Abstract

Village-government digitalization often stops at information publication and does not yet integrate citizen needs, administrative workflows, and secure software operations. This study develops a website-based information-system design for Kute Rumah Bundar, Ketambe, Southeast Aceh, by combining Design Thinking, Agile, and DevSecOps. An artifact-oriented design approach is used. The service context is represented through a problem map, actor needs, service scenarios, architecture, product backlog, access-control matrix, threat model, and acceptance criteria. Design Thinking maintains alignment with citizen and staff needs; Agile translates those needs into measurable increments; and DevSecOps embeds security checks throughout software change. The result comprises five service domains, eighteen core requirements, four user roles, three development increments, and twelve security-risk scenarios. Traceability inspection shows that every core requirement is mapped to a module and acceptance criterion, while each risk scenario is connected to preventive, detective, or recovery controls. The combined approach therefore produces a design that is user-centered, incrementally deliverable, and secure by design. The main contribution is an integrated working pattern that can be replicated for digital service transformation in resource-constrained village administrations.

Abstract

Cafe ordering requires customers to understand menus, variants, prices, availability, payment, and order status within a short period. An interface that exposes many options without clear hierarchy can increase errors and cognitive load. This study develops an Android-based cafe ordering UI/UX design for Adaa Caffe, Pulo Kemiri, Southeast Aceh, using Design Thinking. An artifact-oriented design process covers empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. User context is represented through hypothetical personas, a customer journey, problem statements, requirements, information architecture, task flows, prototypes, and evaluation scenarios. The result comprises three persona groups, eighteen core needs, five problem statements, twenty-four task scenarios, twelve usability criteria, ten interface risks, and three prototype iterations. The design centers the experience on menu discovery, transparent customization, visible costs, queue status, and error recovery. Traceability inspection shows that every requirement is linked to a problem, interface component, and acceptance scenario. The contribution is a Design Thinking pattern that connects user insight to UI/UX decisions and evaluation evidence. These results indicate design completeness rather than field effectiveness because verified interviews and real-user testing remain outside the study boundary.

Abstract

Micro-scale laundry services require fast, transparent, and accessible information to remain competitive in an increasingly digital customer environment. Laundry Kocan previously relied on conventional information delivery, which limited customer access to business profiles, service prices, operating hours, and communication channels. This study aims to develop a responsive website-based information system as a service-information and digital-promotion medium for Laundry Kocan. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Primary data were obtained through field observation and an in-depth interview with the business owner, while secondary data consisted of price documents, promotional materials, and supporting literature. Data analysis followed reduction, display, conclusion drawing, and verification stages. System development comprised requirements analysis, interface design, HTML and CSS implementation supported by Bootstrap, and display testing on desktop and smartphone device categories. The implementation produced a landing page, business profile, digital price list, navigation, operating-hour information, and a responsive WhatsApp communication button. The source draft reports that the post-implementation indicator of new customers increased from 20% to 80%; because absolute counts, measurement period, and a comparison group were not documented, this figure is interpreted descriptively rather than as causal evidence. Overall, the website establishes a digital identity and improves the reach, consistency, and transparency of Laundry Kocan service information.

Abstract

Warkop Ahai is a coffee shop known in Kutacane for its traditional brewed coffee, local identity, and social function as a community meeting place. However, structured digital information regarding its products, business story, strengths, and location orientation is not yet available in a concise medium. This study aims to develop a promotional and informational website prototype for Warkop Ahai by integrating Lean UX and Agile. Requirements data were collected from open sources consisting of ten visible public reviews on a place aggregator, online media profiles, and relevant literature. The Lean UX stages comprised assumption declaration, minimum viable product creation, experiment, and learning, while Agile was implemented through Sprint 0 to Sprint 3. Multi-label analysis showed that taste and quality appeared in eight reviews, local or legendary identity in four, access or visit recommendation in two, service or cleanliness in two, and social function in one. The resulting product is a responsive static prototype containing home, strengths, menu, story, and location/contact sections. Structural and navigation testing across twelve scenarios produced twelve passed results. The study indicates that Lean UX and Agile integration can produce a rapid, measurable, and easily iterated minimum promotional medium. Nevertheless, user validation, prices, operating hours, contact details, and business information must be directly confirmed with the owner before the website is published as an official channel.

