Abstract

The aim of this study was to understand the influence of macroeconomic factors in this research are exchange rate and inflation, while for the internal bank are capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and credit growth towards non performing loan (NPL). The data that used is quarterly data from financial statements of Foreign Bank in Indonesia period of 2013 until 2014. Data analysis method used is multiple-regression analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of independent variables towards NPL of Foreign Bank in Indonesia. However, partially showed that CAR has a negative influence, the higher capital adequacy ratio, it can serve to accommodate the risk of losses faced by banks due to the increase in non performing loans. LDR has a positif influence, LDR shows expansion of bank loans made to measure current or whether bank intermediary function. LDR which leads to high risk of uncollectible loans to be high which will result in a non performing loans.

Abstract

This study to analyze the influence of work motivation, loyalty, employee quality to the employee performance in PT. Varia Usaha Gresik. The samples from this study are all permanent employees of Varia Usaha Gresik company amount to 96 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, data analyze technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 18.0. the study to analyze the influence of work motivation did not have a significant effect to the employee. The loyalty and employee quality significant influence to the employee performance. Work motivation, loyalty, employee quality has simultan and significant influence to employee performance.

Abstract

DKI Bank is a commercial bank and Regional Enterprises which is owned by Jakarta Provincial Government and PD Pasar Jaya. DKI Bank now has grown into a commercial bank that has IDR 30.74 trillion assets, with the office network reached 221 offices in Jakarta and other major cities in Indonesia, and 2,549 human resources employee and range of banking products and services to more than one million customers.This rapid development occurs because of their employees who properly implement the organization's commitment to the company for the betterment of the company. Organizational commitment cannot be separated from emotional intelligence employee and satisfaction work which is obtained by employees. This study aims to identify and explain the influence of emotional intelligence toward organizational commitment through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This is causal research using quantitative approach. The sampling technique using 72 respondents saturated sample and collected as many as 64 respondents in DKI Bank Branch Office Surabaya. The statistical analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the support of smartPLS software.This study results explains that emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has positive effect and significant on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Increasing of BMI (Indonesian Migrant Workers) who work abroad to provide for his family. But this time the awareness of them increase because becomes migrant worker also increase social cost. Migrant workers Universitas Ciputra This research is conclusive research. Sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique that is 375 BMI are included in an online learning community at the University of Ciputra (potential consumers). Data analysis techniques that used are validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with PASW Statistic 1.8 softwareThis study shows the results, that there is a positive effect between utilitarian lifestyle and reference group on purchasing intention online learning in Universitas Ciputra simultaneously and the dominant effect is the utilitarian lifestyle variables followed by variable reference group of online learning community

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand the influence of DAR (Debt to Asset Ratio) , size, risk, tax, and liquidity on profitability (Return On Asset Ratio). This research is classified under a casual research and using purposive sampling method, thus 27 companies have been acquired that meet the criteria. A data analysis technique was used multiple linier regression analysis. The object of this study were listed mining sector company of Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 2015. The data is documented from company financial and annual report. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression model. The result of this study indicates that DAR, risk, tax, and liquidity has no influence on companys profitability. Meanwhile, size of the company has a positive influence on companys profitability that represented by return on asset ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on online repurchase intention that mediating of satisfaction variable. Samples taken as many as 210 peoples. Measuring instruments used are questionnaire data analysis using path analysis.The results showed that the perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness having a positive and significant influence towards satisfaction. Perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness having a positive and significant effect against online repurchase intention . The satisfaction of having a positive and significant effect against online repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and communication organizations on employee performance. Samples of this study was sampled every part of the whole section in the PT. X Surabaya which numbered 80 from a population of 500. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software.

Abstract

The development of food bussiness in Indonesia which growing rapidly make the competition even more intense. As one of the bussiness of food Mie Akhirat must have competitive superiority in order to survive to win the competition in culinary bussiness. This study used 188 samples, the sampling method is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. While measuring instrument used was a questionner, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS for Windows 16. The results of this study showed that brand awareness and product quality has significant impact on purchase decision. While word of mouth has no significant impact on purchase decision.
