which handles administration, the purchasing section which handles incoming goods, the sales section which handles customer service and the computer goods sales section, the personnel section and the leadership itself.

Abstract

Inventory of goods or inventory is goods or work equipment used in processing the business being carried out or operational equipment of a company. Without inventory, business activities will not be carried out well, for this reason the existence of inventory is very important. The Goods Inventory Information System in a cooperative has quite an important role. One of the problems that often arises in an inventory system is not being able to know the exact number and condition of goods available. In terms of presenting information, the inventory system is implemented on a multiuser basis, where a multiuser system is a computer system that can execute several applications owned by two or more users concurrently and independently. Concurrent means applications can be active simultaneously and compete with each other to use resources such as CPU, memory, hard disk, and so on. Independent means that each application can carry out its tasks without having to care about what other users are running This information system makes it easy to provide inventory information. Apart from that, this system also makes it easier and faster to access information, data and its processing. The new system aims to make it easier for a company to carry out its operational activities, where this system will always ensure that data or information is provided to users quickly, precisely, accurately and at any time it is needed. From the system that has been implemented previously with matters relating to system weaknesses in the company, information or data about the inventory system which was initially very slow to access has now become easier. So that the company's operational activities run smoothly and all weaknesses in the old system can be replaced automatically.

Abstract

Sarah Ayu Semarang Branch is a company that operates in the rental and sales of children's toys. To fulfill the wishes of several outlets in Semarang, the company has a storage warehouse, but the documentation currently used is still simple by recording stock of goods by looking directly at the existing goods, calculating using a calculator and recording it in a book as a report to the management. In this way, differences often occur between real (real) goods stock with monthly goods recording from the head office. This research discusses a web -based inventory information system for monitoring stock at PT. Sarah Ayu Semarang Branch. By designing an application that is capable of processing, documenting, calculating order transactions, and storing inventory in the warehouse. By having minimum stock and maximum stock, the company can find out the amount of inventory that is running out and over stock, while the company can easily find out the final stock amount of goods in the warehouse. Web- Based Inventory Information System is also really needed in companies to help warehouse divisions, administration and leaders in making decisions. To build the system using the PHP programming language MYSQL database . With this inventory information system, it is hoped that the company will be able to carry out planning in making decisions and monitoring inventory properly, and be able to carry out stock control functions including items that are running out or over stock , while also being able to produce reports that are accurate, fast and precise.

Abstract

Semarang College of Electronics and Computers (STEKOM) which is based on Jl. Majapahit 605, has several campuses in Semarang and outside Semarang. With such campus location conditions, it makes it difficult for lecturers and related parties to process applications for Academic Functional Positions (JAFA). Lecturers have to repeatedly go to the central campus to process JAFA proposals and lecturers cannot know directly the extent of the credit figures that have been generated. Other related parties such as the personnel department, the Credit Score Assessment Team (TPAK) and STEKOM leadership find it difficult to monitor lecturers' activities in carrying out their tridharma duties. The Web-Based Information System for Proposing Academic Functional Positions for Lecturers which was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method produces an application that will solve the problems surrounding JAFA proposals at STEKOM and can answer STEKOM's need for a JAFA lecturer proposal information system without being limited by place and time. . In creating this system, the author used Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 software as the design medium and PHP as the programming language used, as well as the MySql database as the storage medium.

Abstract

In processing sales and production data at PT. Delta, is an important activity, where distributed data processing still uses Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Therefore, to make it easier for employees to enter data and sell goods, the author tries to process the data using a computerized system that is more effective and efficient.Data collection and analysis were carried out in an effort to solve this problem. The research method used in making this system, from data collection, problem analysis, system design to system creation, is the observation method, and directly handling sales at PT. Delta. This application system was created using the PHP programming language and the database was processed using Adobe Dreamweaver, Appserv, and MySQL.By using this system, the distribution of sales and production data processing at PT. Delta will be easier and more detailed, making it very easy for employees.

Abstract

KUD Plongkowati Timur is located at Jalan Godong-Karangrayung, Grobogan Regency, which apart from operating in the savings and loan business unit, is also a distributor of fertilizer products produced by PT. Petrokima Gresik and PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. In running the fertilizer distributor business unit at KUD Plongkowati Timur, the process of recording purchase and sales transactions is not carried out using an integrated system in the database, all data is still recorded conventionally by the administration section, while the administration section's computer functions to create reports which are copied from notes provided by cashier so that data security is not guaranteed because the database is not yet integrated. Based on the problems that exist in the East Plongkowati KUD, the author would like to propose a design for a Fertilizer Inventory application system to be taken into consideration in helping speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed by the East Plongkowati KUD, Grobogan Regency in the form of purchase reports, sales reports, reports. suppliers, customer reports. So the design of the fertilizer inventory information system uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language with a database from Microsoft Access 2007 and the design of reports from Crystal Report 7. It is hoped that making this application can be one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that often occur so that it can increase work effectiveness which of course will have an impact on improving the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

A computerized system is the use of a computer as a tool in data processing activities that are carried out manually. Inventory is all kinds of company goods that are available to be processed in the production process or sold. PT LION SUPER INDO is a company operating in the trading sector. PT LION SUPER INDO has 151 branches, one of which is PT Lion Super Indo Majapahit branch. The problem that often arises is the management of office stationery, the availability of which is not maintained, because there are obstacles in the process of using office stationery activities which are recorded manually. This can result in excess, shortage, or running out of Office Stationery. The method used is through the process of observation and interviews, namely by observing the management of office stationery supplies and obtaining the data the author needs in implementing the system. Implementation takes the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of an information system based on visual basic programming, because by using this system you will be able to process data quickly and accurately. From this research it can be concluded that with the design of an office stationery supply information system at PT LION SUPER INDO Majapahit Branch based on Visual Basic, it can provide accurate information services. If there is an order transaction, the office stationery data can also be added to the store warehouse data automatically. Likewise, if there is a usage transaction, it will automatically reduce the stock in the store's warehouse data, so that the office stationery data will match the physical goods. And makes it easier for leaders to make office stationery decisions in ordering in each period.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of computer technology provides convenience for humans in carrying out life activities, this has resulted in the use of computers being an alternative taken by various agencies because it is considered to provide more advantages than disadvantages. Computers are tools to improve performance in various fields. In solving data processing problems at the KSU " DANA MANDIRI " Cooperative, based on the survey carried out, the author tried to change the manual or conventional data processing program into a computer-based data processing program, namely by using the Visual Foxpro 9.0 program. This change aims to provide comfort for operators in carrying out their work. With old programs, conventionally inputting data still takes a long time and when searching for data you still have to look for codes one by one because it cannot be done automatically. With these problems the author tries to formulate the problem, namely "How to make a data processing program to save borrow at KSU " DANA MANDIRI " using the Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language. The savings and loan data processing process can be accessed quickly and precisely and provides a more attractive appearance. In solving this problem the author tried to collect data related to savings and loan data. In designing a new system, several stages are carried out including data design. Table creation, ERD creation, DFD and normalization. In processing the savings and loan data, it is hoped that it can help with problems that arise at the KSU " DANA MANDIRI " Cooperative and the program created of course still has several weaknesses and shortcomings, this is possible because the author still has little knowledge and experience in programming issues. Suggestions and criticism really help the author to further develop knowledge in this field.
