<![CDATA[This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style in Efforts to Improve Job Performance in the Education and Culture Office of Batang Hari Regency. As one of the government agencies, employees are required to work well. In work, of course, will lead to an achievement called work performance. In analyzing the data, the analysis tool used is the t test, and the coefficient of determination and simple linear regression. In the t test, it will be concluded that the variable of leadership style has an effect or not partially (individually) on work performance. In the Coefficient of Determination, the magnitude of the effect that occurs will be calculated as a percentage. To determine the effect of leadership style on work performance at the Batang Hari Regency Education and Culture Office, it can be seen from the t test and the coefficient of determination. In the t test, it is known that the leadership style has a partial effect on work performance. Then, based on the coefficient of determination, leadership style affects work performance at the Batang Hari Education and Culture Office by 27.8%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the effect of population on the economic growth of Jambi Province in 2016-2020. The population variable is the independent variable, and the economic growth variable is the dependent variable. Residents have a role in various economic activities. Not only on the production side, the population also affects the level of consumption of an item which can have an impact on the economic growth of a region. To determine the effect of population on the economic growth of Jambi Province in 2016-2020, a simple linear regression analysis tool was used with the application of the t test with the aim of knowing whether the population variable had a partial or no effect on the variable economic growth. After the data is processed and analyzed, it can be concluded that based on the results of the t-test, the population variable has a partial (partial) influence on economic growth. From the magnitude of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.657. This means that the population affects economic growth by 65.7%. While 24.3% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the implementation of inventory system and inventory system applied in AndesMart is in accordance with the objectives of internal control. To obtain the necessary data then the authors use data collection tools in the form of interviews and literature. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the existing system at AndesMart Light is adequate in accordance with the objectives of internal control that there are elements of internal inventory control merchandise and the management of inventory merchandise procedures are running effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional autonomy is the right, authority and obligation of autonomous regions to regulate and take care of their own government affairs and the interests of local communities in accordance with laws and regulations. The village is the lowest autonomous region, so the village is the object of the fiscal decentralization system that comes from the central government and local government. As a report on the responsibility of the Village government to the funds it manages, the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget needs to be analyzed whether the income obtained has been spent according to planning. For this reason, effectiveness and efficiency measurements of income and expenditure are carried out in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Kampung Baru Village, Maro Sebo Ulu District for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years. The results of the discussion showed that the effectiveness of the Kampung Baru Village APB in 2019 was Effective and in 2020 it was quite effective. While the efficiency of the Kampung Baru Village APB in 2019 and 2020 is quite efficient.]]>

The aims of this research are (1) to find out whether internal control, leadership style and organizational commitmenthave an effect on organizational performance at PT. Berkah Sapta Salma (BPS) Muara Bulian. (2) To find out whether internal control affects the company’s performance at PT. Berkah Sapta Salma (BPS) Muara Bulian. (3) To find out whether the leadership style affects the company’s performance at PT. Blessings of Sapta Salma (BPS) Muara Bulian. (4) To find out whether organizational commitment affects the company’s performance at PT. Blessings of Sapta Salma (BPS) Muara Bulian. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to emloyees of PT. Berkah Sapta Salma (BPS) M uara Bulian and the sample of this study were 80 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.20 program. Overall, it can be concluded that if the variables of internal Control, Leadership Style and Organiztional Commitment simultaneously affect the company’s performance variables, the better the implementation of the variables of Internal Control, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment, the better the company’s performance will be.]]>

<![CDATA[To improve employee performance, a human resource management strategy is needed in order to improve the performance of BKPSDMD employees in Batang Hari Regency. This study aims to determine: 1) To find out the strategy of managing human resources at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) Batang Hari Regency, 2) To determine the performance of employees at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency ( BKPSDMD) Batang Hari Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results show that the benefits of the human resource management strategy implemented by the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari Regency can directly provide good results in improving the performance of the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study are (1) To find out the Employee Work Standards of Production at the Bandung Convection at Muara Bulian (2) To find out Work Productivity at the Bandung Convection at Muara Bulian (3) To analyze the Employee Work Standards of the Production Section to Support the Productivity of Work at Convection Bandung in Muara Bulian. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a quantitative approach. The analytical tool used is qualitative descriptive analysis, standard time analysis and productivity analysis. The results showed basically Bandung Convection did not have a standard work standard but the business owner always emphasized to employees to work well and on time so that the work results obtained had a maintained and appropriate quality and workmanship in accordance with the agreement made between the business owner and consumer. Based on the calculation of the time between the standard time determined by the leader and the time used, a conclusion can be drawn if the time used by employees to do their work is considered to be very productive, this is because the time spent is smaller than the standard time determined by the leader. With the number of orders 224 sheets of clothes and pants with a standard time determined by the company for 1 sheet of clothes or pants for 105 minutes with a total workforce of 8 people, and working hours in a day for 8 hours (480 minutes), the analysis can be concluded in this research is very productive, it is seen from the time available and the time spent.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit of Sarolangun Regency with the aim of knowing how the systems and procedures, recognition, recording and reporting of direct expenditures are at the Civil Service Police Unit of Sarolangun Regency. In analyzing the data, this research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the Recording and Reporting of Direct Expenditures at the Civil Service Police Unit of Sarolangun Regency had implemented Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 64 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for State/Regional Financial Management. Expenditure reporting by the Sarolangun District Civil Service Police Unit has implemented PP No. 71 of 2010 concerning accrual-based recording, which can be seen from the recording of expenditure accounts consisting of operating expenditures including personnel expenditures and goods and services expenditures as well as capital expenditures which include equipment and machinery expenditures as well as other fixed assets expenditures.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine differences in financial performance from the Solvency and Profitability ratios before and during the covid 19 pandemic. The study was directed to PT Telkomsel. Information is collected using a documentation strategy as financial reports in the first, second and third quarters of 2019 and 2020. The testing strategy uses the Different Test t Test with the Paired Samples t Test, which compares data before the COVID-19 pandemic with data during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the review show that Solvency (DER) during the covid 19 pandemic increased compared to before the covid 19 pandemic, while Profitability (ROA) during the covid 19 pandemic decreased compared to before the covid 19 pandemic. Then there were significant differences in financial performance before and during the covid 19 pandemic, both from the Solvency point of view as measured by the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and from the Profitability point of view as measured by the Return On Assets (ROA) Ratio. The result of the research is that the high Solvency (DER) value and low profitability (ROA) value with this assumption lasting for a long period of time will affect the reduced level of confidence of creditors or potential creditors and investors or potential investors to the company.]]>

<![CDATA[In this research in general is to analyze the marketing strategy applied to the Home Industry of Sawargi Crackers in Pal 4. Muara Bulian-Jambi District, in order to increase sales volume. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically whether the marketing strategy has been effective or not in order to increase sales volume. The method of analysis in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, which is to compare the reality that exists in the Home Industry of the Sawargi Cracker Industry in pal 4. Muara Bulian-Jambi District with concepts or theories related to the problem being studied. So far, the Home Industry of Sawargi Crackers Industry in pal 4. Muara Bulian District in its activities has used a marketing strategy which includes product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and distribution strategy, distribution which is quite good but there are still obstacles and shortcomings within the company's internal and external company. So the research results show that the marketing strategy is not optimal in increasing sales volume.]]>
