Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital marketing dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja UKM di Kabupaten Bantul. Keberadaan UKM memiliki peran yang besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah maupun negara. Akan tetapi disisi lain peningkatan tersebut belum sepenuhnya diikuti dengan peningkatan daya saing. Beberapa UKM masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengimplementasikan digital marketing untuk bisnisnya, disamping itu masih terdapat UKM yang belum maksimal dalam mengembangkan kreativitasnya. Kendala tersebut akan berdampak pada kinerja UKM dalam menghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 100 UKM di Bantul. Sementara itu, olah data dilakukan dengan alat analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital marketing dan kreativitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM. Digital marketing dan kreativitas akan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik bagi perusahaan dari segi pemasaran sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja UKM dalam menghadapi persaingan. Abstract

This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The research population is people who work in the brick industry in Rambahan Village. The research sample uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, namely 60 people. The research results show that, partially, the brick industry has a significant effect on increasing people's income by 48.6%. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the brick industry on increasing people's income by 17.5%, with the obtained value of fcount>ftable (12.311>3.16). This shows reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that there is a significant influence between the brick industry together (simultaneously) on increasing people's income in Rambahan Village. Where if the brick industry gets better, the increase in people's income in Rambahan Village will also be better. Meanwhile, the remaining 82.5% was influenced by other variables not included in this research

Abstract

Ground coffee is a drink that has become a lifestyle nowadays. Ground coffee is made from processed coffee that is roasted and then processed to become coffee powder. Currently, the number of requests for ground coffee products is quite high in the market. The aims of this study were to 1) analyze the level of purchase of ground coffee by households in North Curup District, 2) analyze what factors influence the level of purchase of ground coffee by households in North Curup District. The method used to determine the location of this study is purposive or intentional with the consideration that in Curup Utara District there are several coffee production businesses. Respondents were determined by the Accidental Sampling method and obtained as many as 96 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study, 1) The level of ground coffee purchases by Curup Utara District is in the low category, with an average purchase of 872.4 grams/month, 2) The factor that has a significant effect is the household income variable. While the variables of the number of adult family members, education level, consumer age and perceptions of the product have no significant effect on the purchase level of ground coffee in Curup Utara District

Abstract

Gaya hidup Generasi Z sangat dipengaruhi oleh teknologi, kesadaran sosial, kesehatan, dan preferensi terhadap pengalaman yang autentik dan personal. Mereka membentuk identitas mereka melalui penggunaan media digital dan memiliki nilai-nilai yang mencerminkan kepedulian terhadap keberlanjutan dan inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku gaya hidup halal dan minat pembelian produk halal di kalangan Generasi Z di Lumajang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer yang diperkuat oleh tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup halal dapat meningkatkan minat pembelian produk halal, karena gaya hidup ini telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi seorang muslim. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa 95% dari sampel Generasi Z di Lumajang telah menerapkan gaya hidup halal. Oleh karena itu, hal ini akan meningkatkan minat mereka terhadap pembelian produk halal

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the price of purebred chicken eggs, consumer income, number of family members, consumer tastes, and the price of duck eggs on the demand for purebred chicken eggs in Langsa City. The research uses a survey method. This research is based on the research objective, namely using a causal research design. Causal research is research that aims to test a hypothesis about the influence of one or several independent variables on the dependent variable. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling with a sample size of 50 consumers of purebred chicken eggs. The results of the study obtained the linear regression equation as follows: Y = -128.018 + 0.02X1 + 0.000005422X2 + 1.955X3 + 14.065X4 + 0.015X5. The adjusted R2 value of 0.506 means that the price factor for broiler eggs, consumer income, the number of family dependents, consumer tastes, and the price of duck eggs affect the demand for purebred chicken eggs in Langsa City by 50.6%. The remaining 49.4% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this research model. The results of the F test simultaneously show that the price of broiler eggs, consumer income, the number of family dependents, consumer tastes, and the price of duck eggs affect the demand for purebred chicken eggs in Langsa City. The results t separately of consumer income, consumer tastes, and duck egg prices affect the demand for purebred chicken eggs in Langsa City. The t results separately for the price of broiler chicken eggs and the number of family dependents have no effect on the demand for purebred chicken eggs in Langsa City

Abstract

This research purpose to review the social theory literature, especially phenomenological theory. This research use the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method. To collect research data, the "Publish or Perish" application is used to collect journals related to the search settings on the Google Scholar site, distribution data from 2020 to 2021, the maximum number of search journals is 200, and the keyword used is "Social Theory" , “Phenomenology”, and “Accounting Practice”. From the search results, using certain criteria a total of 22 journals were collected related to phenomenological social theory research, however of the 22 only 7 journals mentioned the theoretical figures. The phenomena that occurred appeared most frequently in 2020 on PT and MSME sites or fields which raised the topic of pandemic and digitalization which had the most impact on the accounting context in interpreting business continuity and submitting financial reports in order to survive in the all-digital era or digitalization

Abstract

Delicia is a business operating in the culinary sector. Culinary businesses seem to be inseparable from people's lives, considering that consuming food provided by culinary businesses is part of their daily needs. This business development is to find out the focus of Delicia products that will be developed so that they can compete with existing market snack businesses so that it is a business worth developing. Delicia sells various kinds of cakes, for example mochi, risol mayo, cheese roll, pudding, etc. which are currently still being sold in the SMP N 2 Tempel canteen. Even though there are instant and modern foods imported from abroad, market snacks are still popular for several reasons, including relatively affordable prices with good taste, and many varied choices provided. This research aims to improve Delicia's business development strategy. This strategy uses the BMC (Business Model Canvas) approach and uses SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Where BMC is considered effective in business development. Meanwhile, SWOT is to find out strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in business
