Abstract

The research in practic is the next step of course after mastering research methodology theory. It is design and applied to the studentthe ability of proposing thesis to campus through some phases proposal form. The evaluation of research in practices is necessary to be applied to achieve effective program maximally and having positive impact to person involved. The research uses qualitative approach and case studymethod. Stake’s countenance model is applied for this evaluation model, with developed by Robert E. Stake (1975) with antecedents, transactions, and outcomes for is phase. Each phase consist of description and judgment. The criteria of evaluation is set based on discussion with the stakeholder andfiedelityresults. The collection of data techniqueusiparticipant observation, indepth interview, and document check. The Validation and checking data techniqueuse triangulation.The source of data involves the board of FAI UMJ, the lecturers as menthor, the student inprogramparticipant, and staff, and academic document. The data analysis technique uses qualitative model developed by Miles & Huberman (1984) consist data reduction,data display, and conclusions/verification. In the antecedence phase of this practice research program consist of some aspects such as curriculum, students, persons, and tools. In this phase, the program is high effective. The transaction phase consist of some aspects such as planning, program implementations, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. In this phase the program is moderate effective.in the outcome phase consists of some aspects such as the result of learning and the effect of scholarship for students.in this phase, the program is moderate effective. As the conclution of the practice research program is effective enough to elevate the aility of students in creating proposal.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab sebagairumpunbahasaSemit, memilikikontribusi yang sangatbesardalammengembangilmupengetahuan, salah satunyadalambidangilmubahasa dan sastra.Bagisoerang Muslim bahasa Arab sangatbesarperanannyadalammebangunilmu Agama da peradaban,bahasa arab mempunyai keistimewaan, karena bahasa arab menjadi bahasa Al-Qur’an. Dengan memahami bahasa Arab maka dapat mengerti isi kitab suci yang pedoman utamaumatIslam. Keunggulan bahasa arab dengan bahasa tidak hanya terletak sebagai bahasa agama, bahkan bahasa arab mempunyai keistimewaan dalam segi ilmu bahasa dan satra. Dengan mengkaji ilmu bahasa dan sastra akan dapat menikmati keindahan tata bahasa Al-Qur’an yang merupakan unsur I’jaz Al-Qur’an. Maka kesempurnaan dan keindahan tata bahasa Al-Qur’an inilah yang menjadikan tidak ada yang mampu meniru bahasa Al-Qur’an. Studi pustaka adalah metode penelitian yang cocok digunakan dalam mengupas keindahan struktur dan gaya bahasa Al-Qur’an. Bahasa Arab dalamilmuperadaban modern telah dipilih sebagai media bahasa komunikasi untuk setiap penutur bahasa di dunia. Dan dipilih untuk membuktikan rahasia dari bahasa Al-Quran. Banyak hasil penelitian telah dilakukan oleh para peneliti yang mempelajari bahasa dari multi perspektif, yang merupakan bukti bahwa bahasa ini unik dan memilki kekhususandibanding bahasa-bahasa lainnya. Dalam tulisan yang sederhana ini akan sedikit memaparkan beberapa perspektif tentang bahasa Arab. Serta menjelaskan tentangciri-ciri gaya bahasa Al-Qur'an antara kata-kata dan kalimat dalam sura Al-Qur'an yang memiliki dialek yang unik, nada rangkuman, dan ketelitian sehingga mudah dipahami, dan jawaban yang masuk akal untuk jiwa atau hati, keindahan makna adalah ketentuan yang sangat jelas, berat dan ketepatan ungkapan. Kemudian ada berbagai metode bahasa Al-Qur’an, yaitu metode diskusi berupa uslub bahasa yang memberikan manfaat untuk menemukan kebenaran untuk mendapatkan hidayah, danuslub sumpah (Qasam), uslum Amtsal, dan uslub kisah untuk mengetahui peristiwa sebelumnya.

Abstract

The complexity of the current educational world issues lead to the realization of the development of character education that is effective and efficient is very urgent done. The complexity of these problems includes juvenile delinquency, students, and even delinquency of community members who have become "parents". Schools as educational institutions that have so far only functioned as a place for learning knowledge (transfer of knowledge), must be able to grow character through school culture. School culture can take the form of something that has existed for a long time in school (given) as well as something deliberately designed in school (willed). Character-based school culture education in its implementation should refer to the character education component. Referring to Lickona's opinion, there are at least three components of good character (Components of Good Character), namely moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action.

Abstract

One way to improve intense, fast and measurable communication between class teachers, madrasah heads and student guardians. With the WhatsApp group already formed between the class teacher and the 1.2.3 class student guardian, it can facilitate all information that can be accessed and received quickly and carefully both in relation to school activities, as well as other things related to education This study aims to find out how the use of the WhatsApp group as a means of communication between the classroom teacher and the guardian of class students 1,2,3 MI Ma'arif Sendang Kulon Progo in the academic year 2017/2018. What are the positive and negative impacts caused by the formation of this WhatsApp group, and why the WhatsApp group social media is the choice. This study uses a field research approach that is qualitative descriptive, a type of field method that describes the results of field data that is carried out directly. The data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Then the data is interpreted and analyzed to find out the use of the WhatsApp group. The results of this study show. First, the use of social media as a means of alternative communication between classroom teachers and student guardians, which comes from four aspects, namely: means of promotion, means of responding to the dynamics of educational needs, means of disseminating information, and self-recognition and approach. This is in line with the results of the analysis on qualitative data in the form of observations, interviews with madrasa heads, class teachers and student guardians. Both WhatsApp group social media have a positive impact, namely supporting the smooth communication and fast access to information between teachers and student guardians. The negative impact is the existence of several shipments that are not in accordance with the educational context. Third The WhatsApp group was chosen because it is very easy to learn, can send in the form of voice, emotion, video, and text in the form of text via HP, can send text messages, pictures, and audio files in Ms. format Word, and PDF, and can be used to coordinate a group in group form.

