Ta’limDiniyah: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam (Journal of Islamic Education Studies). a Journal of Islamic Religious Education Studies and Islamic Education. Published twice a year in October and April. The Journal of Islamic Religious Education is published by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAI Al-Qodiri Jember and contains scientific writings on the study of Islamic Religious Education and related studies. It contains various thoughts in various forms; research results, conceptual ideas, and empirical experiences. In its development, TDJPAI pioneered online publishing and expanded the range of contributors from all over the archipelago. In the future, TDJPAI will expand the scope of contributors from several Islamic countries and other countries that have an interest in the study of Islamic education in the archipelago and internationally. This e-journal is an online version of TDJPAI published by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAI Al-Qodiri Jember.

Abstract: Madrasah Nizhamiyah was an educational institution that played an important role in the government of the Seljuq dynasty. This institution comes with the concept of Sunni Islam, to be able to balance the teachings of Shia Islam and its Mu'tazilah allies who want to influence the territory of the Seljuq dynasty. Regarding the role of Madrasah Nizhamiyah in spreading the Sunni school of thought, many sources say, however, from these various studies no clear explanation and explanation has been found. Talking about Madrasah Nizhamiyah, there are many problems in the Role of Madrasah Nizhamiyah during the Niham Al-Mulk Period 1065-1072 AD To answer this question, descriptive analytical method was used, through written sources (Library Research) with a historical approach. Speaking of al-Azhar, our eyes are fixed on the oldest Islamic educational institution which is still a reference for the community to study Islamic sciences in particular and general knowledge globally. As an educational institution, al-Azhar has many important roles in printing and delivering its alumni to become important people in various fields of life. Initially founded during the Fatimid dynasty in Egypt. Al-Azhar is a mosque building that is no different from other mosques in general that already existed at that time. However, al-Azhar apart from being a place of worship is also used to instill Shia Ismaili ideology. With the developed Shi'a school of thought, al-Azhar mosque became the printer and reinforcer of the Fatimiya dynasty.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the multicultural education contained in the letter al Hujurat verse 13. The questions to be answered in this study are: 1) What are the multicultural education contained in the letter al Hujurat verse 13. To answer this question, this study uses library research, namely research whose research object is carried out through various library sources. This method the author uses to explain the content of multicultural education from al Hujurat verse 13. The results of the study show that multicultural education in surah al Hujurat verse 13 includes gender equality, ethnic and national differences, and equal degrees. Allah, created humans consisting of men and women by making them with various conditions between ethnicity, race, class, skin color, language is not a reason but for them to know each other to spread love and peace, and help each other in matters kindness, mutual respect, and live in harmony with full tolerance for the diversity that exists

The Internet can be used as a way to transfer knowledge from teacher to student. Elearning is one of learning media which uses internet. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze: (1) the learning planning; (2) the learning process; (3) the learning evaluation; (4) the learning process results of Islamic Education learning with e-learning. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data collection technique are interviews, observation, and study of documentation. This research was conducted in MTs Raudlatus Syabab Sukowono Jember who have used e-learning as a learning media. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the learning planning of Islamic Education learning with e-learning is not much different with no use of e-learning. The learning implementation process of Islamic Education learning with e-learning is conducted by the method of lecture that assisted with e-learning as a students learning resource centre. Learning evaluation of Islamic Education learning with e-learning is done in the moment after the sub chapter materials have been studied by students with automated systems in e-learning. The results of the learning process of Islamic Education learning with e-learning effect on student learning outcomes. The influence is only experienced on the competence of knowledge, while attitude and skills there is no correlation.

Abstract : This paper examines the comparison of moral development between Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun. With the aim of knowing the conception of methods in Islamic education, to know education, to find out the concept of building morality according to Al-Ghazali, to find out the concept of building morality according to Ibn Khaldun, to find out the comparison of the concept of building morality according to Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that moral development according to Al-Ghazali can be carried out by providing examples, habituation, training, suggestions and prohibitions, then given an explanation and understanding according to his level of thinking about social, moral and religious norms and values. Then grow your actions, attitudes, views, convictions and awareness and trust to do something responsible. Meanwhile, according to Ibn Khaldun, moral development is reflected in his thoughts in education. Moral development is carried out by preparing a person in terms of morals, namely growing and forming a perfect human personality through noble and noble morals.

