This research explains the application of the normative and philological approach of Al-Quran surah Luqman ayat 17 concerning the prayer commands for implementation in children's education. This research is a library research with philological normative approach. The results of the research are; interpretation of surah Luqman ayat 17 contains the word command parents to teach their children to pray since the age of seven years. At this age, children begin to be understood about prayer education carefully, thoroughly and seriously. The prayer rituals contained the pleasure of Allah SWT, preventing oneself from the forehead and evil and patient and steadfast in facing problems and trials that afflict them. Education in habituating children to pray continues from the age of seven years to the age of 10 years. If at the age of 10 years, children still disobey and do not pray, then parents are allowed to beat their children. The blow given is the blow that is educational and not painful. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan penerapan pendekatan normatif dan filologi Al-Quran surat Luqman ayat 17 tentang perintah sholat implementasi pada pendidikan Anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan normatif filologi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan; penafsiran ayat surat Lukman ayat 17 mengandung kata perintah orang tua untuk mengajarkan anaknya sholat sejak usia mencapai tujuh tahun. Pada usia ini, anak difahamkan tentang pendidikan shalat dengan cermat, seksama serta secara serius. Ritual shalat terkandung nilai ridha Allah SWT, mencegah diri dari nahi dan munkar sabar dan tabah dalam menghadapi permasalahan maupun cobaan yang menimpa. Pendidikan dalam pembiasaan sholat anak terus dilakukan sejak usia tujuh tahun hingga usia 10 tahun. Apabila diusia 10 tahun, anak masih membangkang dan tidak menjalankan sholat, maka orang tua diperkenankan untuk memukul anaknya. Pukulan yang diberikan adalah pukulan yang mendidik dan tidak menyakitkan.

Abstrak Demokrasi, toleransi dan kerukunan merupakan beberapa nilai yang terangkum dalam konsep nilai multikulturalisme. Ketiganya menjadi nilai-nilai yang fundamental untuk dipahami masyarakat dalam proses berbangsa dan bernegara. Ketiganya akan mampu dipahami dan diaktualisasikan ketika ditanamkan dengan baik. Salah satu lading untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme tersebut adalah melalui proses pendidikan yang berwawasan multikultural. Proses pendidikan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut seyogyanya dilakukan melalui segala lini pendidikan, baik lembaga pendidikan formal maupun lembaga pendidikan masyarakat. Salah satu lembaga yang patut diberikan perhatian adalah madrasah diniyyah. Lembaga ini selain lembaga yang fleksibel juga merupakan lembaga yang berada pada tataran akar rumput masyarakat. Dengan demikian mengembangkan lembaga ini menjadi lembaga yang siap mentransformasikan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme. Beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan adalah: (a) menata ulang kurikulum dan pembelajaran; (b) menyiapkan tenaga pendidik unggul, (c) membuat program kerukunan lintas agama dan budaya, dan (d) menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya madrasah diniyyah. Abstrak Lembaga pendidikan merupakan sarana untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik pada ranah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Pada ranah pengetahuan diharapkan peserta didik menguasai pengetahuan dari ilmu yang didapat pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, pada ranah keterampilan diharapkan peserta didik memiliki keterampilan, sedangkan pada ranah sikap diharapkan setelah peserta didik mengikuti proses KBM peserta didik memiliki sikap yang baik. Peranan gurulah yang menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan peserta didik, oleh karena itu guru harus dapat meningkatakan pengetahuan dan keahlian secara terus-menerus sehingga menjadi guru yang profesional. Salah satu daya dukung guru menjadi guru yang profesional yaitu bantuan teknis seorang pemimpin atau kepala sekolah, salah satu bantuan teknis itu berupa supervisi (pelayanan secara sistematis atau melalui tahap-tahap pengawasan yang mampu menilai dan memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar agar menjadi lebih baik). Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor internal perlu memahami tujuan supervisi, fungsi supervisi, prinsip supervisi, teknik supervisi, obyek supervisi, serta pendekatan supervisi, sehingga dalam pelaksanaan supervisinya tepat pada sasaran. The purpose of this paper is to describe the position and management of conflict in educational organizations. it is a way of maintaining harmonious relationships at school. Harmonious relationships at school will make the learning environment comfortable and conducive to the learning process. Harmonious relationships at school will make the learning environment comfortable and conducive to the learning process. And vice versa, if the relationship between members of educational organizations is disharmonious, it can lead to an uncomfortable learning environment. This disharmonious relationship is usually caused by conflicts between individuals in schools. Conflict can become a serious problem in any organization, regardless of the form and level of complexity of the school organization, if the conflict is allowed to drag on without resolution. This arcticle aims to explain about urgency of educational administration for educational institution. Administration is a must in the world of management, the level of effectiveness, efficiency of education administration is strongly supported by the role and urgency of administrative staffing, equipment, administration and public relations in education administration. The staffing administration talks about employee recruitment, promotion, payroll until retirement, while the administration of equipment discusses the matter of adequate facilities and infrastructure, while administration deals with new students and alumni, while public relations administration looks good / positive. Educational administration is well locked if all is not managed and can function well and effectively and is equipped with coordination and coordination (KIS). Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan urgensi administrasi pendidikan bagi suatu institusi pendidikan. Administrasi merupakan keniscayaan dalam dunia managemen. Tingkat efektifitas, efisiensi administrasi pendidikan sangat ditopang oleh peran serta atau urgensi administrasi kepegawaian, perlengkapan, tata usaha dan humas dalam administrasi pendidikan. Administrasi kepegawaian berbicara tentang rekrutmen pegawai, promosi, penggajian hingga pensiun, sedangkan administrasi perlengkapan membicarakan hal ihwal sarana dan prasarana/ fasilitas yang memadai. Adapun tata usaha membahas tentang penerimaan siswa baru hingga lulus dan alumninya. Administrasi pendidikan dapat dikatakan baik jika semua unsur dan fungsi managemen dapat dioptimalkan kinerjanya secara efesien dan efektif serta dilaksanakan dengan cara koordinasi, integrasi, dan sinkronisasi (KIS). Dengan adanya administrasi pendidikan yang baik akan mendukung bagi eksistensi suatu institusi pendidikan.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui respon anak yang memiliki kemampuan Matematika tinggi terhadap masalah probabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pemberian tes dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan cara reduksi data, kategorisasi, penyajian data, sintesasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan validitas data menggunakan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan anak yang memiliki kemampuan matermatika tinggi memiliki respon terhadap probabilitas ruang sample non-statistis dan menunjukkan respon yang statistis pada probabilitas suatu kejadian serta pada perbandingan probabilitas, anak memiliki respon yang statis.

