Abstract

Penyalahgunaan obat batuk di luar fungsinya ternyata sama bahayanya dengan penggunaan narkoba yang dapat mendatangkan sensasi mabuk (ngeplay) bagi penggunanya. Zat Dextromethorphan dalam kandungan obat batuk yang apabila dikonsumsi dalam jumlah banyak tidak sesuai prosedur kesehatan dapat mengakibatkan mabuk (ngeplay). Hal ini menjadi trend di kalangan remaja yang kalau tidak diantisipasi sejak dini, maka akan membahayakan bagi kelangsungan generasi muda kita. Tujuan dialakukannya Pengabdian Masyarakat ini tidak lain untuk mengingatkan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan obat batuk diluar fungsinya oleh para remaja. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Darussalam, Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau. Peserta kegiatan terbatas pada kelompok tokoh masyarakat, perangkat Desa terkait serta Babinkamtibmas dan Babainsa setempat. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan setiap peserta yang telah mendapatkan materi sosialisasi dapat melakukan hal-hal penting sesuai dengan kapasitasnya masing- masing dalam rangka penyalahgunaan obat batuk di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

Cyber ​​harrasment is the result of improper use of the internet and it is a verbal crime where most of the victims are children and adolescents. This crime need internet as a media to do these acts. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the use of social media Instagram and the vulnerability of of cyber harrasment victims. The research uses quantitative methods, with correlational approach. The research analyzed the behaviour of the Instagram users at @anaksekolahpku account. The result of this research showed that that there the teenagers who made an Instagram become part of their lives. They even deliberately include their personal identities and daily activities for public consumption. This is related to the result of the research about the vulnerability of victims of cyber harassment, where teenagers even get / provide some comments, vulgar videos, personal messages, etc., which lead to cyber harassment. So, it can be concluded that there was significant relationship between the use of social media Instagram and the vulnerability of of cyber harrasment victims.

Abstract

Phenomenon is defined as the supposed state of a thing, a special condition that is connected to a person or thing. Woman trafficking is one of the hidden modes of prostitution and it is a crime against women. The rise of this phenomenon also occurs in karaoke cafes, we can found out that women will work as karaoke sex guides and then make these women as commercial workers (CSWs). Prostitution is the activity of someone who sells her own body, honor and personality to many people to satisfy their lust with imbalance or payment. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of women trafficking with hidden prostitution modes in karaoke cafes that occurred in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study explain that the women in the cafe only worked as guides first but because the buyer asked women who can be rented and invited to open rooms, the cafe provided women commercial sex workers (CSWs) but it is only given to certain customers.

Abstract

Riau Province is one of the provinces that contributes to oil and gold mining in Indonesia. As has been done by the people of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Peranap District, where some of the people carry out mining activities for mineral resources (gold) as a livelihood. Because some of these activities are carried out illegally, it raises pros and cons and gets a reaction from law enforcement officers, namely the police. The research method is qualitative because the research data is more relevant and more likely to interpret the data found in the field, so the researcher determines that this research research can be directed to collect data, take meaning and gain understanding of the problems found. There were five resource persons in this study. The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategy of the Peranap police sector against illegal gold mining in Peranap District. To solve the problem in this research, the theory of reality of social crime is used. The results of data analysis using purposive techniques. Based on the results of the study that the phenomenon of crime in the act of gold mining, namely that which is carried out by the community does not have a permit that is in accordance with the rules in accordance with the rules of the government. So the mining activity is considered illegal (crime).

