Abstract

Quality and safe products are the basic right of every consumer, including food products produced by small and medium industries. Good food production is an important factor in meeting quality standards or food safety licensing requirements. In setting standards, the government also plays an important role in providing direction and assistance to small and medium industries on achieving the specified quality standards. During this time the process is still carried out in a conventional process is still considered ineffective by seeing the low level of business actors’ knowledge of the standards for Good Food Production Practice (GFPP). So, with this lack of knowledge, business actors’ interest in making food licensing is low. This study designed the application of an expert system that simulates and provides an illustration for a standards assessment of Good Food Production methods. This research was conducted using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) engineering method for program development and using forward chaining for reasoning methods. This research proved that the application of an expert system for licensing due diligence can function in accordance with standards set by the government.

Abstract

The house is a place to live and shelter for humans as well as a place for daily activities and in Sumedang Regency there are still many houses that are categorized as uninhabitable house, because there are still people who are categorized as having uninhabitable houses, the government routinely provides assistance and due to limited funds owned by the Government as well as many people who submit requests for assistance,but the Government cannot provide assistance at the same time to all people who submit. The applicant for assistance must wait if not yet selected to get help, to get help, a selection of aid opinions must be made to make it right on target. Decision making related to the determination of the community who will receive assistance first, it will be carried out the construction of a system that aims to support a decision in the sense of a decision support system instead of replacing humans as decision makers in providing uninhabitable housing assistance, but can provide a picture or more knowledge towards humans for decision making,where the system development will be used by the Dinas Sosial Sumedang and using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method and for this method that is calculating the normalization and weight that will be multiplied by the components needed so that the final result is a ranking order from the evaluation results.

Abstract

The problem at PT. Putra Bangsingja Perkasa has difficulty in providing employee recommendations that are accepted according to the needs of the 160 prospective employees who register every 6 months of employee recruitment and who assess only 2 people. Employee recruitment applications using the TOPSIS algorithm need to be made to recommend employees who really meet the quality and match the desired criteria such as physical appearance, comprehension, communication, work motivation, education and work experience. The final results of this study are the results of the UAT testing process, the respondents agree (above 83.3%) that overall this employee recruitment application helps the leadership in providing employee recommendations that are accepted according to their needs.

Abstract

In supporting the performance or enthusiasm of employees in the regulation department, the company gives rewards or awards to employees who get the title as the best employees in the form of money with a certain nominal value. It is expected that this reward can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees at work. But when assessing employees there are obstacles, including subjective judgments and calculation errors often occur in determining who the employee gets the title of the best employee. The application for selecting the best employees has been made using the profile matching algorithm. In this study using two aspects, namely aspects of performance consisting of speed of work, quality of work, work responsibilities and problem solving and personality aspects consisting of absenteeism, work knowledge, attitude, team work and loyalty. So that the final results of this study in the form of the results of the testing process with the UAT, the respondents agreed (above 91.2%) that overall the application for selecting employees helps the decision maker management in providing the best employee recommendations based on ranking correctly.

Abstract

Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara is a library owned by the provincial government of Sulawesi Utara (Sulut), which provides various sources of information needed by the community such as books or reference documents. Other. This library provides various facilities and services that can be used by the community of Sulut such as searching, reading and borrowing books. Libraries are required to be able to improve their services especially in book Search or documents. The book search process in a library that requires visitors to visit each of the booksets will take a long time. In addition, visitors should also first find the fields or topics of the searched book by visiting the Bookcloset section that corresponds to the field or topic. The lack of information available about books or documents in the library will prevent visitors from finding the information they need. Therefore the library requires a system to simplify the process of searching the book. A book search system that uses the search process by matching keywords and data to the database, will only display the title of the book exactly as the keyword entered on the search form. If the user forgets the details of the title of the book to be searched, it is very difficult to search the book title because the system is unable to display the corresponding title of the book or is relevant to the book title entered on the search form. To be able to display the information or title of the book related or relevant to the title of the book to be searched, will be created a search system of books that use an information retrieval system or the information Retrieval (IR). Information Retrieval (IR) or an info-back system is one way to easily rediscover the information on documents contained in a system. Search engine or search engine is a device that can facilitate the user to obtain information by displaying the search results according to the information that is sought by the user. On this final task will be built search engine libraries that can make it easier for users to rediscover relevant books according to the data sought. This final task applies a Vector Space Model (VSM) method that is one of several methods that can be used in building the System Information Retrieval (IR). The result of this final task is a search engine library by implementing a VSM method that provides the document search feature and provides a complete document or book information in the library. In addition, testing of the application uses recall and precision which results in a value of 1 which shows that the system can find the relevant documents according to the relevant documents in the collection.