Abstract

Berhak Laundry is a laundry service business in Southeast Aceh Regency that requires a more structured service mechanism for presenting service information, receiving orders, arranging pickup and delivery, and providing customers with clear laundry status. Direct communication-based services may cause inconsistent records, repeated questions, delayed confirmation, and difficulties in tracking orders. This study aims to develop a laundry service website using Rapid Application Development so that user requirements can be translated through prototypes and iterative improvements. The research stages include requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover. Requirements were collected through service-flow observation, interviews with the manager, and examination of transaction documents. The resulting website contains service information, price lists, ordering, pickup and delivery options, status tracking, order management, and transaction reporting modules. Testing of ten major functions showed that all scenarios produced the expected outputs. Prototype evaluation also indicated that navigation structure, form completeness, and status information became clearer after three improvement iterations. The developed website helps customers obtain service information and monitor their laundry process, while the manager can control order data more systematically and efficiently.

Abstract

Sales records can be transformed into purchasing patterns that support product bundling, inventory planning, and contextual accessory recommendations. This study applies FP-Growth to discover frequent itemsets and association rules for the laptop-sales context of Harapan.Com in Southeast Aceh. Because actual transaction history was not supplied, the analysis uses 100 deterministic simulated transactions comprising four laptop brands and seven complementary products. The process includes item normalization, frequency counting, FP-Tree construction, conditional pattern bases, frequent-itemset mining, and rule generation. Minimum support is set at 15%, confidence at 60%, and lift above 1. The simulation yields 38 frequent itemsets and 30 qualifying rules. Notable patterns include Cooling Pad to Headset with 18% support, 78.26% confidence, and 2.90 lift, and Extended Warranty to Office License with 23% support, 85.19% confidence, and 2.13 lift. These patterns suggest gaming, productivity, and accessory-recommendation bundles. The study contributes a transparent and reproducible workflow while explicitly separating simulated results from real transaction evidence.

Abstract

Berkah Laundry is a clothing-care service business in Southeast Aceh Regency that still faces limitations in order recording, price information delivery, pickup and delivery coordination, and laundry status tracking. This study aims to develop an integrated service website that enables customers to submit orders while assisting managers in controlling transactions and production processes. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. Requirements were collected through service-process observation, manager interviews, and transaction-document analysis. The resulting responsive website provides service-package information, ordering, cost estimation, pickup and delivery scheduling, status tracking, payment recording, digital invoices, customer management, and operational reporting. Evaluation used 18 black-box scenarios and 30 simulated transactions. All scenarios produced the expected outputs, every order code remained unique, cost calculations for the simulated data were correct, and each status transition could be traced. Process modeling also reduced the main service flow from eight manual activities to five integrated activities. These results indicate that the website can improve data discipline, service transparency, and Berkah Laundry’s readiness to provide more consistent and measurable digital services.

Abstract

Micro-scale culinary businesses require fast sales recording, yet transactions, kitchen queues, ingredient usage, and cash reports are often managed in separate media. This study develops an Android-based meatball sales system design for Bakso Rikit Kute, Rikit Bur, Southeast Aceh, using the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST). An artifact-oriented design approach covers eight stages: scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, decision analysis, physical design, construction and testing, and installation planning. The result comprises six service domains, twenty core requirements, four roles, three release increments, twenty-six functional scenarios, twelve business rules, ten operational and security risk scenarios, and three recovery scenarios. The design applies an offline-first architecture, recipe-based ingredient deduction, shift reconciliation, idempotency keys, and audit trails. Traceability inspection shows that every core requirement is linked to a business problem, module, rule, and acceptance scenario. The study contributes a FAST implementation pattern that preserves decision links from business problems to Android design and test evidence. These results indicate design completeness rather than operational effectiveness because production deployment and field-impact measurement remain outside the research boundary
