Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ROI (Return on Investment) and ROE (Return on Equity) on share prices at CIMB Niaga during the 2018-2021 period. ROI and ROE are financial metrics used to evaluate a company's financial performance. The stock price reflects the market value of the company and is an important indicator for investors in making investment decisions. This research method uses secondary data in the form of CIMB Niaga's financial statements during the period under study. ROI, ROE, and stock price data were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression. In addition, this study also analyzes the trend of the company's financial performance during the period studied.

Abstract

Videotron merupakan teknologi revolusioner dalam bidang visual yang biasa digunakan untuk pemasaran dan sarana komunikasi. Videotron biasanya ditempatkan di tempat keramaian seperti Gedung olahraga, mall, tempat wisata dan sebagainya. Dengan teknologi panel LED yang terdapat dalam videotron, teknologi ini dapat menjadi sarana komunikasi visual yang tepat dan menarik. Oleh karena itu untuk memilih videotron dapat menggunakan metode SAW karena dalam metode ini dapat membantu dalam memilih barang berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Untuk mendukung metode SAW dibutuhkan metode MCDM untuk mangambil sebuah keputusan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Accounting Information Systems, Ability to Prepare Financial Reports, Basic Knowledge of Business and Use of Technology on MSME Performance. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach, with a quota sampling technique for sampling. The sample size used was 125 SMEs. The results of the study will show that the Accounting Information System has an effect on MSME Performance, the Ability to Prepare Financial Statements has an effect on MSME Performance, Business Basic Knowledge has no effect on MSME Performance and Technology Use has an effect on MSME Performance.

Abstract

Business is a productive activity carried out by companies or people in the economic sector with the aim of gaining profit or profit. One of the businesses that we often hear about is UMKM, UMKM is a micro, small or medium business carried out by companies or individuals who stand alone. One of the MSMEs that we encountered was the Donatawa UMKM. This MSME focuses on the field of bakery sales. We chose this Donatawa store as our research material with the aim of analyzing the level of profit they earned during early 2023, and what factors influenced it. The method that we used in this research is a qualitative method that we did by interviewing Ms. Nisa as the owner of the Donatawa shop, which we carried out on May 19, 2023. And the result is that the profit every month at the beginning of 2023 is January, February, March, and In April, the Donatawa shop experienced a decrease and increase every month, this was due to an event that month. And the average profit they get during the beginning of 2023 is 24.3 million

Abstract

Business ethics is a set of norms that are binding on every economic actor and must be owned by every trader because it is a recommendation from the Islamic religion. This study aims to determine whether the behavior of street vendors at the Sagumpal Bonang Padangsidempuan market is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This type of research is field research using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers with several traders, it can be concluded that traders do not know about Islamic business ethics. However, in terms of its implementation, it has applied rules that are justified in Islamic teachings, including the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance/justice, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of honesty. In this study it was also found that traders had applied the values ​​of good behavior in life by applying the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad, namely siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounting information system of the payroll cycle process in the Ayu Furniture industry. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Observation and documentation techniques are directly carried out at the research location in the Ayu Furniture industry. Analysis carried out by the method (PIECES) Performance, Information, Economy, Control, and Efficiency. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative, namely by describing the payroll accounting information system that exists in the company which includes activities in the payroll system, related functions, documents used, accounting records used, network procedures that make up the system and internal control system. The results showed that the payroll process in the Ayu Furniture industry uses a manual system, this can lead to potential fraud or negligence at the stage of attendance and submission of employee salaries, although the system has been running smoothly and effectively in terms of service, performance, information and economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the 7P marketing mix marketing mix to UMKM Crab Food MC, Teluk Lerong Ulu Village, Samrinda City. This research was conducted from May 2022 to April 2023 at UMKM Crab Food MC. The sample size is 21 respondents using purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. The results of the study show that MSME Crab Food MC has been quite effective in implementing the 7p marketing mix marketing concept well. The variables that are already good include product, price, promotion, process and people or 5P which have been maximally carried out by MSME Crab Food MC. In addition, variables that must be improved include place variables, and physical condition variables, (2p) as well as being more creative in promoting existing products. This is based on the results of a simple SWOT analysis of marketing mix variables. Therefore the owner can increase marketing mix variables that are not yet optimal so that MSME Crab Food MC can develop better and get maximum profits

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether endorserment and equity affectthe purchasing decision of the oppo to sila. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of endorserment and equity effect on the purchasing decision of oppo to sila smartphone. The hypothesis in this study is that endorserments and equity affect have a positve effect on consumer purchasing decisio on the oppo smartphone, the population is unknown. The sample is 100 people the data source comes from primary and secondary data. The results showed that the cofficient of determination R Square is 344. Simultaneous testing obtained Fcount (24.344) greater than Ftable (3,09) or (24.344 > 3.09) meaning that brand image and promotion together have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. endorsments variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions consumers where the t-count value is 3.313 > the t-table value is 1.984. Partially the promotion variable has the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, where the t-count value is 3.313> t table 1.984

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, incentives, work experience on employee productivity at UKM Roti in Sayung Demak. The population of researchers is all employees who work in UKM Roti in Sayung Demak, the sample that has been determined in this study amounted to 61 respondents using non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique method (census). Data analysis in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approaches. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a persial effect, namely; Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at UKM Roti in Sayung Demak.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkunga Kerja dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Fif Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada FIF Bima, dengan jumlah pegawai sebanyak 76 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 46. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan, wawancara, observasi, studi Pustaka, dan riset internet. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji T, dan uji F, dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji t dapat diketahui bahwa variabel independen yaitu Lingkungan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karawan (Y), dan Insentif (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Kemudian hasil analisis menggunakan uji F dapat diketahui bahwa kedua variabel independen yaitu Lingkungan Kerja (X1), dan Insentif (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y).
