E-audit is an integral part of the Implementation of e-government in the audit board of Republic of Indenesia (BPK RI). Implementation of e-audit carried out in stages based on the grand design and road map starting from 2010 to 2014. Its success parameter largely determined by the extent of BPK RI readiness, organization and human resources towards the implementation of e-audit.The aims of this study were to measure the readiness of BPK RI Banten Province Representative to the implementation of e-audit. E-audit readiness assessment in this study using STOPE Framework by evaluating the 5 domains, 14 sub-domain (issues), and 60 sub-sub-domains (factors).The results of data analysis showed that the BPK RI Banten Province representative is on ranked 3 (ready) to implement the e-audit. On four domains (Strategy, Technology, People, and Environment), BPK RI Banten Province Representative is ranked 3 (ready) to implement the e-audit. Nonetheless, in term of Domain Organization, BPK RI Banten Province Representative is ranked 2nd (almost ready) to implement the e-audit.

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) provides a range of processes models and best practice functions as a guide in the alignment of IT and business process. Service Desk is the main function in ITIL to manage and handle all Incidents and Request from users of IT services. One of the main problems encountered in the implementation of Service Desk is the fact that some users are requesting IT services without following the procedure, they ask for help directly to IT personel. This study attempts to minimize those problems by designing Service Desk application using User Centered Design method. Users are expected to be able to use this application with ease and without constraints, thus leading to an increase in the active role of users in the Service Desk. This research was conducted in the PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk. Application design on this research was done using WSDM (Web Site Design Method). Application design was tested based on three aspects, Navigation Quality testing, Navigation testing using a Test-Case, and testing user response through a survey. The test results prove that the overall design of Service Desk applications built using User Centered Design method have a better usability, making it more attractive to users and is expected to increase the participation of users in the Service Desk.

E-government (e-gov) classified into four levels, the first is information publication through the website, second is interaction between society and government. The third is transactions between the community and government and the fourth is integration of all government offices. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is framework that has properties of loosely coupled, highly interoperable, reusable, and interoperability. It has potential connecting diversity of platforms without make changes to the application and the database that already exists. Currently Sidoarjo has e-gov first level and most depart-ment/agency already has applications and databases, but it can’t communicate with each other because of diversity of appli-cations/platforms. The study aims build prototype of e-gov third level by increasing cohesion between services and the interope-rability of data/applications. The research used Shared Service Life Cycle (SSLC) method, consists of business process identi-fication, analysis, design and development, and evaluation. The study produced a prototype e-gov third level SOA-based that has cohesion between services and the interoperability of data/appli-cations.

One important aspect that is needed to determine the successful implementation of a system is the evaluation. Evaluation is one important aspect that is needed to figure out the successful implementation of an information system. This study aims: (1) to evaluate the use of System Paperless Office in University Gadjah Mada by using Delone and Mclean, (2) to proceed the survey data by using Partial Least Square (PLS) software for measuring user perceptions of the PLO. The data which have been collected are primary data by using questionnaires that has to be fulfilled by Gadjah Mada University employees of three faculties. Moreover, they have to be PLO users who actively use this system. The variables used are the system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact. The results of the survey indicate that PLO as a system has not been fully used by all PLO users. Some factors that hinder the utilization of PLO are the lack of information and system quality, so the users cannot maximize the advantage of the PLO. It also affects to the value of utility PLO.

Visual reconstruction and modeling of three dimensional (3-D) object is an emerging research topic in computer vision and photogrammetry fields. Nowadays, many commercial products are developed to obtain 3-D model of rigid object, starting from small ancient heritages to city landscape. Such commercial tools are very expensive and not accessible for education and research purpose. This paper aims to present a low-cost approach to generate a 3-D model from geometry of multiple two-dimensional (2-D) images using consumer-level Digital Single Lens Reflection (DSLR) camera. Direct Linear Transformation (DLT) algorithm was used to obtain 3-D point cloud. Texturization of 3-D object was generated by implementing Convex Hull and Random Sample Consensus (RANSAC) algorithms. Experimental result of small Merlion Singapore statue and large Herz-Jesu building shows that the proposed low-cost method is able to visually reconstruct small and large objects by using 10-20% feature points detected on 2D images.

ZigBee standard can be used in wireless sensor networks (WSN) with a mesh topology. WSN which formed WPAN that uses ZigBee standard has the capability to thousands of WSN devices can be combined in a single WPAN. With that ability need to do testing WPAN performance parameters to get the number of WSN devices for the best performance in mesh topology. Using simulation program, the research measure throughput, traffic (sent, receive and drop), delay and hop number parameters. Testing about the influence of the number of WSN devices is done by running a simulation of the 20 kind WPAN where every WPAN has one WSN gateway and the number of WSN devices ranging from 5 and increasingly by 5 to reach the 100 WSN devices in a single WPAN. The results showed that WPAN performance with ZigBee standard in mesh topology has the best conditions when the maximum number WSN devices achieve 20 WSN devices.

Protocol IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee is a standard for low power personal network. This paper discusses about router, end device and coordinator using ZigBee protocol in term of distance and time to join. Testing carried out by pairing and On/Off method that constitute communication model from router or end device to coordinator. The result showed that with pairing methods could far distance until outside building with further distance about 65 meters, while the distance using On/Off method can reach few room in indoor area. Longest time to join need about 1 minute 15 seconds. Compare with pairing method that always connected, On/Off method need more time to connect in ZigBee Network.

This paper proposes a novel voltage controlled ring oscillator with quadrature output in 0.18 m CMOS technology. Interpolating inverter and sub-feedback loop is used to reduce the power consumption and increase the output frequency. It consumes only 3.3 mA from 1.8V supply voltage to oscillate at 4.4 GHz. It has wide tuning range from 0.6 GHz to 5 GHz or about 152% from center frequency. Phase noise of -103.1 dBc/Hz is achieved at 4.4 GHz carrier and 4 MHz frequency offset. Figure of Merit (FoM) is -156.1 dBc/Hz which is the best among its previous published reference papers.

Refinery Crude Destilation Unit (CDU) V is part of the refinery. Distillation is a crude oil refinery processing crude oil into products which are often used in everyday life, such as gasoline, solar, kerosene, gas, and so. CDU is a distillation refinery process of crude oil by separating crude oil based on boiling points owned by each crude oil. The processing involves a wide range of controls and control instruments must have a reliable performance working process. The support of the implementation should be performed are often referred to the implementation of the shutdown maintenance within a specified period. In this study is the prediction time shutdown maintenance by using Reliasoft Software Weibull++ Version 7 with Weibull distribution function and linear regretion analysis. This using of this soft result of the most accurate rescheduling time to the implementation of the shutdown maintenance in revinery CDU V. The final result, shows that the shutdown maintenance should be done in once in 10 month. The result is expected to increase the optimal working performance of the tools of the company and finaly resulting the expected production outcome.

The usual configuration of a UPFC consists of two voltage source converters, which are connected through a common DC link capacitor. One converter is connected in shunt and the other is in series to transmission line in a substation. UPFC is normally located on a transmission network requiring reactive power, with the primary duty to be power flow control. The secondary function could be transient stability improvement due to their rapid response. This research aims to investigate the dumping function of UPFC in coordination with Power Oscillation Damping (POD) Controller in Single Machine Infinite Bus (SIMB) with Power System Stabilizer (PSS). The presence of UPFC in the existing system equipped with both conventional controller and PSS in the generator, could lead to get a dynamics and stability system improvement, a precise adjustment of these controller parameter of POD has been carried out in order to get a good and appropriate set of parameter value.
