Abstract

This research aims to provide important guidance for the Indonesian Government in responding to pressing social issues. With a primary focus on delineating the level of responsiveness exhibited by the Singapore Government towards such issues, this research utilizes a methodological framework that includes qualitative content analysis and a critical discourse approach. This approach is crucial in understanding the nuanced aspects of responsiveness. The results of this study confirm that the Singapore Government demonstrates a high level of responsiveness, characterized by transparency and a relaxed approach to community engagement, a very important component in addressing social issues. This research provides invaluable insights for the GoI and catalyzes it to formulate more productive strategies to address social challenges. The implications of these findings resonate across the socio-political landscape, strengthening the interaction between government and society. This, in turn, paves the way for the implementation of policies that are inherently more inclusive, ultimately leading to improved quality of life.

Abstract

Public service by the government is one manifestation of the function of the state apparatus as a servant of the community as well as a servant of the state, but one of the problems that often arises in relation between the government and the community is in the field of public service itself, especially in terms of quality. or the quality of government apparatus services to the community. The government as a service provider for the community is required to provide the best service. The aim of the study was to find out how the quality of service is in making a yellow card (AK-1) at the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service and to find out the obstacles in the Yellow Card Making Service (AK-1) at the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. The method used in this study is using descriptive qualitative research, using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. This study uses the theory of service quality with the main informants in this study, namely the Head of the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service, as well as supporting informants, namely the service apparatus and the people of Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

This research examines PT. Transjakarta's efforts to address sexual harassment in public transportation, specifically within the Transjakarta system, focusing on Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis in detik.com news coverage. The research aims to investigate three dimensions of Fairclough—textual analysis, discursive practices, and socio-cultural practices—embedded in the news reporting. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a critical discourse analysis approach to explore and analyze discourse in detik.com news. Data were collected from secondary sources, including relevant news and articles. Data analysis techniques encompass textual analysis to explore representations, relations, and identities in the news, discursive practices to understand text production and consumption, and socio-cultural practices to interpret situational, institutional, and social aspects of the news. The findings indicate that PT. Transjakarta's efforts to combat sexual harassment involve active participation from the Head of the Company Secretary Division, Anang Rizkani Noor, and strategies such as providing women-only buses as a preventive measure. The news also reflects the independence of detik.com journalists in reporting the issue without associated interests.Keywords; Sexual Harassment, Transjakarta, Detik.com.

Abstract

Information technology has increasingly developed recently. The impact of developments in the transportation sector is also felt with the emergence of online-based transportation service businesses, one of which is Grab. This research aims to see the significant effect of price, promotion, and e-service quality on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. In this research, the population that will be used is consumers who have used the Grab application and live in DKI Jakarta. The sample for this research was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type with 100 respondents. Data collection is carried out via Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model) method by carrying out convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square, and t-test. The results of the data analysis show that price, promotion, and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. Thus, if prices, promotions, and service quality improve according to consumers, Grab customers' interest in making repeat purchases will increase. Kata kunci: E-Service Quality, Price, Repurchase Intention, Promotion, Online Transportation Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang ikut membawa perubahan dalam bidang transportasi. Banyak bermunculan bisnis jasa trasportasi berbasis online, salah satunya ialah Grab. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh harga, promosi dan e-service quality terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang akan digunakan adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grab yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model) dengan melakukukan convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square serta Uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi dan e-servoce quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dengan demikian, jika harga, promosi, dan kualitas layanan semakin baik menurut konsumen, maka minat pelanggan Grab untuk melakukan pembelian berulang akan meningkat. Abstract

Infrastructure development in Bekasi Regency is important because people's lives cannot be separated from the need for adequate infrastructure. Infrastructure is a physical facility and its services that are provided to support the work of the socio- economic system so that it becomes more functional for businesses to meet the needs of various problems. Infrastructure development in Kertamukti Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency is important to increase the independence and economy of the villagers. Building village infrastructure is not just building roads and gates. The main reason for the procurement of village infrastructure is the lack of main facilities and infrastructure in the village. These limitations make it difficult for villages to develop. Villages are usually dominated by agrarian areas where some of the residents work as farmers. Often infrastructure development encounters obstacles, especially the limited public access to development policy making by the Government. The purpose of this study was to determine the Village Government's Strategy in Increasing Infrastructure Development in Kertamukti Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency by using Salusu theory.

