Abstract

Madu adalah bahan makanan sumber energi yang mengandung gula-gula sederhana sehingga dapat segera dimanfaatkan oleh tubuh. Lampung merupakan salah satu kawasan yang memiliki potensi bisnis lebah madu di sumatra yang harus dikembangkan oleh petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi pemasaran dalam menarik minat beli konsumen pada sarang madu Lampung, untuk mengetahui kendala apa yang dihadapi para distributor dan penjual dalam proses pemasaran menarik minat beli konsumen madu. Jenis penelitian ini bertujuan membuat deskripsi secara sistematis, factual dan akurat tentang fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat populasi atau objek tertentu. Strategi pemasaran dalam menarik mnat beli konsumen pada sarang madu lampung sudah menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang modern seperti menggunakan media sosial, wiraniaga, penyalur, kemasan, pajangan di toko, dan penjualan online seperti di aplikasi shopee, lazada, dan sebagainya. Maka kesimpulannya dalam mempromosikan madu pada saang madu lampung telah menggunakan metode iklan atau sejenisnya yang dapat mengundang para konsumen untuk membelinya.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the aqad murabahah dispute resolution process and the juridical analysis of the verdict in the Judgment of the Bukittinggi District Court No.08 / PDT.BTH / 2004 / PN.BT. The second problem is How is the aqad murabahah dispute resolution process and judicial analysis Bukittinggi Religious Court No.284 / Pdt.G / 2006 / PA.Bkt. The research findings are the dispute over the al-murabaha sale and purchase agreement of Bank Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi which was decided by the Bukittinggi Religious Court is a dispute that has permanent legal force or inkrak van gewijsde before Act No. 3 of 2006 is effective about seizing the execution of collateral, then it is not the principle of nebis in idem. The Bukitinggi Religious Court has the authority to examine and decide the case of al-murabaha sale and purchase agreement Bank Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi. The Bukitinggi Religious Court bases its decision on: KUH Perdata, Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the Al-Hadith. Settlement of dispute defaults best with Court decisions. The need for a law on sharia economics in addition to the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith as a guideline for sharia economic actors. Islamic banks must implement Islamic law in a fixed manner as part of worship.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the direct influence of the variables of training, empowerment, competence, and performance. And the role of competence mediating variables. The method used is quantitative–explanatory. The population and sample are 54 respondents. They are collecting data using a questionnaire—data analysis using smart-PLS 3. The results show directly that training has not been able to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, empowerment can improve employee performance, as well as competence, can improve performance. In the indirect research results, first, it is known that competence in complete mediation can mediate the effect of training on employee performance. Second, competence in partial mediation can intervene in the influence of empowerment on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential of corporate zakat of Indonesian Islamic banks. This is qualitative research. Financial reports of 13 Islamic Banks in Indonesia, published and made available online through their website for 2017-2018, were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The research findings show that overall, corporate zakat paid by Islamic banks in Indonesia is still 6% of total zakat potential, calculation of corporate zakat using “net asset” method results in the most outstanding value of zakat potential-approximately 711 billion Rupiah or ten times of the amount of zakat that Islamic banks have paid in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the Opportunities and Challenges of Conversion of Civil Servant Cooperatives from Conventional to Sharia at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Solok Regency with SWOT Analysis. This type of research uses field research (field research) with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the opportunity for Conversion of Civil Servant Cooperatives from Conventional to Sharia The Office of the Ministry of Religion of Solok Regency was very large because of the enthusiasm of cooperative members moving from conventional to sharia and supported by policymakers and stakeholders in Solok Regency. The challenge is that there is no member decision as the highest law based on Law no. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives and Government Regulation (PP) No. 4 of 1994 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Legalization of the Deed of Establishment in conversion to sharia cooperatives, lack of professional personnel in cooperative management and weakness of understanding due to being accustomed to the conventional system, salaries are deducted Savings and loans and when needed can be facilitated so that they are unwittingly trapped in the system of usury, maysir and gharar which are prohibited in Islam

Abstract

In discussing this, the problem is how much influence mudharabah and musharaka financing have on the profit of Islamic banks. The aim is to discover the effect of mudharabah and musharaka financing on the profit of Islamic banks. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data source comes from a written document of the Financial Services Authority in published financial statements. The data analysis technique that the writer did was Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Multiple Correlation, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Hypothesis Testing, namely T-Test and F Test. The author's research results, mudharabah financing affects earnings because it has a count of 3.675, thus t arithmetic> t table (3.675> 2.048) with a significant level of 0.001 below significant 0.05 (5%) (0.001 <0.05), then H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Musharaka financing does not affect profit because it has a count of 0.288, thus t arithmetic <t table (0.288 <2.048). With a significant level of 0.776 above a significant 0.05 (5%) (0.776> 0.05), then H0 is accepted, and Ha is rejected. Mudharabah and Masyarakat financing simultaneously affect earnings because it has a count of 10.856, thus f arithmetic f table (10.856> 4.210). With a significant level of 0,000 below significant 0.05 (5%) (0,000 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The problem in this article is how to apply the product, price, place, and promotion of deposit products at Baitul Maal wa Tamwil in Payakumbuh. The research uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the findings show that BMT in Payakumbuh applies a marketing strategy (product) of deposit products carried out in the form of socialization to prospective customers and sending a letter of a deposit offer. Furthermore, the marketing strategy (price) is carried out by notifying the amount of ratio to be given on the nominal amount of deposits and providing convenience in the form of ball pick-up and giving deposit accounts to distant customers so as not to have to come to the office to deposit funds. The marketing strategy (place) of deposit products is to pay attention to the position of the BMT office to make it easier for customers to make transactions. Lastly, the marketing strategy (promotion) of deposit products on BMT is carried out with various advertisements in the form of brochures, letters of offer, and banners. Then BMT also promotes products through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Twitter. In addition, BMT also uses sales promotion by giving gifts to customers for a number of funds and personal sales conducted by the marketing department in the form of direct socialization

Abstract

The quality of public services is a major indicator of good governance, from the central government to local governments. Services provided by local governments such as the Tanah Datar Regency Fire Department. The main problem in this study is the indicator of community satisfaction in Tanah Datar Regency with the services provided by firefighters. This study uses a quantitative approach which is a method to test several theories by examining the relationship between variables with a sample of 88 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, uii t, f test, and classical assumption test. The results showed that the quality of human resources had a significant effect on community satisfaction, the quality of fire fighting services showed a significant effect on community satisfaction and facilities had a significant effect on community satisfaction. The quality of human resources, the quality of fire fighting services and facilities have a simultaneous effect on the satisfaction of the people of Tanah Datar Regency

Abstract

This study aims to describe and understand the system of profit sharing for musyarakah financing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type and field study research method by conducting interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the profit sharing system applied by PT. BPR Syariah Al-Makmur uses revenue sharing, with profit sharing for banks calculated from the results of financing given divided by the total value of the project and multiplied by the estimated profit sharing ratio. The researcher concluded that the profit sharing system of Islamic banks as a whole was in accordance with the rules. The researcher suggested that banks use a profit sharing system, with the burden of costs being borne by banks and customers, so that there is a form of justice in musyarakah financing