Tahfiz Al-Qur’an adalah kegiatan menghafal Al-Qur’an. Dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an diperlukan metode khusus agar mempermudah dalam menghafalnya. Salah satu metode menghafal Al-Qur’an yaitu metode Lima Jam Satu Hari. Metode tersebut secara umum ialah metode menghafal Al-Qur’an yang mana dalam satu hari seorang hafiz Qur’an harus meluangkan waktu sebanyak 5 jam dalam satu hari untuk menghafal setidaknya satu halaman Al-Qur’an. Selanjutnya waktu 5 jam tersebut dialokasikan menjadi blok-blok dalam satu halaman yang terdiri dari 5 blok. Dan setiap bloknya wajib dihafal selama 60 menit. Adapun metode tersebut sebenarnya sudah diterapkan di MTs Miftahul Ulum At-Taufiq Curahtakir Tempurejo Jember sejak tahun 2019 yang lalu. Dan dari penggunaan metode tersebut MTs Miftahul Ulum At-Taufiq sudah mampu melahirkan hafiz Qur’an yang meningkat setiap tahunnya serta lebih dari 10 hafiz Al-Qur’an di awal tahun 2021 terutama juz 30. Dengan demikian tentu metode Lima Jam Satu Hari memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan yaitu 1) ada pengaruh metode lima jam satu hari terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif siswa Tahfiz Al-Qur’an di MTs Miftahul Ulum At-Taufiq Jember. 2) ada pengaruh metode lima jam satu hari terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada aspek afektif siswa Tahfiz Al-Qur’an di MTs Miftahul Ulum At-Taufiq Jember. 3) ada pengaruh metode lima jam satu hari terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada aspek psikomotorik siswa Tahfiz Al-Qur’an di MTs Miftahul Ulum At-Taufiq Jember

Dalam rangka ikut berperan memperkenalkan Al-Qur’an serta membina akhlaq putra-putri bangsa terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan TPQ Al Hamidi lewat metode Dirosati yang dikembangkan oleh Yayasan Pengajaran Al-Qur’an Alif Sempurna Jember, diharapkan mampu mencetak generasi yang dapat membaca Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar serta memahaminya sehingga menjadi generasi yang berakhlaq Al-Qur’an. Dari persoalan tersebut maka rumusan pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana Implementasi metode Dirosati dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al Hamidi Mencek Serut Panti? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulannya datanya ialah metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya yaitu menggunakan analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran metode dirosati di TPQ Al Hamidi Dusun Mencek Barat Desa Serut Kecamatan Panti sudah berjalan kurang lebih 15 tahun dengan metode pengajarannya yaitu mulai jilid 1 – 5 menggunakan privat sedangkan jilid 6 dan Al-Qur’an menggunakan klasikal baca simak, serta ditunjang dengan metode pembiasaan, ketauladanan dan hafalan. Dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al Hamidi Serut Panti dengan menggunakan metode dirosati cukup berhasil dan terbukti, santri dalam waktu yang relatif singkat mampu memahami Al-Qur’an dengan baik, serta dapat mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of peer teaching learning methods in honing Arabic speaking skills in Islamic educational institutions. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is library research. The results of the research show that (1) speaking skills are the ability to express articulation sounds or words to express thoughts in the form of ideas, opinions, desires, or feelings to the interlocutor (2) the peer teaching method or what is often called peer tutoring is a method of peer teaching. which focuses on learning activities for students. Students are given the opportunity to share their knowledge and skills with other students. In addition to being smart, tutors must have a high sense of sociality and be accepted by other students. (3) the implementation of peer teaching learning in honing Arabic speaking skills is carried out based on the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. From this explanation, the peer teaching method that has been offered is expected to be a solution to various problems in learning Arabic speaking skills.

The purpose of this study was to describe public relations and leadership in Islamic educational institutions. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is library research. The results of his research show that public relations is an intermediary between the leaders of the organization as well as on maintaining publicnya community, internal and external to the public relations profession is generally believed and facilitation, motivation, and become agents of change for educational institutions. Organize or collectively, in desperate need of a leader who has the ability to play a role in improving human resource capabilities. Therefore, the leaders of the organization wherever possible serves as a bellwether for human resources and where possible be an agent of change, a spokesman and trainer. Absence of a leader role in the success of the organization is reflected in the leadership style that is applied to influence his followers. The leadership style in question is the appropriate leadership style to the needs of his followers with the intention of being able to make his act together ffor achieve the goals of an organization.