Abstract

Manajemen kelas adalah bagian dari komponen penting yang harus dimiliki oleh guru yang profesional. Konsep dari manajemen kelas itu sendiri bertujuan untuk memberikan penyelesaian terhadap suatu masalah atau kesulitan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Manajemen kelas berusaha untuk meningkatkan interaksi kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam rangka untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang efektif khususnya dalam pembahasan ini adalah pada materi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah World Bank mencatat salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan manajemen madrasah tidak efektif yaitu rendahnya peran serta masyarakat dalam pengelolaan madrasah. Tanpa dukungan dan partisipasi dari masyarakat, lembaga pendidikan akan menjadi sulit dan terhambat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya. Dalam meningkatkan mutu madrasah harus dimulai dengan komitmen yang tinggi dari seluruh civitas akademik lembaga pendidikan dan didukung oleh masyarakat pengguna pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan wadah yang bisa dipakai oleh masyarakat untuk mengemban amanat tersebut yang bernama komite madrasah. Komite madrasah yang menjalankan perannya akan dapat menunjang pengembangan mutu madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pertama, mendeskripsikan implementasi program komite madrasah di MIN 1 Bantul. Kedua, mendeskripsikan keterkaitan antara program komite madrasah dengan pengembangan mutu madrasah di MIN 1 Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang program komite madrasah untuk meningkatkan mutu madrasah, dengan kepala madrasah, pengurus komite madrasah, orang tua siswa, dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis melalui tiga cara, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite madrasah memiliki program yang dilaksanakan di MIN 1 Bantul dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu madrasah antara lain: program peningkatan mutu manajemen madrasah, program pengembangan program komite madrasah, program mujahadah dan sima’an AlQur’an, program paguyuban, program patembayan, program infaq pendirian musholla, program santunan anak yatim, program bantuan subsidi silang, program madrasah sehat, program madrasah adiwiyata, program pendampingan dan program gemar menabung. Dengan adanya program komite madrasah, komite madrasah berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kapasitas bidang manajemen madrasah, budaya madrasah, pengembangan lingkungan pembelajaran, kemitraan antara madrasah dengan masyarakat dan pengembangan madrasah sehat.Program komite madrasah MIN 1 Bantul telah membantu dalam pengembangan mutu madrasah di MIN 1 Bantul.dengan demikian, MIN 1 Bantul telah berhasil memenuhi satu karakteristik untuk menjadi madrasah bermutu yaitu tinggi dalam melibatkan masyarakat untuk ikut serta mengelola madrasah.

Abstract

This study examines the quality management of universities at the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta. In managing a university, it has its own uniqueness that manages knowledge as a college asset, so the focus of this research is the knowledge management implemented by Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta? The method used in this study uses qualitative methods. The conclusion of this study is about the plan of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta to implement knowledge management as its core business. However, it needs to be improved: increasing access to knowledge management units and increasing inventory of special collections consisting of historical knowledge manuscripts and archives as a source of knowledge needed by researchers and academicians. Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is headed for a World Class University, one program that needs to be made specifically is knowledge management that manages explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. This program requires the human resources needed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the hypnoteaching approach on the learning motivation of the Vb MIN 1 Bantul class students. This study uses a mixed methods approach, a type of method that combines qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative is used to find out how the hypnoteaching method is applied in the learning process and has a significant influence in increasing student learning motivation. While quantitative is used to find out how much influence the hypnoteaching approach can increase student learning motivation. The data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques for making instruments, validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study show. First, the application of hypnoteaching in class Vb MIN 1 Bantul in the academic year 2017/2018 has a positive and significant influence in increasing student motivation. This is in line with the results of the analysis on qualitative data in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. All these data indicate that students after getting a hypnoteaching approach to learning they feel happy, excited and learn more passionately. The steps are to use the relaxation of the eyes and all the nerves in the body. In addition, it is also implemented with steps of self-motivation, pacing-leading, positive and suggestive words, praise and modeling, yelling or shouting together, emotional hours, invitations and commands. Second This study uses mixed methods with 2 variables, one dependent variable that is learning motivation, and the independent variable is hypnoteaching. Both of these variables are made a questionnaire with each variable 30 statements. After testing the validity there are 4 invalid statements and must be issued. As long as the research instrument becomes 56 statements. Then the reliability test showed all the instruments of reliable research with Alpha above 0.7, which was 0.952. Then a simple linear regression test, with the result of R2 (coefficient of determination) 0.775, thus it can be said that the hypnoteaching approach has a very positive influence in increasing student learning motivation with an average percentage increase of 77.5%.
