Abstract

Community participation in the development planning process is very important because it can foster an attitude of belonging and a sense of community responsibility towards development planning. Society as one of the state subsystems must involve themselves in the development process. The involvement starts from the development planning stage, implementation, to the supervision stage. Without community involvement, the results of development will not necessarily answer the needs of the community and the welfare of the community has not been achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine community participation in development in Indonesia. In every development planning, it is necessary to have a contribution in the form of thoughts, ideas, criticisms and suggestions voluntarily from the community for a development. so that in every decision making there is a socialization of the community must also be involved in every decision making. In principle, community participation in infrastructure development is very influential on the course of the infrastructure development process of the Indonesian state, the implementation of development is not solely the responsibility of the government or the apparatus, but also the shared responsibility of the entire community

a review of development administration in revolution 4.0. This industrial revolution was first introduced in Europe by starting with the invention of the steam and water power engine known as the Industrial Revolution 1.0 and continues to grow until now which has reached the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, it will focus on how to utilize existing technology, collaborate and develop it in all aspects, including in the administration of this development. Abstract

The purpose of this writing is motivated by an incident or event that makes the author conduct a study. The author finds a number of facts regarding the quality of the country's infrastructure in economic, social and educational aspects in Indonesia. Therefore, on this occasion the author describes the ideal role to realize the country's development infrastructure in order to achieve a prosperous nation through several stages and strategies that must be realized by state officials or public officials. In this writing, the research method carried out is referring to a qualitative approach that refers to the study of literature. The results of the study explain that the best strategy in improving the quality of state development infrastructure is the best collaboration between the state apparatus and the community

Abstract

Pengembangan Kawasan destinasi wisata Tamansari Gua Sunyaragi, harus memperhatikan dan mengacu pada konsep manajemen strategi sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Hungler dan Wheelen. tujuan secara umum penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan langkah-langkah evaluasi potensi pengembangan Wisata Goa Sunyaragi Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan diperlukan dukungan suberdaya baik dari segi anggaran maupun SDM yang potelsian, untuk mengembangkan daya tarik wisata sejarah dan budaya yang kekinian, serta memberikan harga tiket yang terjangkau dan memberikan fasilitas pagelaran pentas seni dan budaya. Implementasi strategi pengembangan Destinasi Pariwisata kawasan Taman Wisata Goa Sunyaragi Cirebon sebagai dilakukan melalui penentuan harga tiket masuk yang murah. Taman Wisata Goa Sunyaragi memiliki kendala berupa perizinan dan permodalan. Hal ini berdampak pada rencana Taman Wisata Goa Sunyaragi tidak berjalan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Kebebasan berpendapat melalui mural di Indonesia merupakan wujud dari komunikasi politik masyarakat dengan pemerintah yang efektif dan kreatif. Meskipun demikian, kebebasan tersebut seringkali terbentur oleh kebijakan dan regulasi yang kurang jelas, serta perbedaan pandangan antara masyarakat dan pemerintah. Mural seperti '404: Not Found' dan 'Tuhan, aku lapar' mencerminkan kontroversi karena mengkritik kegagalan pemimpin negara dan menyoroti masalah sosial seperti kemiskinan yang semakin meningkat selama pandemi COVID-19. Untuk memperkuat kebebasan berekspresi, diperlukan upaya meningkatkan dialog terbuka, pemahaman masyarakat, penerapan regulasi yang jelas, dan dukungan bagi para seniman. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya demokrasi yang mendalam dan substantif, serta komunikasi politik yang baik dan santun untuk kepentingan bersama.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat di era digital memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Namun, dampak negatif seperti kejahatan berbasis digital atau "cyber crime" juga muncul seiring kemajuan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah menetapkan UU No. 19 Tahun 2016 sebagai perubahan atas UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) guna memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap tindak pidana berbasis internet. Jika dianalisis berdasarkan teori pembentukan undang-undang yang baik menurut Rick Dikerson dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, ditemukan bahwa UU ini tidak sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip ketiga dari teori tersebut. Dalam penerapannya, masih terjadi kekaburan hukum dan adanya pasal-pasal yang multitafsir, sehingga banyak kasus kriminal yang terjerat oleh ketidakjelasan pengaturan pasal tersebut. Kompleksitas pasal yang dapat ditafsirkan ganda dalam UU ITE tidak memberikan keadilan dan kepastian hukum yang memadai bagi warga negara, sehingga diperlukan revisi lebih lanjut
