The SatuSehat application is still new and encounters problems in use. Complaints reported by the public include frequent application errors, failures at check-in, and the length of time it takes to issue vaccine certificates. Users must enter personal data to enter the application. The SERVQUAL method is used to compare service expectations and reality, while the EUCS method is used to measure user satisfaction.

Selection of areas of interest can be confusing for some students, so data grouping or clustering is needed for informatics engineering students as a determinant of the field of interest for the final project. The purpose of this study is to group data or clustering on informatics engineering students as a determinant of the field of interest in the final assignment based on course grades. The method to be used is k-means clustering, to determine the number of clusters in the final project interest grouping. After the trial process was carried out, the results obtained showed that the number of clusters was 3 clusters, where in this grouping process, it can be concluded that the majority of students (60%) have an interest in the SPK course. While the field of interest in IS is only owned by around 20% of students, and the field of interest in Data Mining is only owned by around 6% of students. Therefore, it can be said that students tend to have a stronger interest in the SPK field based on the calculation results of the grouping or clustering process.

Electrical energy is an important requirement, used in various devices. The need for electrical energy continues to increase, and the government is responsible for fulfilling it. PT PLN, a state-owned enterprise, is tasked with providing electricity. PLN Pamekasan is a Customer Service Unit in Pamekasan Regency, which aims to provide stable and adequate electricity supply. PLN ULP Pamekasan also provides new KWH installation services. The customer must submit an application and fulfill the required document requirements. The registration process is time consuming and costly. Therefore, to facilitate customer access in carrying out the registration process, the authors plan to design a WEB-based Registration System for New KWH Installation at PLN ULP Pamekasan. This system allows customers to register independently through the website, without having to come to the PLN office. This will save time and transportation costs. Customers can also monitor the installation process in real-time. This system has been tested using black box testing and the PIECES method questionnaire with valid results and an average satisfaction value of 4.560 using the Kaplan and Norton models. It is hoped that this system will improve PLN's service to customers and advance the electricity sector in Indonesia.

The distribution and trading business has great potential in the Indonesian economy. However, manual inventory monitoring is often inefficient and can lead to stock shortages. Therefore, an ultrasonic and load cell sensor-based tool is needed that aims to automatically control the warehouse by monitoring the inventory of stock items and sending notifications via Telegram ChatBot when the stock runs out. The method involves Arduino Uno, NodeMCU ESP8266, load cell sensor, ultrasonic sensor, and Telegram application. The results show that this tool helps businesses track stock and receive notifications when stock runs out. The conclusion of this research is that inventory detection tools using sensors, microcontrollers, and IoT technology can simplify stock monitoring.

Sebuah arsip adalah kumpulan catatan atau dokumen yang berisi sumber informasi tentang aktivitas dan transaksi sebuah organisasi, lembaga, atau perusahaan. Namun, Kantor Kecamatan Purwosari masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam memproses surat masuk dan keluar, yang memakan waktu lama untuk tindak lanjut jika pengambil keputusan sedang tidak berada di tempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi pengolahan berkas surat berbasis Android yang akan memudahkan staf layanan kecamatan di Kantor Kecamatan Purwosari. Aplikasi pengolahan arsip surat ini dibangun menggunakan perangkat lunak Android Studio dan menggunakan Retrofit sebagai pertukaran data antara aplikasi Android dan server. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Berdasarkan uji coba, pengujian kegunaan digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kegunaan dengan hasil 95%, aspek efisiensi adalah 0,027 tujuan/detik dengan efisiensi relatif rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 80,6%, dan aspek kesalahan adalah 0,09. Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini telah melewati pengujian kegunaan dan layak untuk diterapkan di Kantor Kecamatan Purwosari.

