Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading sectors in Indonesia’s economic development, including in the Thousand Islands (Kepulauan Seribu), which possesses remarkable marine and natural potential. However, the management and marketing strategies of tourism in this region still face several challenges, such as limited infrastructure, low service quality, and the suboptimal use of digital promotion. This study aims to examine tourism marketing management strategies in the Thousand Islands using a literature review method, in order to provide a comprehensive overview of effective strategies for increasing tourist visits. The literature review was conducted by analyzing various relevant previous studies related to tourism destination management, the concept of the marketing mix (7P), and sustainable tourism approaches. The findings indicate that the application of digital-based marketing strategies, the improvement of tourism service quality, the strengthening of stakeholder collaboration, and the development of a sustainable and environmentally friendly destination image are crucial factors in enhancing the attractiveness of the Thousand Islands. Furthermore, promotional strategies through social media, the enhancement of local human resource capacity, and the development of thematic tourism packages have been proven effective in increasing both tourist arrivals and satisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of integrated and sustainability-oriented marketing management in the development of tourism in the Thousand Islands. By optimizing natural potential, local culture, and digital technology, the region has the opportunity to become one of Indonesia’s leading tourism destinations. The implications of this review are expected to serve as valuable input for local governments, tourism businesses, and local communities in formulating more effective, sustainable, and competitive marketing strategies both nationally and internationally.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of state revenue, used to finance development and government operations for the welfare of the public. However, for companies, taxes are often considered a burden because they reduce profits generated from business activities. This situation has led to the emergence of tax avoidance, a practice carried out legally. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, capital intensity, leverage, inventory intensity, and transfer pricing on tax avoidance in Consumer non-cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2019–2023. The research uses secondary data from the annual financial reports of 131 companies. Using a purposive sampling technique, 21 companies were obtained as the sample. Data were analyzed using the Gretl for Windows software. The results show that leverage and transfer pricing have a significant negative effect on tax avoidance, while profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have no significant effect. These findings indicate that companies with high levels of leverage and transfer pricing tend to reduce their tax avoidance practices. In conclusion, leverage and transfer pricing are important determinants of tax avoidance behavior, while the other variables have no significant influence.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Ria's dodol pulut business in Tanjung Pura District. This aim was carried out to analyze the influence of product quality, price, distribution and promotion on consumer buying interest in dodol pulut Ria in Tanjung Pura District. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses a causal research design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The number of research respondents was 40 consumers interested in Dodol Pulut Ria. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS Program Version 23. The results of this research show that product quality, distribution and promotion have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in dodol pulut Ria in Tanjung Pura District and the price variable does not have a significant influence on consumer buying interest in dodol pulut Ria in Tanjung District Temple.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the location of the Capsicum frutescens, L. plant base in districts/cities in Aceh Province. The data collection method is a survey method based on secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Aceh Province. The research design used in this research is quantitative descriptive. For the location of the Capsicum frutescens, L base in Aceh Province, Location Quotient (LQ) analysis was used. The data used is the population of horticultural plant species in Aceh Province in 2013-2022. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 districts that have base potential in cayenne pepper production, namely Central Aceh District, Bener Merah District and Gayo Lues District. There are several Regencies/Cities that have no potential in cayenne pepper production, namely Simeulue District, South Aceh District, Southeast Aceh District, East Aceh District, West Aceh District, Aceh Besar District, Pidie District, Bireuen District, North Aceh District, Southwest Aceh District. , Aceh Tamiang Regency, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Jaya Regency, Pidie Jaya Regency, Banda Aceh City, Sabang City, Langsa City, Lhokseumawe City, Subussalam Regency. And only 1 district has the opportunity to produce cayenne pepper for the next few years, namely Aceh Singkil district.

Abstract

Jasa transportasi memiliki peran penting bagi masyarakat karena dapat memfasilitasi perpindahan baik manusia maupun barang untuk mendukung berbagai aspek kehidupan (ekonomi, sosial, dan pembangunan). Para pelaku bisnis berlomba-lomba untuk meningkatkan keunggulan dengan membuat aplikasi jasa transportasi online sehingga mempermudah konsumen untuk melakukan pemesanan tanpa harus ke terminal atau stasiun terlebih dahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa strategi penetapan harga, promosi dan layanan customer service terhadap Keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa ojek online PT. Gojek di Pulogebang Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang menggunakan jasa ojek online PT. Gojek sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dari penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi penetapan harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan konsumen, promosi dan layanan customer service berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa ojek online PT. Gojek di pulogebang Jakarta Timur
