Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work environment and work commitment on the work motivation of Generation Z employees in Samarinda City. This study employs a quantitative approach with the population being all Generation Z individuals in Samarinda City. The sample consists of 141 respondents obtained through purposive sampling technique. Data collection is conducted using a questionnaire distributed through Google Form using the Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression through the SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that partially, the t-test results show that the work environment (x1) has a significance value of 0.002 ≤ 0.10, which means that the work environment significantly influences the work motivation of Generation Z. The t-test results for work commitment (x2) on work motivation (y) have a significance value of 0.006 ≤ 0.10, indicating that work commitment significantly affects the work motivation of Generation Z. Moreover, simultaneously, the F-test results for both the work environment (x1)and work commitment (x2) on work motivation (y) have a significance value of 0.001 ≤ 0.10, signifying that the work environment and work commitment, when considered together, significantly influence the work motivation of Generation Z.

Abstract

The need to maintain Bendi as traditional transportation amid advances in transportation technology that reaches the wider community. The purpose of the study determines the strategy from the perspective of the government and bendi community in managing the potential tourism income and sustainability. The research method uses qualitative descriptive referring to informants who are sources from the transportation office, Tomohon city tourism office and Bendi Community as well as users or tourists who use Bendi as tourist transportation. The results obtained were analyzed using the SWOT method to determine the role of the government and determine the direction of bendi policy as a potential to increase tourism income and the sustainability of traditional transportation as a tourist attraction. In addition, bendi is still the prima donna of traditional transportation, the need for vision, mission and management of bendi by the local government which becomes an annual routine activity. The potential income of bendi attractions to become cultural heritage that involves generations and as an unemployment alleviator for local communities is an opportunity to continue to be empowered. Bendi has the potential to increase tourism transportation revenue and become a product to support the progress of small and medium enterprises. Threats faced by tourist interest, modern transportation, technological innovation in the world of transportation. The conclusion is that Bendi is one of the potential transportation income for local and foreign tourists that needs to be managed by the local government based on the vision, mission and routine activities and prepared jointly with the Bendi community and related agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Influence of Investment Knowledge on the Investment Intention of FISIP USN Kolaka students. (2) The Influence of Pocket Money on the Investment Interest of USN Kolaka students. This study used quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study used observation, literature study and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all FISIP USN Kolaka students class of 2019-2020 in the Management, Accounting and Development Economics study program. Determination of sample size used the slovin formula, amounting to 222 with the purposive sampling technique. Testing research instruments used validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with measurement model testing (outer model), structural model testing (inner model) and second order with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study that there was a significant influence between Investment Knowledge and Investment Intention, this indicated by a P-Value of 0.000. Likewise with Pocket Money there was an influence but not significant on Investment Intention, this indicated by the P-Value of 0.350.

Abstract

Researchers observe that after the second wave of Covid-19 is an economic revival, countries that recover faster from the economic crisis are countries that are ready to win market competition. The urgency of this research is that the acceleration of economic recovery in Indonesia is very important to observe and analyze. The formulation of this research problem has two things, namely: 1) What is the potential for economic recovery based on the perspective of critical realism in disruption in Indonesia? 2) How is the optimization of economic recovery policy strategy in Indonesia? The stages of research methods to achieve research objectives are qualitative through the use of in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and observations. The results show that the priority program of import substitution policy has been implemented to reach 35% in 2022 and is predicted to continue to be increased as an effort to improve the national trade balance. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of online customer reviews on consumer purchasing decisions through the Shopee Marketplace (study on consumers in Poleang District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi). (2) The influence of Online Customer Rating on Consumer Purchase Decisions through the Shopee Marketplace (Study on Consumers in Poleang District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study is all consumers who are in Poleng District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. While the sample of this study amounted to 120 people using accidental sampling technique. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (Outer Model) and structural model testing (Inner Model) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Online Customer Review variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions as indicated by a P-Values ​​of 0.006 and Online Customer Rating has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, this is indicated by a P-Values ​​of 0.004.