Use of K-Nearest Neighbors and Support Vector Machine methods, sentiment analysis was performed on a Korean drama review dataset found on the MyDramaList platform. This dataset contains information about Korean drama reviews provided by MyDramaList users, and is processed through text processing stages such as word beheading, stopwords removal, and cleaning. This research uses two classification methods, SVM and KNN. SVM classifies sentiment based on the feature vectors obtained, while KNN serves as a comparison to measure the performance of SVM. During experiments with test data, the performance of both methods is assessed by evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and f1 score. However, SVM tends to give better results compared to KNN in some cases. By combining SVM and KNN methods, this research improves sentiment analysis to analyze sentiment on Korean drama review dataset in MyDramaList.

Along with the rapid advancement of technology in this era of globalization, causing influence in various aspects of life, especially in the field of technology is increasing. Technology is used as a medium to achieve and pursue profit goals both in terms of sales, transactions, finance or services, for example startups. Various companies with new innovations are born, especially in the field of technology, and startups are often discussed by many people [1]. Keenansupercar is a startup that takes part in the transportation aspect, namely car rental that focuses on luxury cars. Keenansupercar is present as a car rental service platform that makes it easier for car renters to get information about the cars they want to rent in Bali. The problem faced by the Keenansupercar startup is that there is no business evaluation for achieving targets in the near future at the Keenansupercar startup, so that the achievement results are not in accordance with the target desired by the Keenansupercar startup. Therefore, the author makes a short-term business evaluation using the Objective and Key Results (OKR) method so that Keenansupercar startups can be more sensitive and responsive to changes and make Keenansupercar startups achieve the desired targets.

Sekolah SMK Darul Ma'arif Pamanukan menggunakan sebuah sistem yang bernama SMKS DAMAR (Sistem SMK Darul Ma’arif). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh penerimaan teknologi dalam sistem SMKS DAMAR. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) adalah metodologi yang digunakan, dan menggunakan lima konstruksi: Percieve ease of Use (PEOU), Percieve Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Usage Technology (ATUT), Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU), Actual Technology Use (ATU). Populasi yang berjumlah 2000 dan menghasilkan jumlah sampel 333, menggunakan metodologi slovin dan Google Form sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dari penggunaan Structurak Equation Model (SEM) dalam penelitian ini, Maka dapat disimpulkan dari 7 hipotesa yang dianalisa terdapat 1 hipotesa yang ditolak, sehingga sistem SMKS DAMAR sudah cukup diterima namun belum optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan peminatan pengguna terhadap aktualisasi penggunaan sistem tersebut hanya terpaku pada kebijakan peraturan sekolah tanpa adanya sosialisasi dan evaluasi sistem lebih lanjut oleh pihak sekolah yang mengembangkan sistem tersebut.

Commercial organizations or companies must use e-commerce to remain competitive on a worldwide scale. Shopee is the most popular e-commerce, the features provided are related to the payment system, is the SPaylater feature. The paylater that is widely used throughout 2021 is Shopee Paylater as much as 78.4%. Applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method with four constructs namely Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude to use, Actual system use, and one external variable namely Trust, this study aims to find out what influences the acceptance of the Spaylater feature in the Shopee application. Utilizing the structural equation model (SEM) as a hypothesis test. The findings from this study found a significant positive effect between Trust on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. Then found a significant positive effect between Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness on Attitude Toward Using and Attiude Toward Using a significant positive effect on Actual System Use.

Dalam dunia pendidikan scan dokumen merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dimana fungsinya untuk mengonversi semua dokumen kertas, termasuk laporan dan tugas, ke dalam format digital. Aplikasi CamScanner adalah aplikasi yang dapat memindai pada perangkat seluler. Aplikasi seluler bernama CamScanner menawarkan fungsi manajemen, pengeditan, dan pemindaian dokumen.Aplikasi CamScanner dapat digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat salah satunya mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini akan menilai kesuksesan aplikasi CamScanner dengan objek penelitian mahasiswa. Dengan pendekatan model Delone amd McLean dengan menggunakan hipotesa Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna. Selanjutnya Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap Manfaat Bersih. Melalui penggunaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), penelitian ini telah mengajukan hipotesis mengenai hubungan antara Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Layanan dengan Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi bagaimana Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat Bersih. Dan didapatkan hasil seluruh hipotesa diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi CamScanner ini sukses diaplikasikan dikalangan mahasiswa.