Abstract

Handling vehicle claim at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch refers to the process of submitting and settling vehicle insurance claim being carried out efficiently, on time, and meeting the expectations of policy holders and this research aims to identify obstacles faced in the process of handling claim and provide recommendations for improvement. The research uses qualitative methods with Ricard M. Steers' theory which has 3 dimensions, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of handling vehicle claim at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch has not been effective, with obstacles in the dimension of achieving goals seen from the aspect of the achievement period and concrete targets that have been running well. Integrity dimensions, seen from the aspects of procedures and socialization processes, there is still a lack of understanding from insurance companies towards customers, causing customers to lack understanding of the claim submission process. The adaptation dimension consists of aspects of increasing capabilities and infrastructure which have not been running well because customers feel limited in their choice of workshops and often have to travel long distances to get repair estimates. Based on these three dimensions, it can be seen that the effectiveness of handling vehicle claim at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch has not been effective due to a lack of socialization on claim handling procedures and a lack of facilities and infrastructure at the recommended workshops.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the formation Slang vocabulary in the novel Marmut Merah Jambu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is the observation technique, technique notes, and library techniques. The data source in the research is the vocabulary in the novel Marmut Merah Jambu by Raditya Dika which is in the form of Slang. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques (content study). Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, this research produced 46 findings data. The research data on the formation of Slang vocabulary can be detailed as follows: (1) insertion of -ok- in 2 data; (2) uptake of the Jakarta (Betawi) dialect with 9 data; (3) acronyms with 12 data; (4) 3 data abbreviations; and (5) use of other terms totaling 20 data.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan, kelayakan dan respons peserta didik maupun guru terhadap media coding scratch materi cerita fantasi yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kuranngnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Mengacu pada model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan, yaitu 1) Tahap Analisis (Analyze), 2) Tahap Desain (Design), 4) Tahap Pengembangan (Development), 4) Tahap Implementasi (Implementation), dan 5) Tahap Evaluasi (Evaluation). Media yang dihasilkan berupa coding scratch materi cerita fantasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Cinangka dengan 31 siswa kelas 7F sebagai subjek penelitian. Untuk menguji kelayakan media, dilakukan validasi dengan ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil analisis validasi media coding scratch yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan rata-rata sebesar 86. Dan hasil analisis data respon peserta didik juga guru mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 85 dengan kategori “Baik”. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran coding scratch sangat baik digunakan untuk pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi cerita fantasi.

Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas pelayanan akademik dan nonakademik serta mitra kerja menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam menggai mutu lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan dan mendeskripsikan data mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas pelayanan akademik dan nonakademik yang berlansung di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA) tahun 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan dengan adalah metode survey yang dilakukan melalui google form. Komponen yang disurvei mencakup tanggapan kepuasan para mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan dosen, tenaga kependidikan, pimpinan fakultas, dan sarana prasarana. Komponen yang disurvei dari mitra kerja sama meliputi relevansi, koordinasi, dampak, kendala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, rata-rata tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa adalah sebesar 86,1 (sangat puas). Rata-rata kepuasan mitra kerja sama sekolah pascasarjana adalah sebesar 92,5 (sangat puas). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu landasan dalam melalukan evaluasi serta menetapkan kebijakan lebih lanjut bagi pimpinan universitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keluarga atau orang tua yang kurang peduli terhadap pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak dirumah. Misalnya, orang tua tidak mengajarkan atau menyuruh anaknya mengaji di rumah, dan juga tidak membiasakan anak-anaknya sholat berjamaah, yang seharusnya pada waktu magrib anak harus sudah ada dimushola untuk solat dan mengaji, ternyata anak malah asyik nonton TV dan main Hp. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode ilmiah. Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai dengan kenyataan (fakta) yang ada di lapangan berdasarkan pertanyaan terbuka. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan, (1) Peran keluarga dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak di RT 04 Desa Sogo Kecamatan Kumpeh Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yaitu dengan cara keluarga atau orang tua memberikan bimbingan, pengarahan secara langsung serta memberikan nasihat dan motivasi yang baik kepada anak, (2) Hambatan yang dialami keluarga atau orang tua dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak di RT 04 Desa Sogo Kecamatan Kumpeh Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yaitu, terbatasnya waktu dan ilmu pengetahuan dari orang tua dan juga susahnya mendapatkan jaringan internet di desa Sogo tersebut, (3) Didalam mengatasi masalah pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak di rumah usaha yang dilakukan oleh orang tua di RT 04 Desa Sogo yaitu, selalu kosultasi atau bertanya kepada pemuka agama, membantu anak untuk mencari jaringan internet dan mendowload video atau pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran anak, memberikan pengawasan dan membatasi penggunaan HP pada anak serta memberikan hukuman kepada anak yang berbuat salah.

Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced all aspects of life, including the world of education. Information technology in the world of education is a necessity, one of which is the use of various learning applications. The aim of this research is to describe the use of live worksheet web-based E-LKPD in learning Indonesian on procedural text material. Researchers will describe how it is used, benefits, advantages, and challenges that may be faced in application. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach that focuses on the use of live worksheets as a learning medium for procedure text material for class IXC students at SMPN 5 Cibadak. The results of this research indicate that live worksheet web-based E-LKPD can increase student activity in learning procedural texts. Students look enthusiastic in watching and reading the material. Students actively discuss when working on group worksheets, actively work on individual worksheets, and formative assessments of procedural text material. Live worksheet web-based e-LKPD can increase students' interest in learning. Students feel happy when learning Indonesian using procedure text material. Web-based e-LKPD live worksheets can also improve understanding of procedural text material. This can be seen from the increase of the average score 13.20 points, it’s from 62.48 to 75.68.