This study aims to determine the effect of the English Fun Club and learning motivation on learning outcomes in English 2 STIE AAS Surakarta students. The theoretical benefit of this research is that it can add information and reference materials in the field of education, especially English courses so that the teaching can be optimal and can be used to add references for those who will carry out similar research. While the practical benefits of the results of this study can provide an overview of the influence of the English Fun Club extracurricular activities on the results of studies in the English language courses of STIE AAS Surakarta students and are expected to provide input for higher education in an effort to improve learning outcomes through providing motivation and deepening the material in the course. English in order to achieve maximum results. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was the students of STIE AAS semester IV Surakarta who took part in the English Fun Club, totaling 67 people in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year and all of them were taken as research subjects, so this research is also a population study or census. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the English Fun Club and learning motivation significantly influence learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze learning at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) in an effort to develop student talent interest during the new normal. The research approach in this study uses a qualitative research type. The data collection method is in the form of an analysis that is interview and documentation in the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL). The data analysis technique used descriptive-qualitative. The results of the study explained that the concept of learning at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) was carried out with two models, namely BDR (learning from home) and BDS (learning at school). For the BDR learning model (learning from home) it is carried out online accompanied by parents using the classroom application, video, converence, telephone or live chat, zoom or via the whatsapp group. While the BDS learning model (learning at school) uses standard operating procedures (SOP) including 3M, washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. Efforts to develop students 'interests and talents at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) in the new normal era teachers pay more attention to students, Collaboration between parents and teachers plays an important role in developing students' interests and talents, providing motivation for students to develop their interests and talents , schools must facilitate facilities for students to develop their interests and talents. Finally, teachers hold various kinds of competitions as a place to develop their interests and talents.

Abstract Leadership is a competency that must be owned by madrasah principals. Decision making in educational organizations is directly related to the head of the madrasah. The principal of the madrasah as manager has an important role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively by using data and information for optimal educational environmental performance. Decision-making by the head of the MA Ar - Ridlo Pekuncen Banyumas has gone well, this can be seen from the processes and stages carried out by the head of the madrasah in making decisions with observation, data, planning and recording related to education in madrasahs. Then, conduct deliberations with teachers to take policies, take an interpersonal approach to teachers to hold events, give ideas, involve teachers in training, and supervise as supervisory activities. As stated in the teacher work assessment, this is useful for increasing the potential and performance of teachers, to improve the quality of teaching and learning outcomes at MA Ar - Ridlo Pekuncen Banyumas. The research aim to measure the students’ reading competence in using Recount Text tense. The reading skill became very important in the education field, students need to be exercised and trained in order to have a good reading skill. The research was descriptive quantitative method. The writer had been conducted on September 2013 and The subject of this research was the Eighth Grade students of SMP Bustanul ulum Bantarkawung, Brebes in the Academic year 2012/2013. The sample was 41 students of 82 Students, consisting of 41 from class VIII A and 41 students from class VIII B. In collecting data, the writer used a subjective test which consisted of 20 items, all the items were multiple choice test. After conducting the research, it revealed that the mean of the students’ reading competence in using Recount Text tense was 78. It means that the average of the students could answer 61-80%% of the test items correctly. It indicated that the students’ reading competence in using Recount Text belonged to “good†category. The finding of the research had been contribution to reading competence education in SMP Bustanul Ulum Bantarkawung. The English teacher could get some different ways to improve the students’ reading competence.
