Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of sub-district leadership on increasing the work motivation of civil servants in Bontomatene District, Selayar Regency. This research was conducted in the area of ​​the Bontomatene District Office, Selayar Regency. In this study the authors used a survey research basis. While the type of research used was to obtain research data, the population used by the author was all employees of the Bontomatene District office, Selayar Regency, while the informants were the Bontomatene Sub-District Head and the Bontomatene Sub-District Secretary. The sampling technique in this study is the purposive sample method. To collect the required data the author collects data through: Library research, field research, interviews, questionnaires and online data tracking. The collected data will be analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the leadership of the sub-district head which influences employee motivation seen from planning is quite good. This can be seen with an average score of 2.2 which shows that the planning carried out by the Bontomatene Sub-District Head is in the moderate category. All employees have been involved in planning the sub-district work program, but the resulting score is still in the moderate category. Therefore, employee involvement still needs to be improved. In addition to planning indicators, researchers also use indicators of effective communication. The communication carried out by the Bontomatene sub-district head to his subordinates still needs to be improved.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out what factors influence the low level of community participation and efforts to increase community participation in the construction of residential environmental facilities in Balannipa Village. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 100 respondents using probability sampling. Data analysis techniques using the Chi-Square Test and SWOT analysis. The results of this study explain that of the 6 variables analyzed, the factors that influence low community participation are age (X1) and type of work (X4), so that efforts to increase community participation are formulated, namely budget transparency, overseeing and supervising the use of allocated funds, maximizing manpower and time owned, all forms of aspirations and ideas must be accommodated, considered, and evaluated, manage and maintain facilities, infrastructure, and/or public service facilities in an effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable and sustainable and responsible manner, in the process of exemption land, referring to the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2005 Chapter II Article 4 (1) Concerning Land Acquisition, as well as constructing environmental facilities by paying attention to environmental sustainability aspects life.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out an analysis of how to build and strengthen the Oversight System in the Implementation of the 2024 Election Stages in Indonesia. The methodology used in this study uses a literature study approach, and data collection is carried out by examining and exploring reputable scientific journals and other supporting documents related to the focus of the study. The results of the study concluded that first, supervision must cover all stages of the election, starting from the preparation, implementation, to the announcement of the results. This will ensure that the electoral process is fair and transparent. Second, the surveillance system must be supported by sophisticated and secure technology. In this case, election organizers need to ensure that their system can detect and prevent cyber manipulation and attacks. Third, the oversight system must include active and involved public participation. This can be achieved by conducting training and providing sufficient information to voters and the general public about the electoral process, as well as providing easy access to election supervisors and observers. Fourth, the role of election supervisors and observers must be recognized and respected by all parties involved in elections. , including election administrators, political parties, and prospective candidates. This will ensure that election supervisors and observers can carry out their duties effectively and without pressure or threats and fifth, an effective monitoring system must be supported by clear and firm rules and laws.

Abstract

This papers aims to analyze how the supervisory function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD is carried out regarding the policies of the Sinjai Regent and what obstacles are faced by the Sinjai Regency DPRD in implementing the supervisory function of the Sinjai Regent's policies. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the supervisory function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD has not implemented a systematic oversight mechanism, meaning that even though the supervision carried out by each commission is scheduled by the secretariat of the council, not most of the monitoring results are not followed up according to the mechanism in the DPRD. Hearings or hearings, official work visits or inspections as well as public complaints have not been prepared in a systematic pattern of activities, meaning which steps take precedence when following up on existing

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Satpol-PP in controlling immoral behavior in Sinjai Regency. The type of research used is qualitative. The results of the study show that from the point of view of handling complaint reports, action procedures, raids to the handling and resolution of asusia problems. In addition, the reduction in the number of reported immoral violations is currently based on the work system of the civil service police unit of the Sinjai district in involving community participation in providing information/complaints and how the activity procedure goes well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how public participation in support environment clean and healthy in the village New Subdistrict Central Sinjai . Study This using qualitative method . The results of the study indicate that community participation in supporting a clean and healthy environment in Baru Village, Central Sinjai District has not materialized as expected because of the five most prominent participations only in the form of mind participation and energy participation, while the participation that is very lacking is participation in the form of financial in the form of money. Thought participation This was realized in the meeting by providing some input to the Village Government regarding the efforts and steps needed to support a clean and healthy environment, one of which was proposing to make trash bins in every resident's house and proposed J clean activities. Employee participation is realized through community service activities every Sunday . Expert participation is realized through the participation of residents who have expertise such as masonry skills and expertise in the health sector. Goods participation is realized through the provision of goods from the community such as wood and bamboo, paint, cleaning tools as well as food and drinks for residents who take part in community service activities.
