It is a requirement for educational institutions including madrasah (islamic educational institution) to have good and solid performance appraisal and professional development programs for their employees. Performance appraisal is intended for both faculty members and non teaching staff, while professional development is only emphasized for faculty members with a permanent employment status. The author seeks to explore the issue of the effectiveness of the educational institution in this case madrasah in its effort on staffing optimization. Like other aspects, staffing is influenced by organizational dynamics. Specifically, this study focuses on the dynamics of managing employees’ security for both faculty members and non teaching staffs as well as remuneration and career development opportunities

Analysis of the problems of the Cultural Arts teacher in the field of Music Arts is motivated by the curiosity of researchers to describe the problems faced by the Cultural Arts teacher in the field of Music and Arts in carrying out learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the problems faced by the teacher and the strategies that the teacher undertakes in overcoming the problem. This study uses a qualitative method, with the subject of the study being the Arts and Culture teacher with a background in Music Arts, totaling six people. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the problems faced by teachers, namely first determining other art fields that must be taught, difficulties in compiling learning planning devices, determining objectives and learning material, related to other art fields that must be taught. Secondly, the understanding and artistic ability of students who are different in class, resulting in teacher difficulties in conducting assessments. The strategy is for the teacher to take part in training and find information related to the preparation of planning tools, and to study the manual independently in order to teach other sub-fields of art. Second, teachers vary the learning methods, and use assessment techniques that are appropriate for students who have insights or abilities that are perceived as lacking in Art and Culture subjects

This study aims to improve the results of learning science in class IV 011 Tambusai Public Elementary School. This research was conducted at SDN 011 Tambusaiin class IV with a total of 26 students. The study was conducted in two cycles. in using the demonstration method students are directly involved in the learning process so that students become more creative and do not feel bored. By using the assignment method the learning process becomes more enthusiastic so as to produce satisfying grades. From that a teachers must be able to analyze and determine what kind of learning is suitable to be applied in the teaching class so that learning can take place well with perfect results. The results showed that an increase in student learning outcomes. Proved by the results of cycle 1 only 69.23% and in cycle 2 an increase to 88.46%

This article examines the extent of the individuals’ coherence in logical thinking and the way the concepts or ideas are linked together and bringing consistence in maintaining meaning-make sense in live interview session. The scope of this article is restricted to the identification of logical thinking pattern in conversation. The analysis is limited to the particular individuals with particular topics in conversation. The coherence is identified through the concepts that link one another which maintain the logical pattern of stored information. Dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, diperlukan beberapa komponen dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan, salah satunya adalah bahan pembelajaran yang digunakan. Bahan pembelajaran yang digunakan akan mengarah pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan berlangsung. Namun pada kenyataanya, bahan pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh pengajar hanya menggunakan buku paket yang bersifat warisan sehingga belum terlihat adanya proses perkembangan pengetahuan siswa. Selain itu, bahan pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dan siswa terkesan tidak berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa secara nyata karena materi yang ada merupakan materi secara umum. Pembelajaran IPA di SD IT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau lebih banyak bersifat hafalan sehingga keterlibatan siswa dalam aktifitas selama proses pembelajaran masih belum maksimal (pasif). Hal ini disebabkan oleh bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru hanya menyajikan uraian materi dan latihan soal tanpa adanya kegiatan eksperimen. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran tentang nilai kearifan lokal daerah mulai ditinggalkan sehingga diperlukan pengembangan bahan ajar yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan pemahaman siswa melalui pendekatan Higher Order Thinking (HOT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengembangkan bahan ajar IPA kelas 4 berbasis kearifan lokal melalui pendekatan HOT; (2) menganalisis kelayakan bahan ajar hasil pengembangan; dan (3) menguji efektifitas bahan ajar. Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan Plomp, yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu: preliminary research, prototyping phase, dan assesment phase.

This paper discusses the urgency of academic supervision in the development of teacher professionalism in the industrial era 4.0. Academic supervision is a series of activities in the form of providing professional services to help teachers develop their abilities (competencies) to better manage the learning process. In an era of disruption where all digital lines are added, plus access to information is very fast, the teacher as the central point of improving the quality of education as an impact on the quality of the learning process, the teacher's professionalism needs to continue to grow and develop so that the teacher can do his job professionally. This study aims to improve the high jump learning process of grade V students in SD Negeri 003 Rambah through the play approach. The study was conducted in one cycle with three meetings. The research subjects were grade V students in SD Negeri 003 Rambah, totaling 20 students consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. The instruments used to collect data were observation sheets for teachers and students, observations of students' psychomotor or psychomotor abilities (prefix, repulsion, hovering, and landing) in high jump learning. The results showed that student learning outcomes have improved through the play approach, both from the attitude and ability of students' movement. Based on the observations of the ability of motion at the first meeting the average value of students was 68.75 increased to 78.13 at the third meeting. Students at the third meeting who achieved the KKM (Minimum completeness criteria) were 85%

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus melalui Supervisi Akadmik Berkelanjutan dengan tahapan: Pertemuan awal, pemantauan/observasi, penilaian dan refleksi. Untuk melihat efektifitas tindakan maka dilakukan pemantauan dan penilaian terhadap dokumen RPP yang disusun oleh guru-guru. Tindakan dinyatakan berhasil jika: (1) Seluruh guru (100%) mampu menyusun RPP secara lengkap dan sesuai dengan ketentuan (2). Masing-masing guru memperoleh nilai dalam penyusunan RPP minimal 86 dan nilai rata-rata 90 (Kategori Sangat Baik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Berkelanjutan dapat membantu guru di SMK Negeri Dungaliyo dan di SMK Swasta Almamater Telaga dalam menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen pendukung penyusunan RPP. Penyiapan regulasi pendukung penyusunan RPP meningkat menjadi 100%. Dokumen silabus sebagai pedoman utama dalam menyusun RPP meningkat menjadi 100%. Dan dokumen RPP sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 100%. Supervisi Akademik Berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP secara lengkap dan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di SMK Negeri Dungaliyo dan di SMK Swasta Almamater Telaga. Hal ini nampak dari hasil penilaian RPP di SMK Negeri Dungaliyo pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92,80 (kategori Sangat Baik). dan di SMK Swasta Almamater Telaga meningkat menjadi 91,90 (kategori sangat baik)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik dengan metode simulasi pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 003 Rambah. Subjeknya adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 003 Rambah. Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. Instrument penelitian berupa alat pengumpulan data yaitu lembar tes dan lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode simulasi pada siklus I sebesar 80% dan pada siklus II sebesar 89.73%. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 74.83% siklus II sebesar 84.83%. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I yaitu 75% dan siklus II sebesar 90.63%
