Abstract

This study aims to create an information system that functions to sell used books in the city of Bandar Lampung. Currently the used book sales system still relies on media interaction with direct consumers and is still centered on a particular location. By creating a web-based used book sales information system in the city of Bandar Lampung, it can facilitate customer transactions in purchasing used books online. In this research the system design uses UML (Unifield Modeling Language), PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, MYSOL as a database and using Windows as an operating system. Information systems are created by applying the Extreme Programming Method to determine the steps in making a system. System functional testing uses the Black Box Testing method in the functional test scenario. Accuracy testing uses 20 test cases that exist in the information system, then performed related to the system output with actual events. From the test results using 20 test cases, the results obtained are in accordance with the system output so that the test results are categorized as very good.

Abstract

Financial administration in an organization is a financial management step that starts from acceptance to how the finances used are accounted for in an objective and systematic manner. The process of searching for financial data manually takes a very long time and a large error rate. This causes the vulnerability to lose data. Especially if the financial party requires data access that is done spontaneously, it will affect the speed level. In this study, a Financial Management Information System will be built that can be utilized by the relevant Section so that all Finance in the related section can be integrated into this system. The research method used in this study uses the waterfall method. This system is built using the Laravel Framework using the PHP language. This information system was built with the aim of providing fast, precise, accurate information regarding the required data and reports.

Abstract

The case of the Facebook user data leak by Cambridge Analytica has been spotlight in the public lately. Many of the citizens has participated discussing this case, especially in social media Twitter. Sentiment analysis is a computational research of opinions and emotions sentiment that are expressed textually. This study aims to classify positive and negative sentiment from Twitter data and to determine the accuracy of the classification model using Naïve Bayes Classifier method. Based on experiment conducted by tweet data with the “Zuckerberg” and “Cambridge Analytics” keywords, it has been produced Naïve Bayes Classifier with an accuracy of 83.06%.

Abstract

The Trade Office is part of the work unit in the structure of the North Lampung Regency Government, one of its functions is to explore potential sources of regional income, as an effort to raise funds, which are intended to handle all funding matters, both for regional development and regional government administration, as a form of form of independent government. One of the potentials that contribute as local revenue for the North Lampung Regency Government is in the sector that comes from market retribution. From the desired target with the realization of the conditions in the field, it turns out that the hope to realize the target is difficult to realize. To address this, it is necessary to have serious attention from the relevant agencies, in this case the North Lampung Regency Government Trade Service, which handles the management of market retribution, in order to find the cause of not achieving the expected market retribution target. For this reason, it is necessary to have an active role from the relevant agencies in managing market retribution income and how to create a sense of awareness from the community (kiosk/lapak owners) as mandatory market retribution payers, so that the local revenue of the North Lampung Regency Government can increase, especially in the market retribution sector. As for the information system in managing the Dekon market retribution at the Trade Office at this time, it is still done traditionally/manually. By using the general ledger in recording revenue data and archiving files it is still a document. As a result, real data on Dekon market retribution income is still less accurate and requires quite a long time in the process of preparing Dekon market retribution income reports for each desired period. Based on the results of field observations, this is due to the frequent lack of clarity on collection officers in the field (because of the lack of good data archiving of employees in the field), kiosk stall data that changes owners from time to time (always updated) and payment proof data that is often lost and damaged. Based on the problems above, the author proposes a system for managing the Dekon market retribution at the Department of Trade, using a computerized system. By using the Visual Basic 2010 application program, in making the application and using the Microsoft Access 2010 application as the database. Hopefully with this computerized system, it is hoped that it can help solve the problems of managing data on the Dekon market retribution that is currently being experienced.

