Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif untuk menyelidiki pengaruh CAR, BOPO, FDR, dan NOM terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia (ROA). Penelitian ini melibatkan semua Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia sebagai populasi, dengan 48 sampel digunakan. Metode pengambilan sampel total digunakan. Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari situs web Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis untuk menguji statistik. Menurut hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F), CAR, BOPO, FDR, dan NOM memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) pada bank umum syariah, ternyata variabel CAR tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai signifikansi 0,069. Sebaliknya, variabel BOPO dan NOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Financial inclusion is crucial for Indonesia's economic development, yet significant challenges remain in serving underserved groups such as rural communities, MSMEs, and low-income households. This study aims to analyze the transition from cash to digital money and its implications for financial inclusion in Indonesia from an Islamic economic perspective. The research focuses on the interplay between digital financial technology adoption particularly e-wallets and QRIS and adherence to Islamic financial principles, including prohibitions on riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and unfair transactions.Using a qualitative approach, the study employs literature reviews, case analyses, and in-depth interviews with stakeholders, including digital payment users, Islamic finance experts, and regulators. Data triangulation ensures comprehensive insights. Results indicate that while digital money facilitates financial inclusion by increasing accessibility, literacy, and convenience, concerns over shariah compliance hinder adoption among conservative Muslim users. Notably, awareness and education about Islamic principles in digital finance positively influence acceptance.This research highlights the importance of integrating Islamic values into digital financial services to enhance trust and participation. Policymakers and financial institutions should prioritize shariah-compliant innovations and targeted educational campaigns to address barriers. These findings contribute to advancing inclusive financial ecosystems that align with the socio-religious context of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial literacy and lifestyle influences on financial behavior in members of the Mojopolo Artist community. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was active members of the Mojopolo Artist community, with a total of 98 members. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the analysis and discussion of financial literacy, lifestyle, on the financial behavior of members of the Mojopolo artist community, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on financial behavior in members of the Mojopolo artist community.

Abstract

Improving the quality of the workforce is a very important factor in achieving the success of an organization. The strategy implemented in recruitment and selection must be effective and be the main reason for obtaining individuals who have the skills, knowledge, and competencies that match the needs of the company in the era of increasingly tight global competition, attracting qualified individuals and having the potential to be the key to success for every organizational growth. Recruitment and selection are the initial processes that allow companies to find the right prospective employees. Recruitment and selection are two crucial processes in human resource management (HR). The success of a company in recruiting and selecting the right workforce has a direct impact on the quality of the work team, productivity, and sustainability of the organization. For this reason, an effective strategy is needed in both processes to ensure that the recruited workforce not only meets technical requirements, but also has a cultural fit with the organization. This article will discuss the strategic steps in recruitment and selection to improve the quality of the workforce.

Abstract

Effective human resource management (HRM) plays a crucial role in creating a supportive work environment, attracting top talent, and motivating employees for optimal performance. The creative industry, which has evolved significantly with advancements in information and communication technology, highlights HRM's importance. Initially thriving in developed nations, the creative industry concept has expanded to developing countries, including Indonesia. Utilizing information technology in this sector enhances public awareness of its role in driving economic growth. This study, based on a literature review, explores the development of the creative industry and its reliance on intellectual property to generate economic value, foster prosperity, and create jobs. Community involvement and enthusiasm also play vital roles in advancing this industry. HRM's strategic contributions to the creative industry include competency development, performance management, and cultivating eco-friendly work environments. These initiatives not only boost employee productivity but also drive organizational growth. In the global competitive landscape, effective HRM is indispensable for maximizing employee potential and ensuring the creative industry's success. Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the development of the company. In essence, HR is in the form of humans who are employed in an organization as drivers, thinkers and planners to achieve the goals of the organization. Today, the latest developments view employees not as mere resources, but rather as capital or assets for institutions or organizations. Literature review is a scientific study that focuses on a particular topic. Literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. The results of the study stated that Bank Muamalat Indonesia, as the first Islamic bank in Indonesia, has a major role in supporting economic growth based on Islamic values. Abstract

KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the fast food restaurants originating from the United States that has gone global, every country has one of these restaurants in each of their regions whose main ingredient is chicken fried using their company's secret spices. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method whose data collection uses previous journals. And also the purpose of making this journal is to find out about the influence of HR on the progress of the KFC company starting from analysis, marketing strategy, recruitment, training, and work culture in the company. The results of data collection show that KFC does its employees well based on their quality, especially for new employees who get intense training so that in their service customers are satisfied and do not forget that KFC maintains the quality of their food and the taste of their food for the satisfaction of their customers.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of the critical aspects in the success of an organization. In the era of globalization and dynamic changes in various sectors, it is important for companies to develop HR management strategies that not only focus on current needs but are also able to answer future challenges. One approach that is increasingly getting attention is Sustainable Human Resource Management. A literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the authority of BMT in managing Islamic Social Finance (ISF) based on Indonesian regulations, specifically Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management and Law No. 41 of 2004 on Waqf. This qualitative research employs a juridical-normative approach and is categorized as field research. Primary data were obtained through field interviews, and data analysis was conducted descriptively. The findings reveal that although BMT has an organizational structure with a māl manager separating the management of baytūl māl and baytūl tamwīl, the prevailing regulations do not grant BMT authority to manage ISF, including zakat and cash waqf. However, in practice, BMT still plays a role in ISF management as a representative of Zakat Management Institutions (LAZ) and nazir for waqf. Zakat management is carried out in collaboration with LAZIZMU and LAZ Timoho Sejahtera, while cash waqf management involves partnerships with Islamic Financial Institutions as Waqf Recipients (LKS-PWU). Supervision of ISF management in BMT is conducted by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), which provides general guidelines based on sharia principles and regulations, and by the Cooperative Office through regular reporting to ensure compliance with laws. These findings highlight the practice of ISF management by BMT despite being restricted by current regulations.
