Abstract

This research aims to find out how village fund management increases the economy of people in the village of The Moncongloelappara Subdistrict Snout Regency Maros. And to find out the effort of the government village to increase the economy through village fund management in the village monopole lappara Subdistrict Snout Regency Maros. This research uses a descriptive qualitative type of study. In author data collection use technique observation, interview deep, and studies library. Results This study shows that Fund Management Village so far it has been working effectively so far. However,​ The allocation is not 100% effective. Village fund management is said to have been effective because it can be reviewed from the field that has proof that is in the form of development infrastructure, and empowerment in the field of general And religious. Reviewed from economy so village fund management is not yet complete going well. Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategic management of the Sukaluyu Village Government in the Food Security Program. It is important to know this strategic management pattern to become a reference for the implementation of similar programs, so that we can also see the mitigation patterns carried out in dealing with obstacles in its implementation, especially in the implementation of the Sukaluyu Village Food Security Program. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods through a descriptive approach. Qualitative research seeks to interpret a person's point of view in seeing and describing their social world. Meanwhile, descriptive research is research that can describe a phenomenon by including facts that are explained in more detail. This method is appropriate for this research. Research findings based on strategic management by Wheelen & Hunger in the Sukaluyu Village Food Security Program include 1) environmental observations; carried out by observing aspects of land availability, diversity of food types, readiness and consistency of implementers, 2) strategy formulation; carried out with coordination between the government and implementers, 3) strategy implementation; carried out by the stated goals and missions, and 4) evaluation and control. The benefit of this research is as a reference or point of reference for future research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategic management carried out by the Sukaluyu Village This research aims to determine the strategy used by the Karawang Regency Regional Government in implementing the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program which started in 2019. The strategy in the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program is a benchmark for the results of implementing the program, so it is important to examine a program through a strategy that is used in the policy program. This type of research is research with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis methods or research that seeks to analyze social life by describing the social world from the perspective or interpretation of individuals (informants) in a scientific setting. The research design in this study is to use an instrumental case study research design to be able to find out and understand the issues and phenomena being studied. The research results show that the strategic management carried out by the Regional Government in the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program is based on Fred R. David's strategic management theory, namely 1) strategy formulation; the program has clear objectives and legal basis, 2) strategy implementation; optimizing information distribution by implementing active socialization, 3) strategy evaluation; implementation of new web systems, evaluation of promotional strategies, double checking prospective recipient data. The focus of this research is in Karawang Regency with the focus of research on implementation strategies for the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program carried out by the Regional Government of Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Religion can be a unifying tool for the nation of Indonesia through the first principle of Pancasila as its foundation. Religious harmony certainly has a positive impact on the surrounding environment, especially in Bekasi City, which won an award with a tolerant city given by the equivalent institute in 2023. The purpose of this study is to explore the government's policy strategy for strengthening religious harmony in Bekasi City. This research is important to see how the tolerant city of Bekasi City was created so that this research provides insight into public policy in terms of strengthening evidence-based religious communities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a research method design using case studies. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews, archival recordings, and documentation. The results showed that the policy strategy adopted by the Bekasi City Government is multicultural education socialized through social organizations, promotion of interfaith dialogue, and facilitation of activities to strengthen religious harmony.
