Abstract

Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara tidak memutuskan “sengketa harta” secara khusus.. Eksistensi PTUN dalam menangani konflik pertanahan lebih dari sekedar pencarian kebenaran secara formal. Kepentingan masyarakat dan keadilan. dari batasan di atas, penting untuk melaca pengertian dan nilai hukum yang termasuk dalam pengertian keprihatinan dalam ini Istilah “kepemilikan tanah” dan “sertifikat penjualan” itu sendiri. Dalam mendapatkan sebuah ha katas tanah manusia memerlukan sertifikat untuk melindungi tanah yang dimilikinya dari berbagai pihak. Namun ternyata double sertifikat atas satu tanah masih sering terjadi seperti salah satunya dalam kasus sertifikat ganda yang terjadi di Bendan Ngisor, Semarang Selatan. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada penyelesaian sengketa melalui hukum acara peradilan tata usaha Negara kota semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yakni dengan mengumpulkan data yang ada di peradilan tata usaha negeri semarang dan juga menggunakan sumber data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan data yang telah dipublikasikan di website kantor berita RMOL Jateng. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyelesaian sengketa sertifikat ganda dimenangkan oleh pihak I.

Abstract

Cases of bleeding as the main cause of maternal death can occur dering pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. Predisposisi factor for placenta previa were ade over 25 years, multipara, history of curettage and smoking at parkland hostiter the prevalence of placenta previa was 0,5%. This study aims to determine the relationship between age and parity with the incidenceof placenta previa in mothers giving birth at Arjawinangun Hospital regency Cirebon in 2022. The research method used analytic survey. The research design used cross sectional. This study used an observation approach or collection from medical records of patients with placenta previa using total sampling technique. The result of this study were that there was a relationship between age and parity with the incidence of placenta in mothers giving birt at Arjawinangun hospital with a pvalue of 0,006 < 0,05 on the age variable and a pvalue of 0,000 < 0,05 on the paritas variable.

Abstract

Childhood obesity is seen to look healthy and have a healthy and intelligent child is the desire of every parent. To make it happen of course parents should always pay attention to the growth and development of nutrition. Although the process of developing a child develops naturally, the process is highly dependent on adults or parents. The purpose of this study to determine the direct and indirect influence and magnitude between health the role of health workers and motivation of under-five children to the effectiveness of health services in patients with more nutrition. This research type is quantitative with cross sectional design. Number of population and sample of research are 50 mother of balita. This research was conducted at UPT Puskesmas Gebang Cirebon Regency Year 2017. The result of hypothesis test resulted the research finding that the effectiveness of health service in nutrition patient is health manpower (28.14%), and Mother Motivation (39.81%). The direct influence of health service effectiveness on nutrition patient is 25.7% and indirect influence is 0.58% and total direct and indirect influence 26.3%. Health facilities are factors that affect the effectiveness of health services in patients with more nutrition. Research suggestions for health workers at UPT Puskesmas Gebang Cirebon District, especially midwives are expected to further improve the Puskesmas service and provide information on nutritional balance, so as to reduce morbidity and mortality of infants and toddlers.

Abstract

Labor is a physiological process that requires energy and endurance. Fulfillment of nutrition and hydration are important factors during the labor process to ensure adequate energy and normal fluid and electrolyte balance in the mother. Normal delivery care recommends providing nutritional intake to pregnant women, but so far the nutritional needs of mothers have not been taken into account so that it is not known whether the nutritional needs of mothers have been fulfilled or not. Ideal food for pregnant women must have homogeneous quality, liquid or semi-solid, contain iso osmotic, neutral pH, neutral temperature, high in carbohydrates, high in calories, low in fat, low in residue and delicious. Objective: This study aims to determine the fulfillment of nutrition and hydration of pregnant women during the delivery process at the Sikumana Health Center. This study was a descriptive study with a survey method approach to identify the type and amount of nutrition intake and hydration of pregnant women during the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages of labor. The results showed that the foods consumed by the mother during labor were rice, vegetables, and side dishes. While for the drinks consumed are water and tea. The provision of information about the importance of fulfilling hydration (eating and drinking) to mothers since pregnancy is highly recommended so that the knowledge and understanding of mothers in childbirth is good.

Abstract

Dalam ranah psikologi, sikap dan perilaku seseorang termasuk sikap dan perilaku seks erat kaitannya dengan peran orang tua dalam keluarga dimana remaja menerima nilai-nilai hidup. Remaja yang sejak kecil sudah ditanamkan nilai-nilai etika, norma dan agama yang baik cenderung memiliki filter yang lebih baik daripada remaja yang sejak kecil tidak pernah mendapat bekal nilai-nilai tersebut. Penanaman nilai-nilai tersebut sangat tergangung pada peran orang tua selama mengasuh anak dari kecil sampai remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh faktor orang tua terhadap perilaku seksual pada remaja di Karang Klesem. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian survei atau non eksperimen dan bersifat analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya seluruh remaja di Desa Karang Klesem. Sampel penelitian adalah 61 yang dipilih secara proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Peran orang tua remaja Desa Karang Klesem lebih dari separuhnya (67,2%) buruk. Perilaku seksual remaja Desa Karang Klesem lebih dari separuhnya (63,9%) buruk. Ada hubungan signifikan peran orang tua dengan perilaku seksual remaja di Desa Karang Klesem dengan nilai ρ = 0,930 dan α = 0,000. Artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