Abstract

Desa Sukaharja merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kabupaten Karawang. Tujuan disusunnya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala desa dalam memperdayakan masyarakat dan pembangunan desa di Desa Sukaharja dan mengetahui permasalahan yang ada pada pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembangunan desa. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif untuk menentukan cara mencari, mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembangunan desa di Desa Sukaharja, sudah cukup berjalan dengan baik, dan prosesnya sudah berjalan sesuai standar pelayanan tetapi yang menjadi hambatan yaitu dari pihak pemerintah desa yang terkadang harus menunggu laporan dulu dari masyarakat baru untuk pembangunan desa.

Abstract

The large role of MSMEs in the growth of the Indonesian economy. The results of products that have been produced are better known to the public, so it is necessary to immediately carry out marketing, both conventional marketing and digital marketing. Digital marketing is a promotional activity for a brand or product using digital media connected to the internet. Partners are students at the Sirojul Huda Islamic Boarding School which is located in East Bogor District, Bogor City. There are several obstacles to the chosen object, such as the students have never received additional knowledge about how to start a business and the application of technology as a marketing medium. PKM activities aim to increase knowledge of marketing technology using digital media for the students of Pondok Sirojul Huda. The method of implementing service is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The results of the service activities provide insight for the students so that they are better prepared to determine their business and make it easier for the students to market their products through digital marketing. The conclusion of this service activity is providing new knowledge and skills for students in digital media

Abstract

Keterlibatan perempuan di sektor pertanian yang krusial sering kali diabaikan, diremehkan, dan tidak diperhitungkan dalam pengukuran produktivitas pertanian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari pemberdayaan perempuan perkotaan di sektor pertanian, khususnya bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam mengelola fungsi kelembagaan yang terkait dengan proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Photovoice. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran, seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Ife & Tesoriero (2008), yaitu peran fasilitatif, edukatif, representasional, dan teknis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam memberdayakan kelompok wanita tani perkotaan ini, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian, dan Perikanan Kota B menjalankan peran fasilitatif, peran edukatif, peran representasional dan peran teknis.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata menjadi komponen kunci perekonomian di sektor jasa yang mampu memicu pertumbuhan ekonomi negara di Indonesia. Namun, wisatawan yang berwisata ini mengambil keuntungan dengan melakukan jasa titip usaha sehingga pemerintah mengambil langkah untuk membatasi barang bawaan dari luar negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori dampak yaitu dampak positif dan negatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni data sekunder meliputi data barang impor yang dibatasi, kebijakan terkait pembatasan barang impor dan lain sebagainya. Permasalahan yang terjadi tersebut memberikan dampak bagi wisatawan baik nasional maupun mancanegara dimana wisatawan merasa kurang percaya terhadap pemerintah karena dengan pembatasan barang bawaan ini dan barang yang dikenakan terkadang terkena biaya tambahan lain. Dampak dari pembatasan barang impor ini sebenarnya memberikan yang baik juga bagi masyarakat, dimana pemerintah ingin memberikan peluang kepada industri dalam negeri sehingga masyarakat tidak membeli barang-barang dari luar negeri yang berlebihan untuk dikonsumsi atau diperjualbelikan.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan Good Governance, transparansi menjadi salah satu karakteristik yang dianggap penting, ketika informasi dapat diperoleh secara langsung oleh masyarakat dengan seluas-luasnya. Untuk menghadapi Pemilu serentak kedua di Indonesia, Pemerintah telah mengamanatkan penerapan sistem E-Rekap atau Sirekap. Dengan adanya Sirekap, diharapkan beban kerja KPPS pada pemilu 2024 tidak mengakibatkan beban kerja KPPS yang over time di tingkat TPS, melainkan dengan adanya Sirekap ini dapat terselenggaraanya Pemilu serentak yang transparan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif ini untuk memastikan bagaimana Aplikasi Sirekap yang digunakan pada Pemilu 2024 sesuai dengan Peraturan KPU. Dan berdasarkan kajian atau temuan dapat dikatakan bahwa penggunaan Aplikasi Sirekap pada Pemilu 2024 terblang sangat baik, akan tetapi beberapa pihak masih merasa kurang puas dengan teknis dari penggunaan Aplikasi Sirekap ini, meskipun kegiatan bimbingan teknis telah dilakukan secara menyeluruh kepada semua KPPS baik ketua maupun anggota.
