Abstract

Technology of document monitoring is used to save time in digging up important information on documents. Summarize is a process of shrinking text shorter but still retaining the information contained therein. This research discusses the commemoration of the text of journal scientific using sentence weighting methods in the form of TF-IDF and Similarity. The goal the system wants to achieve can be to summarize text by recognizing patterns on text documents in txt format files. The system was built using PHP as a programming language. The trial was conducted using UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to find out the response to the interpreted system, namely by the likers scale questionnaire by dividing 3 aspects of the assessment. From the results of data processing (quantitative) obtained a value of 82.6% for the appearance of the system, a value of 80.2% for the efficiency of sentences generated in the system summary, and a value of 83.7% for satisfaction in using an automatic texting system in scientific articles Indonesian. The results of testing and implementation of the automatic text alerting system are received with a relatively strong acceptance rate.

Abstract

Rubber is an important plantation commodity as a source of income, employment and foreign exchange opportunities, as an engine of economic development in new centers within the rubber plantation environment. Rubber plant diseases generally cause economic losses to rubber plantations. Lack of knowledge of farmers to control rubber plant diseases can result in losses and ultimately reduce farmers' income. Therefore, it is necessary to build a system that can diagnose diseases like an expert or an expert. The method used in this system is the certainty factor method which is used to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain. This method is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose uncertainty. After that, a system validity test is carried out which aims to test the ability of the expert system to identify diseases. Based on the test results, the highest disease score was tapping groove disease with a disease percentage of 94.96%, while the lowest disease percentage was red root fungus disease with a percentage of 79%, with an average test result above 75% so that it was concluded that the system can diagnose rubber plant diseases well in accordance with the results of the diagnosis obtained.

Abstract

SPP or commonly known as the Education Development Contribution is a cost fund that is charged to students to help the process of educational institutions facilitate the teaching and learning process. SPP is a form of regular student tuition which is paid once a month and is a form of commitment for every student who is still active in school. The SPP payment system at SMK YPT Pringsewu is currently done conventionally by recording on the SPP card. The process of SPP payment transactions is recorded in the general ledger. The lack of information on tuition payments from the school to the parents/guardians of students has an impact on the data collection system for regular student fees to the school. The development of a data collection information system for Educational Development Contributions (SPP) was made to facilitate the management of tuition payments. Added notification feature via SMS gateway sent to parents/guardians of students at SMK YPT Pringsewu. The method used is the Waterfall method, developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The existence of an information system for collecting data on the contribution of education development (SPP) at SMK YPT Pringsewu, is expected to help the administrative process of paying tuition fees to be more efficient and effective.

Abstract

The Environmental Committee Information System of PT. Bukit Asam Tarahan Port Unit is an application that aims to facilitate the management of data and information related to environmental activities in the working area of PT. Bukit Asam Tarahan Port Unit. This application is built using the waterfall method and equipped with features such as recording environmental activity reports, monitoring water and air quality, and managing environmental inventories. The data collection method used in this research is interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the use of this application can facilitate data and information management, as well as help in decision-making related to environmental activities at PT. Bukit Asam Tarahan Port Unit. This application is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of environmental management at PT. Bukit Asam Tarahan Port Unit.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a company engaged in land transportation. PT KAI employees work in units, one of which is the JJ unit in charge of recording and checking roads and railways. PT KAI (Persero) has implemented an e-Office Information System to facilitate employees' work, but the system does not fully support the JJ Unit. As a result, the JJ Unit has problems where there is a lack of time efficiency when recording work tools, staffing structures, and tracking data that still use Microsoft Excel. One solution to this problem was created: a web-based Rail Road and Bridge Unit Information System at PT KAI (Persero) Divre IV Tanjung Karang. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data searches and data updates needed in the JJ Unit. The stages of this research are data collection, system design, system development, and system testing. The result of this research is the information system of the Rail Road and Bridge Unit at PT KAI (Persero) Divre IV Tanjung Karang based on the Web. This information system was developed with PHP programming, supported by MySQL as the database. The Balsamiq MockUp application was used to design the system interface in the design phase. The system has been tested with BlackBox testing and is supported by results that are as expected. This information system has four levels of users: Senior Manager, Junior Manager, Head Office Staff, and users in each resort and station. Thus, it can be concluded that the Website-based Rail Road and Bridge Unit Information System has been successfully developed using the Waterfall method and using the PHP programming language assisted by MySQL as a database.