Abstract

The creation of application is very easy for farmers and non-farmers to buy and sell livestock products. Along with the creation of the application and the existence of a business process in it is needed a system that can be a connection between the application and its users. The presence of a dashboard system is expected to help admin performance in handling some business activities in ePakan. In its development the dashboard system was built using the PHP programming language with Laravel Framework. The methods used for system development use Extreme Programming. The features in this ePakan dashboard include, payment confirmation, account verification, balance disbursement, transaction logging. Based on The results of the dashboard testing the ePakan works as needed and based on testing user satisfaction usability, the dashboard system gets an average value of 83% which means it is very good.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) can be interpreted as a technology that is the basic needs of an organization engaged in business. One of the cities in Indonesia where people and business actors have widely used e- commerce as a tool for buying and selling transactions is Bandar Lampung. Most of the people of Bandar Lampung city have used various kinds of social media and e-commerce to market products, including Ultra Micro (UMi) business actors. With so many business actors developing, it is possible to create a new Ultra Mikro (UMi) in Bandar Lampung, with capital ranging from 2-5 million students / female students and housewives domiciled in Bandar Lampung can already establish a private Ultra Micro (UMi) business. The website-based Ultra Mikro e-commerce information system is designed to be able to help the sales activities of Ultra Micro business actors. Features that can be utilized by business actors include product categories, product data, and sales data. Laravel is used as a framework in the construction of this e-commerce system with PHP programming languages and MySQL as databases. The system development methodology used is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method has several stages, namely communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Data collection techniques are carried out with literature studies, interviews, as well as analysis of system needs. The results of the research obtained from the development of a website-based Ultra Mikro e-commerce information system are information systems that can improve the quality of customer service and facilitate the marketing of products that can be accessed from anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

The benefits of information technology are currently experiencing very rapid development. One of the rapidly developing information technology is the internet. Internet technology can access information anywhere and anytime, at a very low cost. The internet can be accessed using a smartphone and is useful for communicating or searching for information. Information is also needed in a household assistant service offering, so that a prospective assistant can more quickly find an employer without having to come to the service provider. In this study, an application was made to look for android-based household assistants. This application helps users to get information about the existence of household assistant jobs by displaying work information needed according to their fields. Applications are tested by functional and non-functional testing methods using a Likert scale. Based on functional testing it is known that the application has fulfilled the required functions and based on non-functional testing it is known that the respondents' assessment of the application is on average worth 90.5% which means it is very good.

Abstract

KMK number 340 about the classification of hospitals, hospitals must have the ability to serve at least general medical services, emergency services, nursing services, outpatient care, inpatient care, surgery, basic specialist medical services, medical support, pharmacy, nutrition, sterilization, medical records, administrative and management services, public health counseling, relocation of corpses, laundry, and ambulances, maintenance of hospital facilities, and waste treatment. Business Intelligence is one solution so that hospital management gets information about service quality assessments that can help make decisions. The application used to implement Business Intelligence is Google Data Studio. This study uses six indicators of hospital quality service standards (SPM), namely Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Average Length of Stay (ALOS), Bed Turn Over (BTO), Net Death Rate (NDR), and Gross Death Rate (GDR). The data variables that need indicator values are time, number of patients, number of patients discharged, number of patients dying >48 hours, number of dead patients, number of days of treatment, number of lengths of stay and number of beds. The data is processed by the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process to form a data warehouse. The data contained in the data warehouse will be visualized on Google Data Studio.

Abstract

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) is an institution that has met the requirements to carry out competency certification and obtain a license from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). the length of the certification process and the large number of participants registering cause a lot of piles of files, thus making the conventional certification process no longer effective because processing participant data takes a lot of time, as well as other possibilities that can hinder the certification process, such as files the certification is damaged or lost so that it can be detrimental to the registrant and LSP. The purpose of this research is to develop an LSP information system in the hope of assisting and facilitating LSP in carrying out the entire series of professional certification processes starting from the registration process until the completion and assessment of the competency test. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The system development method in this research is the prototyping method. This system was developed in a team using a collaborative coding approach. Collaborative coding approach will certainly be easier to solve existing problems so that they get a solution faster. Testing on the development of this system uses the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method by running a professional certification simulation and providing a questionnaire which will later be calculated using a Likert scale. The results of this research indicate that the LSP information system developed is able to support the professional certification process. Based on the results of system testing, it also shows that all the functionality of the LSP system that is made can run well and according to user needs.

Abstract

The processing system of the administrative information for lab works and problem exercises of the student at the Department of Computer Science, Universitas Lampung, is still carried out conventionally. In this manner, the data is physically stored in the form of recorded documents and leave them on the shelf. Sometimes, data collection in this form can be lost and require a longer time to manage. For this reason, a lab assistant’s information system is developed by the waterfall approach that runs on a web-based platform. The system can provide data and generate information about lab assistants and participants faster and more accurately. It is implemented using the framework Laravel and Black Box testing as a functional test of the system. The testing indicates that the system functions work to the software requirement specification.
