Sawit Graha Manunggal – Tamiang Indah Estate, East Barito Regency, South Kalimantan Province, Main Advisor: Ujianto, Assistant Advisor: Dahliana Iskandar This study aims to examine the Effect of Reward, Work Climate on Work Motivation and Employees of PT. Sawit Graha Manunggal – Tamiang Indah Estate, East Barito Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The population in this study were 100 harvest employees of PT. Sawit Graha Manunggal, data were taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using AMOS. The results of this study are Reward has a significant positive effect on work motivation, Work climate has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation, Reward has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Work climate has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Work culture has an effect significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation does not mediate the effect of rewards on employee performance, work motivation does not mediate the effect of work climate on employee performance, work motivation mediates the effect of work culture on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk Pasuruan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 95 karyawan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini melalui uji regresi linier bergandaditunjukkan dengan persamaan(Y) = 1,976 + 0,039 + 0,044. Artinya jika X=0 maka nilai Y=1,976 dan bernilai positif. Nilai koefisien pada variabel Lingkungan kerja sebesar 0.039 yang menjelaskan bahwa setiap kali terjadinya kenaikan sebesar 1 poin Lingkungan kerja di perusahaan, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 1 poin dengan asumsi variabel lain tetap (variabel lain bernilai konstan). Dan nilai dari koefisien Kepemimpinan sebesar 0.044 menunjukkan bahwa jika setiap kenaikan 1 poin terhadap Kepemimpinan terhadap karyawan, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 1 poin dengan asumsi variabel lain tetap (variabel lain bernilai konstan).Kata kunci:Lingkungan kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja.

Abstract

The role of employees here is one of the main keys to the success or failure of a government organization. In administering government, the role of employees is influenced by Leadership style and Work Motivation. In this way, the performance of employees must be considered so that failure does not occur in carrying out the duties of government organizations. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership style and Work Motivation on employee performance in Gratitunon Village. This research uses a sampling method which is carried out by taking the entire population of 52 respondents. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and questionnaire collection. The results of this research show that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance in an organization. Work motivation and organizational commitment are key factors that can influence employee productivity and contribution in achieving organizational goals. The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of employees at various levels in the organization. These findings have the implication that companies need to pay attention to and improve work motivation factors and organizational commitment in an effort to improve employee performance. Measures such as providing training, career development, and promoting organizational commitment policies can be effective strategies to achieve this goal. Apart from that, this research can also be a basis for further research to explore other factors that can influence relationships

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. Organizational culture and organizational commitment are considered key factors that influence employee behavior and productivity in an organization. Theoretical approaches and empirical research are used to investigate the relationships between these variables. Furthermore, organizational commitment is explained as the level of employee engagement and desire to actively contribute to achieving organizational goals. Dimensions of commitment, such as affective, normative, and continuative commitment, are analyzed to understand the level of employee engagement. It is hoped that the findings from this research can contribute to the development of human resource management theory and practice. Managerial implications are also discussed to help organizations improve culture and commitment to achieve optimal employee performance. It is hoped that this research will provide a deeper understanding of the internal dynamics of organizations that influence employee performance and provide a basis for further research in this area

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Service. This research was conducted to explain the variables that will be studied and to see the influence of the Work Discipline (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The location of this research is the North Hulu Sungai District Education Office. Using saturated sampling, the sample size was 43 samples. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show 1) that simultaneously (together), Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Service. Likewise individually (partially), 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, and 4) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Office. Abstract

The Indonesian financial services industry is an industry that plays an important role in economic activities. With digital banking, it can make it easier for customers and banks to carry out banking activities as well as a manifestation of implementing environmentally friendly green banking as an effort to be responsible for environmental sustainability. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, where all data produced is presented in the form of a description, namely a general description of the research results. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman merek yang meliputi variabel sensorik, afektif, perilaku dan intelektual terhadap loyalitas merek yang dimoderasi oleh variabel gender. Populasi adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone yang memenuhi syarat sebagai responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara simultan variabel sensorik, afektif, perilaku dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek; (2) secara parsial variabel sensorik dan afektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel perilaku dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek; dan (3) gender berperan sebagai variabel moderator, dimana pada laki-laki variabel perilaku dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas merek, sedang pada perempuan variabel afektif dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan activity based costing terhadap tarif jasa rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tingkat IV Guntung Payung Landasan Ulin. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan rawat inap sebagaimana diperlukan guna menghitung tarif jasa rawat inap berdasarkan activity based costing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarif yang diberlakukan pada rumah sakit berbeda dengan tarif yang dihitung menggunakan activity based costing. Dimana tarif rawat inap untuk kelas VIP, Kelas I dan Kelas II lebih murah ketika dihitung menggunakan activity based costing, sedangkan untuk tipe kelas III menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya. Kata kunci: activity based costing, tarif jasa, rawat inap.
