Abstract

Insurance is an agreement made by the insurer and the insurance cover. In terms of digital agreements or digital contracts in the insurance business, one of the aspects that support business legitimacy is a digital signature (digital signature). One of the digital signature providers is PrivyID. The chosen research method is descriptive analysis. While the type of research in this research is library research conducted through various reading materials. The results of the study state that the implementation of electronic signatures by PrivyID follows the provisions in the ITE Law which require the fulfillment of electronic document security aspects, namely authenticity (authentication), wholeness (integrity), and undeniable (non-repudiation). Privyid has a special insurance product by simplifying policy signing and digitizing workflows, with full legal guarantees, because insurance is a high-complexity business, involving several processes to manage current policies, updated policies, handle customer requests, and process claims. With the rapid growth and changes in the insurance industry, digitizing workflows is necessary to provide efficiency while providing a high level of trust and security in user onboarding.

Abstract

Religious conflicts occur because of differences in concepts carried out by the followers of the religion itself. The emergence of judgments from one group to another usually triggers religious conflicts. This research is qualitative research, that is library research using data sources in the form of reference books and scientific journal articles. The results of this study provide three models for resolving religious conflicts, namely: 1. Handling strength-based social conflicts. 2. Handling socio-religious conflicts on a rights-based basis rests on the superiority of the rights of one party over the rights of others. 3. Handling is based on importance. As an Indonesian nation respects differences, builds mutual care, tolerance, because Indonesia is a big country that has many tribes, cultures, and religions. If we do not build mutual care, tolerance and respect for differences, it will be difficult to maintain the unity and unity of Indonesia.

Abstract

Prejudice between religious believers in a multicultural society is a negative view or stereotype that is formed against a particular religion or individual based on their religion. The writing of this scientific article is to use literature research, researchers examine theories, concepts, definitions, understandings of the variables studied to find their connection. The result of writing this article is Prejudice in the religious context is a behavior that will threaten the integrity of the Indonesian nation as a multicultural nation. This prejudiced behavior is formed in a person due to individual, sociological and cultural psychological factors. Religious prejudice will trigger discrimination and violence in society. If this behavior continues, it does not rule out the spirit of multiculturalism that is expected to evaporate by itself. Prevention of prejudice in religion can be done by increasing the value of the prejudiced group, opening communication, conditioning the environment to internalizing social norms.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the role of social media in optimizing Arab-Palembang village tourist visits during the pandemic. The method used in this study is a mixed method, which combines qualitative and quantitative methods. To collect research data, questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation techniques were used. The results achieved from this research are that social media has a positive role in optimizing Arab-Palembang village tourist visits during the pandemic. As indicators of social media used, namely social media as a means of information, which is persuasive and becomes entertainment for the community.

Abstract

The existence of a justice collaborator is very important to uncover organized crime cases. However, in terms of its regulation regarding certain aspects of a person, it does not reflect legal certainty. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of a person's legal status as a justice collaborator and the role of the LPSK in protecting justice collaborators. This research uses normative legal research, namely research on secondary data in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. These legal materials are collected using literature studies, then processed and analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that the determination of the legal status of the justice collaborator at the time of investigation and definitively carried out by the judge at the court hearing. Then the role of the LPSK in protecting justice collaborators from the fulfilment of the requirements until the process of handling criminal cases has permanent legal force.
