Abstract

The legal discovery syetem is a unity consisting of methods, sources, subjects, flows and processes of how to find the law as referred to in Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power which has provided guideliness of the subject of legal discovery in Indonesia. This journal discusses the changes in the legal discovery system in Indonesia. This journal examines how judges and other subject of legal discovery feel the impact of changes in the legal system in Indonesia which initially used a heternonomous legal discovery system starting to shift to a autonomous legal discovery system. This study also discusses the implications of the change in the legal system as well as the impact of the change in the legal system in Indonesia. This journal uses a normative juridical approach to equate the guidelines for finding law in the law with how the legal discovery system applies in reality.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know how English pronunciation IPA Android application is able to increase students’ English pronunciation ability and to know to what extent the English Pronunciation IPA application through android is able to increase students’ English pronunciation. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The processes that were applied in this research were planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The instruments that were used to collect the data were observation sheet, test, and questionnaire. This research was held at MA Malaka, North Lombok with 25 second grade students as the subjects of research. This classroom action research was conducted within one cycle. The initial finding before the researchers began the first cycle showed that students score on pre-test was indicated as low score with average mean score 45,88 that achieved through multiple choice and oral test. Research finding in cycle 1 showed that students’ score on post-test was increased to 88, 56 which means that the students’ score increased 31, 75%. Moreover, based on the result of questionnaire they were able to reach on the points of Interesting, Challenging, Comprehending, Understanding, Enhancing, Intelligent, and Advantages. In the other words, English Pronunciation IPA application through android as the teaching media in action research was able to increase students’ English pronunciation.

Abstract

Absrtak:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah minat dan hasil belajar yang kurang optimal dalam pembelajaran matematika di kalangan siswa. Secara khusus, sebagian besar siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Sengkerang menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami konsep matematika, khususnya terkait dengan identifikasi faktor persekutuan terbesar (FPB) dari dua bilangan menggunakan gambar maupun soal cerita. Pencapaian hasil belajar peserta didik masih belum optimal, dengan proporsi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai ketuntasan cukup signifikan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan melaksanakan peningkatan pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan masalah ini. Tujuan dari studi ini ialah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV mata pelajaran matematika khususnya pada materi FPB dengan dua bilangan. Hal tersebut akan dicapai dengan mengimplementasikan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) di SD Negeri 1 Sengkerang Kec. Paya Timur Lombok Tengah. Temuan dari studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran siswa, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan nilai rata-rata kelas dari 59 selama pra-siklus dan menjadi 68,5 pada siklus I, lalu akhirnya menjadi 80 pada siklus II. Begitu pula dengan hasil analisis yang menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan atau pemahaman sebesar 40% pada pra siklus, 65% pada siklus awal, dan 90% pada siklus selanjutny Kec. Paya Timur Lombok Tengah. Kata kunci: Realistic Mathematic Education, Hasil Belajar Matematika Abstrakc:This research was motivated by the problem of less than optimal interest and learning outcomes in mathematics learning among students. In particular, most of the fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Sengkerang face challenges in understanding mathematical concepts, especially those related to identifying the greatest common factor (GCF) of two numbers using pictures or story problems. Achievement of student learning outcomes is still not optimal, with a significant proportion of students having trouble in achieving completeness. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by implementing learning improvements related to this problem. The aim of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in mathematics, especially in FPB material with two numbers. This will be achieved by implementing the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach at SD Negeri 1 Sengkerang Kec. East Paya, Central Lombok. The findings from this study show that there was a significant improvement in student learning, as shown by an increase in the class average score from 59 during the pre-cycle to 68.5 in cycle I, then finally to 80 in cycle II. Likewise, the results of the analysis show a percentage of completeness or understanding of 40% in the pre-cycle, 65% in the initial cycle, and 90% in the next cycle, Kec. Abstract

Agrowisata ialah kawasan wisata yang menyediakan rekreasi dan edukasi yang bercorakkan horikultura yang mana mencerminkan lahan agro yang meliputi pertanian, perkebunan dan perikanan, yang menjadi daya dukung dari agrowisata tersebut. Peningkatan masyarakat dan populasi manusia per tahun serta banyak objek wisata yang mencerminkan kemodernan akan tetapi tak banyak objek wisata, yang menyajikan wisata yang mengingatkan bahwasanya alam tak dapat di pisahkan dari hidup manusia di mana air, taman dan buah serta pohon menjadi kebutuhan manusia akan tetapi juga bisa menjadi wisata di mana ini menjadi objek wisata yang menarik bagi masyarakat perkotaan maupun pedesaan itu sendiri, yang di mana dapat mendukung ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam di NTB yaitu Desa Aik Bual, Kecamatan Kopang, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Desa Aik Bual adalah sebuah desa dataran tinggi yang terletak dikaki Gunung Rinjani, potensi yang dimiliki Desa Aik Bual, iyalah Embung Desa yang separuhnya dikelilingi Hutan Desa, hutan ini mendapat ganjaran dari bank dunia atas kontribusi menjaga emisi karbon diokasida. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mengumpulkan datanya melalui metode observasi dan studi literartur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konsep perancangan fasilitas agrowisata di Desa Aik Bual Lombok Tengah. Dimana konsep perancangan ini kemudian dikembangkan dalam sebuah perancangan kawasan yang terdiri dari masterpaln kawasan agrowisata di Desa Aik Bual Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Corel Draw-based Assignment Method in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at State Vocational High School 2 Kuripan for the 2022/2023 academic year. Giving assignments is a way of presenting material where educators give certain tasks so that students carry out learning activities individually or in groups by being accountable for their work to the teacher. The research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group-pretest-posttest design. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire as the main method, while observation and documentation are used as supporting or complementary methods. The data analysis technique used is N-Gain which was popularized by Sugiono. The calculation results for each variable are: the pretest score for the assignment variable was 72 and the posttest score for the assignment variable was 80. Meanwhile, the pretest score for the learning achievement variable was 73.9 and the posttest score for the learning achievement variable was 80. .6. Based on the data above, there is a significant difference between before and after using the Corel Draw-based assignment method, meaning that using the Corel Draw-based assignment method has an effect on student learning achievement.
