Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui baik secara parsial dan simultan seberapa besar Pengaruh Faktor Burnout Syndrome: individual Effort Factors, Organizational Effort Factors, dan Work Environtment Effort Factors terhadap Job Statisfaction Pada Perawat di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura (Masa Pandemi Covid19). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan dengan populasi sebanyak 140 (tujuh puluh tiga), diambil sampel dengan teknik stratified random sampling sebanyak 104 (seratus empat) orang, instrument penelitian uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, data – data diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Individual Effort Factor menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja perwat. R Square sebesar 0,484 yang berarti besarnya variasi sumbangan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya adalah 48,4% sedangkan sisanya 51.6% dijelaskan oleh sebab lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Burnout Syndrome, Individual Effort Factors, Organizational Effort Factors, Work Environtment Effort Factors, Job Statisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan kinerja penyuluh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi peserta KB melalui motivasi peserta dan persepsi manfaat penyuluhan di Kecamatan Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Obyek penelitian adalah peserta KB aktif di Kecamatan Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan dengan populasi sebanyak 7.136 jiwa. Karena penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model atau SEM dengan bantuan program Amos 22 maka ukuran sampel yang sesuai adalah antara 100 – 200, sehingga berdasarkan jumlah parameter yang diestimasi berjumlah 20 parameter dapat diambil sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Model atau SEM. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tingkat partisipasi peserta KB dilihat dari indikator kinerja penyuluh KB , motivasi peserta penyuluhan, persepsi manfaat penyuluhan di Kecamatan Dusun Selatan bernilai positif. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai critical ratio dari masing masing variabel kinerja penyuluh KB , motivasi peserta penyuluhan, persepsi manfaat penyuluhan, dan partisipasi peserta KB yang lebih besar dari t tabel. Dilihat secara tidak langsung kinerja penyuluh KB melalui motivasi peserta penyuluhan dan persepsi manfaat penyuluhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi peserta KB dalam mengikuti pelayanan KB di Kecamatan Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Penyuluh KB, Partisipasi Peserta, Motivasi Peserta, Persepsi Manfaat Penyuluhan.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research was to analized the Effects of Transformational Leadership, Managerial Ability, Job Characteristics, Work Motivation of employee of Sports, Youth, Tourism and Culture Office in Buntok, South Barito Regency. The objects of the study are the employee of the office as many as 67 people. Based on type of research, the writer in conducting the research uses saturation sampling. Data collection techniques using Questioners, Interview and Study Literature Method. Analysis of the data used Multiple Regression Analysis Test. The result showed : (1) Work Motivation has a dominant influence on Performance of employee of Sports, Youth, Tourism and Culture Office in Buntok, South Barito Regency has proved by the beta coefficient 0,392 most higher value than other variables. (2) Simultaneously Transformational Leadership (X1), Managerial Ability (X2), Job Characteristics (X3), Work Motivation (X4) have a significant effect on the Performance of employee of Sports, Youth, Tourism and Culture Office in Buntok, South Barito Regency.(3) Partially Transformational Leadership (X1), Managerial Ability (X2), Job Characteristics (X3), Work Motivation (X4) have a significant effect on the Performance of employee of Sports, Youth, Tourism and Culture Office in Buntok, South Barito Regency. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi, Kejelasan Tugas, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat dan Profesional Kerja juga untuk menganalisa pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Profesional Kerja Perawat di RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Model path analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung seperangkat variabel bebas (eksogen) terhadap variabel terikat (endogen). Model path analysis yang dibicarakan adalah pola hubungan sebab akibat atau “a set of hypothesized causal asymmetric relation among the variables”. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Organisasi, Kejelasan Tugas; Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi dan Profesional Kerja. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, clarity of tasks, work environment on employee motivation and work professionalism as well as to analyze the effect of work motivation on professional work employees of RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. The path analysis model is used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in order to determine the direct and indirect effect of a set of independent (exogenous) variables on the dependent variable (endogenous). The path analysis model discussed is a pattern of causal relationships or "a set of hypothesized causal asymmetric relations among the variables". Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang. Penulis menggolongkan penelitian ini pendekatan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 nasabah. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang dengan nilai Y = 1.668 + 0.626X + 0.291. Jika kualitas pelayanan semakin meningkat maka kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang juga akan meningkat, sebaliknya jika kualitas pelayanan yang ada di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang semakin menurun maka kepuasan nasabah juga dapat menurun. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office. The author classifies this research as a quantitative analysis approach to processing primary data obtained from a research sample of 100 customers. The result of this research can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office with a value of Y = 1.668 + 0.626X + 0.291. If the quality of service increases, the customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office will also improve, on the contrary if the quality of service available at PT. Abstract

Abstract: This research is to analyze the influence, motivation, opportunities, and partial participation on employee performance in the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. The object of research was employees at the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. A total of 500 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using simple random sampling, with a sample of 10% of the total sample used for as many as 50 respondents. The independent variables in this study are ability, motivation, opportunity, and discipline, while the required variable is employee work performance. