SISI LAIN REALITA is a valuable resource for academics and researchers in crime, whether they be from criminology, sociology, anthropology, psychology, law, economics, politics or social work, and for professionals concerned with crime, law, criminal justice, politics, and penology. The study criminology have some paradigm. First, Classical Criminology, Modern Criminology, Feminist Criminology and Post Modern Criminology. The Journal welcomes submissions from a variety of perspectives focusing on crime and society; and especially articles written from sociological, historical, philosophical, youth justice, feminist criminology, violence and victims, human trafficking, human right, news macking criminology, visual criminology, everyday life crime, cybercrime, transnational crime, geographical, environmental crime, economical crime, psychological, jurisprudential, cultural, political, or policy standpoints. Whilst the journal endeavours to be as inclusive as possible in terms of its content, its aim is also to publish the best work currently ongoing within the discipline. The two main criteria according to which articles submitted for publication will be assessed are: the degree to which the article contributes new knowledge to an understanding of crime and society; the overall quality of the argument and its presentation.

Abstract

Sexual exploitation are those who are involved in prostitution, services or sex workers or become objects of pornographic activities caused by the economy and exploitation by prostitution of others is an activity to earn money and other benefits from prostitution activities. the theory that researchers use where researchers use rational choice theory why researchers use rational choice theory because rational choice theory intends criminals to think rationally to commit the crimes they commit by knowing the consequences of their actions but also continuing to commit the crimes they commit. Like the case that the researcher studied, this theory is certainly closely related because the husband with his rational choice makes the victim a commercial sex worker to get money and other benefits.

Abstract

The phenomenon of prostitution can be said as a crime, where that prostitutiom was activities and action who violates the regulations and norm that apply in the community are include deviant acts. Now in digital era this act develop, be it in terms of actors or practice. Like what happened on Pekanbaru city there is online prostitutipn carried out by minors with michat application. This research do with qualitative and descriptive method meaning to desribe and solve problem this research, with rational choice theory whic causes minors to become actor of prostitution was a based on that choice and fullfilling of life.

Abstract

The child is someone who is not yet eighteen years old and in carrying out his life, the child must be fulfilled every right he has and get attention and protection in the process of growth and development. However, in several big cities in Indonesia, not all children can grow and develop properly including children experiencing intimidation, violence, exploitation, as happened in Pekanbaru city where there is prostitution involving children, this research was conducted in Pekanbaru city which focused on the jurisdiction Polresta Pekanbaru and included in the type of descriptive qualitative research where based on interviews resulted in data findings that there are police efforts and strategies in preventing child prostitution. Then an analysis is carried out using the theory of crime prevention, namely pre-emptive which includes prevention by instilling values ​​and norms into the community as a form of early prevention, preventive by preventing crime before the occurrence of a crime by suppressing the opportunity to commit a crime, repressive is an effort made when the crime occurs. happened and the police enforce the law.

Abstract

This study examines and discusses the problem of children who are victims of violence within the family. This is motivated by the endless number of acts of violence against children. Children should get protection and love by their families, but now children are even victims of violence by their own families and even their own parents which is called child maltreatment. But what is unfortunate is that this is considered normal by the community. Violence that usually occurs by children includes physical violence, psychological violence, sexsual violence, and social violence. In this study, we want to discuss what forms of child maltreatment are and what causes child maltratment, where we know that acts of violence will be dangerous in the development and life of the child. The research method used in this research is qualitative research which aims to describe the actual situation of what is happening at the research site through collecting, identifying, and analyzing data so as to obtain answers to the formulated problems. So this study concludes that the cause of child maltreatment victims is due to parental disputes and lack of understanding in educating children and lack of concern for the surrounding community. This is expected to be a lesson so that no more children become victims of domestic violence committed by their own parents

Abstract

In essence, children are the next generation of the nation, so treating children well is our collective obligation, so that children can grow and develop well. This study discusses the form of protection for children who are victims of same-sex sexual crimes in Rokan Hilir Regency which are handled by the DP2KBP3A service. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research by conducting interviews with key informants and informants. in this study include the Head of the DP2KBP3A Service, Child Protection Division, Advocacy Section for Child Information Facilities, Community Leaders, Victims, Victims' Families, using data obtained by researchers which are then associated with criminological theory showing that the form of protection from DP2KBP3A Rokan Hilir district in handling cases of same-sex sexual crimes against children, starting with reporting, then outreach to victims, case management, temporary shelter in safe houses, then mediation, assisting victims and conducting outreach activities in sub-districts and villages in the district n Rokan Downstream.