Abstract

Digiprom is a startup that provides ad serving services. These advertisements will later be shown in public places, such as supermarkets, cafes, malls, and others. The problem faced by Digiprom is that there is no information technology to help interact between Digiprom and its clients (businessman). The interactions in question are such as registration as a client, the process of making a contract between the client and Digiprom, the process of monitoring the contract that has been made and the delivery of other information about Digiprom. To solve this problem, an Android-based mobile application will be developed to help Digiprom interact with its clients. This research focuses on the development side of the Android application, while the server side is not included in this study. The development of this application will use the Waterfall method and tested using black box testing and user acceptance testing. The system design is described using three UML diagrams, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. Program code written using Kotlin language with MVVM architecture (Model, View, ViewModel). There are three main objects in this system, namely users (businessman/clients), ads (advertisements) and location (advertising locations). Each object will have its own repository. The repository has three data sources, namely network (server), Room Database, and Data Store. The use of MVVM architecture facilitates the development and maintenance process, because if there is a change in the data structure of an object, it will not affect the data structure of other objects. The results of this research (Android application) will be uploaded to the Google Play Store under the name Digiprom.

Abstract

Campaign are activities carried out to gain public support for potential candidates and convince them to vote for the candidate. Lack of information about the campaigns carried out by the candidates, the dissemination of information through online media. E-campaign is defined as the use of technology by prospective candidates in attracting public trust and assisting in the democratic process. The village head election e-campaign information system was built to help the community get correct information about candidates, make it easier for candidates in the campaign process and the process of collecting village head election requirements data, and make it easier for administrators to collect village head election requirements data. The system development uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The system development methodology uses the waterfall method. The waterfall method has 5 stages, namely communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. System testing is done by black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of the black box testing that have been carried out on the test class are presented successfully or unsuccessfully. The results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that have been carried out have obtained a percentage of 81.2% which can be concluded that the e-campaign information system from user perceptions is very good.

Abstract

The development of the Sentra Inovasi dan Inkubator Bisnis (SIKUBIS) system is a project of the Institute for Research and Community Service at the University of Lampung. This project aims to provide a platform for businesses to access various resources and support in the form of information, guidance, and networking opportunities. The SIKUBIS system will be designed to be user-friendly and accessible through mobile devices, making it convenient for businesses to access and utilize the resources provided. The development of this system will also aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SIKUBIS center in supporting the growth and development of businesses. Based on the results of application development, black-box testing, and usability testing, this research has succeeded in creating the SIKUBIS application which can be used by lecturers, students, and educational staff in the campus environment to develop their business. Overall, the SIKUBIS system will serve as a valuable tool for businesses to access the resources and support they need to succeed and thrive in today's competitive market.

Abstract

Nowadays, the internet has increased the amount of information stored and accessed through the web at a very fast speed. The internet can be a place to express opinions on health topics, politics, companies, and others. Many social media are used by the people of Lampung in expressing opinions and seeking information. Twitter is one of the communication media that is in great demand by the public. There are various kinds of topics discussed by Twitter users, one of the topics that are currently being discussed is the Lampung Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). Health is also a very important thing and is still a conversation that is often discussed anywhere and anytime. BPJS Health helps the community in overcoming a declining economy, with BPJS Health, the community does not have to pay for medical expenses. Therefore, the service from BPJS Kesehatan Lampung will be carried out by sentiment analysis so that it can be known whether the public opinion about BPJS Kesehatan Lampung is positive or negative. This study uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This sentiment uses a dataset from Twitter which uses several keywords regarding BPJS Kesehatan Lampung. Based on the research results, it is known that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has an accuracy value of 89,33%.

Abstract

Word class is one of the central aspects in Indonesian grammar. To understand the classification of word classes, it is less effective to do the it manually. So, developing a tool that can help fasten the process of classifying word classes in the document is need. Therefore, this research aims to build a system that can help make it easier for users to minimize time and human resources in determining the word class of a text document itself. The research development of a word classification system based on a dictionary on a word document (.docx) using the Waterfall or Classic Life Cycle, is divided into several stages, namely requirements specification and analysis, system and software design, coding and unit testing, system integration and testing, and installation and maintenance. This study resulted in a word classification system based on a dictionary on a word document (.docx). The success obtained in the development of this system is evidenced by the statistical data that shows the level of user satisfaction with a total average of 88.35% which is in the "Very Good" category.