Abstract

Increasing human awareness of the importance of information and technological developments has increased human interest in using the Internet as a source of information and communication. PT X engaged in information and communication technology services and telecommunication networks. Service quality is a complex concept that involves understanding customer needs, provision of delivery, and managing customer expectations. In addition, price is an important factor in the marketing strategy of a product or service. The right price can influence consumer purchasing decisions so that it can affect sales and company profits. The purpose of this study was to determine service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially and to determine service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The research design is a survey research using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. As well as the analysis techniques carried out in this study, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of the research at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 indicate that the first variable of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. Second, the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. Third, the variables of service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing employee performance at BPR Kawan Malang, by considering Key Performance Indicator (KPI), financial compensation, and reward system factors. Employee performance is the result of the effort and energy they put into work. To improve and maintain this performance, productivity assessment is carried out through appropriate indicators, using KPIs. In addition to KPIs, financial compensation and reward systems also have a significant impact on performance. Compensation, as a form of reward, includes a wide range of benefits for employees and the organization. This process of reward distribution has an important role in encouraging good performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of KPIs, financial compensation, and reward systems on employee performance at BPR Kawan. Performance appraisal involves evaluating the extent to which employees meet established standards and communicating that information to employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 33 employees of BPR Kawan Malang, selected through total sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that KPIs have a significant influence on employee performance, as well as compensation and reward systems with a value of 0.000 sig each; 0,008; 0.000 < 0.05. This conclusion underscores the importance of these elements in stimulating and maintaining superior performance. This research reveals that KPIs, financial compensation, and reward systems play an important role in shaping a work environment that encourages high performance at BPR Kawan Malang.

Abstract

This research activity aims to determine the extent to which the influence that arises from testing the price and service quality variables on customer satisfaction at the Larie48cosmtic Sampit store. This activity involved one hundred people from the people of Sampit City who had visited and purchased cosmetic products at the Lariez48cosmetic store. This study belongs to the type of quantitative study. The use of primary data in this study is from data obtained from several questionnaires that have been distributed. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method, using a purposive sampling technique. It can be seen from the results of the hypothesis testing in this research activity that the value of the adjusted r-square is 61.6% which is categorized as moderate due to achieving more than the adjusted r-square value namely 33%. And the results of the t-test showed that price had no effect on customer satisfaction while the value on the p-value on service quality was 0.000 <0.05 which stated that it had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The phenomenon of "TikTok Temptation" has emerged due to the diverse and captivating content on the platform, such as trending product reviews. Viewers who don't want to miss out often find themselves drawn to products that are going viral and being discussed by content creators. Such content sparks curiosity in many individuals, leading them to frequently make impulsive purchases of these products through TikTok Shop, sometimes even without prior planning. The aim of this research is to uncover the factors influencing impulsive buying decisions. Building on previous studies, impulsive buying decisions are influenced by various factors, including sales promotions, positive emotions, shopping motivation, and price perception. The desired respondents for this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UBP Karawang from the 2018, 2019, and 2020 cohorts, who use the TikTok app and have made purchases through TikTok Shop. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents meeting the specified criteria. The data processing technique employed in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The findings indicate that sales promotions, positive emotions, shopping motivation, and price perception have a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying decisions. The impulsive buying decision variable can be explained by sales promotions, positive emotions, shopping motivation, and price perception, accounting for 94.4%, with the remaining variance attributed to other variables.

Abstract

The application of human resource management at the educational level is an activity that has the scope of employees, managers, laborers, and workers as an effort to maintain the stability of organizational activities and relations between institutions. The urgency of this research is a discussion about increasing the increase in human resources in TPQ. This increase in human resources correlates with the skills of students who carry out learning, besides that students are expected to be more responsive and get good knowledge. The formulation of the problem studied in the study includes: 1) 1) How is the sustainability of human resources for the management of TPQ Bahrul Ulum, Gresik Regency? 2) What is the strategy to improve the management of TPQ Bahrul Ulum, Gresik Regency? The research method uses qualitative with a focus on the use of in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. This research approach method uses continuous improvement of literacy, this is possible because the focus of research refers to increasing human resources in TPQ management. Data analysis techniques that include: 1) Data Collection; 2) Data Reduction; 3) Display Data; 4) Drawing Conclusions. The result is that the need for the preparation and development of curricula that are relevant to the needs of students, as well as the application of creative and effective teaching methods, can increase the interest and participation of students in Islamic religious learning. The role of parents and the community is important to contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for improving the quality of human resources at TPQ Bahrul Ulum.