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Transformed regression shows all regression coefficients that are positive, which means all expected independent variables in the model have a direction of change in the direction of the added variables, meaning that the independent variable rises assuming the other independent variables remain free so that the variable rises as well. Based on the analysis results it is concluded that the independent variables collected have a significant effect on the dependent variable. This can be assessed from the results of the t statistical calculation, the t value is greater than t table. The results showed that: Ability (X1) influences employee performance (Y) with a t value of 5.313 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significance level of 0,000. Motivation (X2) affects employee performance (Y) with a t value of 2.780 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significance level of 0.007. Opportunity (X3) influences employee performance (Y) with a t value of 2.116 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significant degree of 0.038. Discipline (X4) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a t value of 3.922 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significant degree of 0,000. The conversion coefficient is Multiple R of 0.512, this shows that there is a strong relationship between independent variables consisting of ability (X1), motivation (X2), opportunity (X3), and discipline (X4) together to support the achievement employment at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of workload and emotional intelligence on work fatigue (burnout) and the performance of the South Barito Police personnel. The number of research respondents was 115 personnel in the South Barito Police with data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study support the hypothesis that workload affects work fatigue but does not affect performance, while emotional intelligence does not affect work fatigue but has a significant effect on performance. Work fatigue has a significant effect on performance with a negative effect. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the South Barito Police has good emotional intelligence and performance as well as low levels of fatigue. The research suggestion is that the South Barito Police continue to strive to maintain personnel performance by maintaining a low level of work fatigue and workload and continue to maintain the condition of emotional intelligence by providing training to improve personnel competence, placing personnel according to their competencies so that workloads. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kelelahan kerja (burnout) dan kinerja personel Polres Barito Selatan. Jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 115 personel di lingkungan Polres Barito Selatan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisa jalur Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja tetapi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kelelahan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan bentuk pengaruh negatif.hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja Polres Barito Selatan memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja yang baik serta tingkat kelelahan yang rendah. Saran penelitian yaitu agar Polres Barito Selatan terus berusaha menjaga kinerja personel dengan cara mempertahankan tingkat rendahnya kelelahan kerja dan beban kerja serta terus menjaga kondisi kecerdasan emosional dengan cara memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi personel, menempatkan personel sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki agar beban kerja. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis Laporan Keuangan Dalam Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan Pada PT Berkah Sukses Alkes Kota Banjarmasin dan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Berkah Sukses Alkes kota Banjarmasin, Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan dan mengklasifikasikan data yang diperoleh dari PT. Berkah Sukses Alkes Kota Banjarmasin yaitu laporan Keuangan neraca dan laba rugi kemudian menganalisis data tersebut menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan, Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diketahui laporan keuangan perusahaan menunjukan kondisi keuangan yang baik karena perusahaan mampu membayar kewajiban jangka pendek yang segera jatuh tempo kepada pihak – pihak distributor maupun untuk kegiatan operasional perusahaan dengan menggunakan aset atau kekayaan yang dimiliki perusahaan. Meskipun dalam perhitungan rasio debt to equit dan total nilai rasio perputaran persediaan masih berada dibawah nilai standar rasio keuangan yang diakibatkan over stok persediaan pada tahun 2019, namun perusahaan mampu mempertahankan tingkat keuntungan perusahaan dengan meningkatkan nilai penjualan dan juga mencatatkan pertumbuhan laba usaha dan laba bersih yang sangat baikKata Kunci : Laporan Keuangan, Rasio Keuangan : Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas, Profitabilitas, Permodalan dan Efisiensi Usaha, Kinerja KeuanganABSTRAC : The purpose of this research is to know the analysis of financial statements in measuring financial performance at PT. Berkah Sukses Alkes Banjarmasin and to find out the financial performance at PT. Berkah Sukses Alkes Banjarmasin.The method used is descriptive analysis to analyze data by describing and classifying the data obtained from PT. Berkah Sukses Alkes Banjarmasin, namely the balance sheet and profit and loss financial statements then analyzed the data using financial ratio analysis.The results show that it is known that the company's financial statements show a good financial condition because the company is able to pay short-term obligations that are due immediately to distributors as well as for the company's operational activities by using assets or assets owned by the company. Even though the calculation of the debt to equit ratio and the total value of the inventory turnover ratio were still below the standard value of financial ratios due to over-stock of inventories in 2019, the company was able to maintain the company's profit level by increasing sales value and also recording growth in operating profit and net profit. very good.Keywords : Financial Statements, Financial Ratios: Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, Profitability, Capital, Business Efficiency, Financial Performance

Abstract: Reports and Awareness of Restaurant Taxpayers and Socialization of the System to Increase PAD in Banjarbaru City, under the guidance of Mr. H. Nurus Sjamsi and Mr. H. Ihil S Baron, as supervisors I and II.This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the simultaneous effect of reporting, taxpayer awareness and system socialization on the PAD of Banjarbaru City; analyze the partial effect of reporting, awareness of taxpayers and the socialization of the system to PAD Kota Banjarbaru; and analyze the reporting variables, awareness of taxpayers and socialization that have a dominant effect on PAD of Banjarbaru City.Analysis of the data used in this study is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 80 taxpayer respondents, using multiple linear regression test data analysis.The results of the study concluded that the reporting, awareness of taxpayers and simultaneous socialization of the system significantly influence the original income of the Banjarbaru City. Partially reporting, awareness of taxpayers and socialization have a significant effect on the original income of the Banjarbaru City. Ihil S Baron, selaku dosen pembimbing I dan II.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan dari pelaporan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sosialisasi sistem terhadap PAD Kota Banjarbaru; menganilisis pengaruh parsial dari pelaporan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sosialisasi sistem terhadap PAD Kota Banjarbaru; dan menganalisis dari variabel pelaporan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sosialisasi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap PAD Kota Banjarbaru.Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden wajib pajak, menggunakan analisis data uji regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaporan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sosialisasi sistem secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Banjarbaru. Secara parsial pelaporan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sosialisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Banjarbaru. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Banjarbaru adalah sosialisasi, karena nilai signifikan lebih besar pengaruhnya dibanding dengan variabel yang lain.Kata kunci: Pelaporan, Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Sosialisasi Sistem, PAD Kota Banjarbaru