Abstract

In general this study aims to provide an overview of the impact of sexual harassment on minors in the Bandar Petalangan District. Pelalawan District. Sex is an experienced part of human life. God created humans with sex and created sex in maintaining the continuity of human existence. However, sometimes there are some people. Experience the wrong sexual orientation so that the outlet for their sexual needs tends to abouse and even torture children. This paper will find out the effects of sexiual abouse on minors. Abstract

Human Rights (HAM) in all aspects of life, especially the protection of children in Indonesia. It is explained in the law that children are an inseparable part of the survival of human life and the sustainability of a nation and state. The rise in recent years how vulnerable children are to become victims of immoral crimes. A crime against decency is defined as a form of violation/crime against moral values ​​(moral norms). Pedophilia is a form of crime against children. Pedophilia is someone who has deviant sexual behavior with children, Pedophilia is a disorder or mental disorder in someone to act by making children the target of that action, generally the form of action is in the form of an outlet for sexual desire. This act of sexual harassment is very disturbing because the victims themselves are children, this sexual harassment causes psychological trauma that cannot be cured in a short time. Based on the facts that happened, this study aims to determine the efforts to recover the emotions of children who are victims of pedophilia crime at UPT PPA Riau Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using qualitative methods. namely descriptive research. The most practical way to do this is to conduct in-depth interviews. In this study, the authors made key informants and informants the object of research. Because by conducting interviews with key informants and informants to get answers from the results of related research, efforts to handle child victims of sexual harassment, the Technical Service Unit of the Service (UPT PPA) Center for the Protection of Women and Children Empowerment (UPT PPA) obtained the following results: loss of minor trauma due to sexual harassment, improved social function and better communication in the family and in the environment. The technique used in trauma recovery is to build a relationship with the victim, so that the victim is more flexible and confident in conveying what he wants to tell

Abstract

Phenomenon is defined as the supposed state of a thing, a special condition that is connected to a person or thing. Woman trafficking is one of the hidden modes of prostitution and it is a crime against women. The rise of this phenomenon also occurs in karaoke cafes, we can found out that women will work as karaoke sex guides and then make these women as commercial workers (CSWs). Prostitution is the activity of someone who sells her own body, honor and personality to many people to satisfy their lust with imbalance or payment. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of women trafficking with hidden prostitution modes in karaoke cafes that occurred in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study explain that the women in the cafe only worked as guides first but because the buyer asked women who can be rented and invited to open rooms, the cafe provided women commercial sex workers (CSWs) but it is only given to certain customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing school dropouts in SMA X Bandar Petalangan Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency and what are the social impacts that occur on school dropouts in SMA X Bandar Petalangan Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. In this study the author uses a qualitative method using descriptive data. This research was conducted at SMA X, Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency. The key informants and informants of this study were victims of divorce, parents of victims, school principals, BK teachers and the community. Analysis of this research data using descriptive analysis. Results Based on research and discussion, the key is that the cause of dropping out of school in Bandar Petalangan District is generally due to economic factors. This is evident from the parents of children who have dropped out of school who only work as farmers with low incomes, so that the need for education is insufficient which ultimately causes children to drop out of school. Low parental education (graduated from elementary school/equivalent) results in parents being less important in educating their children. This is evidenced by the lack of parental supervision and understanding of the subject matter. Peers who also experience school dropouts also cause children to also drop out of school. This is evident from the informants of children who have dropped out of school also have peers who have dropped out of school

Abstract

This study discusses the efforts of DP2KBP3A Kuantan Dingingi Regency in dealing with cases of sexual violance against children. This study aims to determine how DP2KBP3A Kuantan Singingi Regency in handling cases of sexual abuse against children. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews with 5 key informants and 3 informants in this study. The results of this study indicate that efforts to handle cases of sexual violance against children can run as they are. From receiving public complaints, going to the field, case management, temporary shelter, mediation, victim assistance and outreach to villages in Kuantan Singingi district. However, the implementation of the efforts of victims of child sexual violence in DP2KBP3A Kuantan Singingi Regency is still ineffective and there is a need for public awareness about acts of sexual violence against children.