Abstract

The presence of twitter as medium that has been widely used by various groups of people. The community’s habit of posting tweets to assess a government policy discourse can be assessed as one of the media in representing the community’s response to the policy discourse. The policy discourse related to the prohibition of veils and Islamic trousers for the State Civil Apparatus is reaping contradictions from the public, especially twitters users. Public opinion can be analyzes using sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is a field of study that analyzes a person’s opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes and emotions expressed in text form. Public opinion in the form of tweets will be collected by web crawling using the twitter application program interface (API). The data is processed using natural language processing (NLP) and python programming language. This study aims to produce information on public sentiment related to the prohibition of wearing veils and Islamic trousers for the State Civil Apparatus. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm to classify 219 positive tweets and 333 negative tweets. The results of testing the accuracy of this study were 86%.

Abstract

Garasi Spokat is a shop that sells shoes with original and good quality. Garasi Spokat developed to meet customers' needs. Business sales at the Garasi Spokat are still less effective, customers must come to the store to buy and find out information about the products. Media marketing only through banners in stores, making the scope of sales less extensive. This research aims to build an E-Commerce Website using Wordpress Content Management System (CMS). Business Model Canvas (BMC) methods used to clarify elements that can help achieve business goals, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) used to analyze system processes. The results of this study are e-commerce websites that help customers to find out information on products online that can be access anywhere and anytime, to increase sales and expand the scope of sales.

Abstract

Achievement is the learning outcomes obtained by someone where the ability to increase over time, achievement is not caused by the growth process but with the learning situation. The ability to master knowledge that has been tested for certainty and truth so that it can be measured in the form of grades or what is usually referred to as academic achievement. At least XYZ School students are accepted into state universities. By using the Naive Bayes method, the prediction results are accurate enough to facilitate the Counseling Guidance Section (BK) directing students to register for State Universities (PTN) through the National Higher Education Entrance Entrance Test (SNMPTN).

Abstract

The shortest route (shortest path) is a problem to find the minimum route from the initial point (node) to the destination point (node). One of the artificial intelligence that can be used to solve the problem of finding the shortest route is the Genetic Algorithm. To get the right solution for optimization problems with one variable or multiple variables. The problem of traveling salesman problem (TSP) is one of the combinatorial optimization problems. TSP is a difficult problem when viewed from the point of computation. Several methods have been used to solve the problem and are a solution in determining the shortest trip through another city only once and returning to the city of origin of departure. Search techniques are carried out at the same time on a number of solutions known as populations. Individuals in a population are called chromosomes. This genetic algorithm consists of several main procedures, namely the selection procedure, crossover, mutation and elitism. Based on research results, the shortest path is 1-2-3-6-5-4-7-8-9-10 where the path is Sunur, Kurai Taji, Lapai, Jati, Pasar Pariaman, Gelombang, Rawang, Pauh, Sei Pasak, dan Koto Marapak with a path length of 55.8342.

Abstract

The Informatics Engineering Study Program is one of the study programs in the Faculty of Science and Informatics (FSI), Jenderal Achmad Yani University (Unjani). The Informatics Engineering Study Program conducts final assignment guidance activities and students have the right to determine the supervisor to be able to guide students in final assignment activities. During their tutoring students have the right to get guidance based on the problem at hand. Student satisfaction in terms of guidance can be seen in terms of guidance time, the frequency of lecturers conducting guidance, lecturers provide solutions when guidance, student comfort during guidance and lecturers help solve the problem of student final assignments. Student guidance activities are not satisfied with the supervisors related to the guidance activities provided, therefore the head of the department has difficulty monitoring the guidance activities. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can monitor the guidance activities, evaluate the results of the guidance of the supervisor, assist students in providing guidance assessment satisfaction. The method used in this study is the service quality method, the service quality method is needed in order to improve the quality of guidance in the Informatics Engineering Study Program in Unjani in order to evaluate and make the guidance activities even better.
