Abstract

The need for security, especially in terms of Information Technology today is very important. Many cases of attacks using IT devices to take action criminal (cybercrime). Crimes - crimes in the cyber world occur because one of them is lack of knowledge and public awareness about current attacks. For increase science and public awareness, especially for students, the Engineering study program Informatics wants to make a facility that serves to be a means for students to do learning and exploration of knowledge about information security. Facilities to be built in the form of an Information Security laboratory, which consists of 3 types of laboratories. Construction of this facility consists of several stages, from measuring readiness to building facilities. So in this first phase of research is to measure the readiness of students against Information Security laboratory. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that UNPAS Informatics Engineering study students are ready if this Information Security laboratory will was built.

Abstract

The smooth flow of traffic is one of the parameters of controlled transportation system management. As the population grows, traffic becomes more congested and causes congestion in various locations. One of the locations of congestion of national concern is the Cinunuk road that connects the Cibiru Roundabout to Cileunyi (BCC). The BCC is located in the Cibiru and Cileunyi sub-districts, the border of the City and Regency of Bandung. The congestion starts at the Cibiru roundabout and continues along the Cinunuk highway to the one-way intersection for each lane. BCC is the only Non-Toll road that connects traffic in northern West Java to the south and east coast via the city of Bandung. This condition results in high flow of vehicles that pass through the lane so that congestion occurs every day from morning to night. One alternative solution to unravel this congestion problem is to build a new alternative path known as the Cileunyi Circle (LC). This article discusses the study of traffic situations at BCC locations with LC alternatives through mathematical modeling methods and simulations. The application used for simulation is MATLAB-SimEvents on the basis of the queue model.

Abstract

Nowadays, technological development from time to time has a quick process, one of them is network technology. Many company agencies H use network technology for operational support in company, one of the companies that use network technology is PT XYZ. Network technology that is increasing is directly proportional to the increasing complexity of a network, it requires a network monitoring application that is able to provide the required information quickly and easily accessible whenever and wherever. One application used is Observium because the monitoring application could monitor network system and network device performance, and identify problem as early as possible in order to the problem can be resolved as a quickly and accurately. The utilization of Observium is make it easier for network administrators to carry out network monitoring work at PT. XYZ. Usage test result Observium monitoring can provide data about up/down port, eventlog, memory used, CPU usage, storage, and traffic in realtime. Results monitoring within one month, PT XYZ more sends data than receives data.

Abstract

Teacher Performance Assessment guarantees a quality learning process at all levels of education. Educational supervision will be carried out with the aim to improve the quality of teaching / teacher so that the competitiveness of students studying at the school will increase towards a better direction. Supervision assessment is a class visit technique to obtain data about the actual situation regarding the ability and skills of teachers in teaching and mastery of class. To determine the teacher's performance, one approach can be done using the Balanced Source card. The determination of teacher performance is then processed using Analytic Network Process-based modeling to improve teacher evaluation criteria that are still low. With the help of Super Decision software, a decision support system was created in determining teacher performance. The results of this study are the recommendations of permanent teachers in Junior High Schools, High Schools, Vocational Schools Yadika 12 Depok based on performance to be objective and make more efficient decisions.

Abstract

At present, there are many frameworks used in implementing IT Governance. But with the pattern of implementation of sustainable IT Governance development, there needs to be preparation, planning and development that carry out relatively short activities. Especially the existence of a framework that can support this activity. Therefore the author will discuss the development of IT Governance by utilizing the ITIL framework as a Continual Service Improvement by implementing more adaptive and relatively short daily activities through the design and development of using Agile Project Management with the Scrum method. So that the development of IT Governance is expected to be faster and more agile in optimizing the fulfillment of excellent service for all institutions.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that often experiencing natural disaster, both because of geological factors and because of human activities. For example, floods or landslides. These kind of disasters also experienced by West Sumatra, especially in the city of Padang. Post-disaster control that had happened in Padang before meet some difficulty in processing data victims. Family has to recognize the identity and characteristics of the victims while there are not enough hints about the location of the disaster. A government agency for Disaster Management (BPBD) made the information system for searching the disaster victims in the Padang City easier for some stakeholder especially the families of the victims to identify their families. Data will be fast and easy to accessed by anyone, especially by family in identifying their missing family members. This system also can provide information about the searching location.

Abstract

In Indonesian on general the process of delivering and moving goods is still done manually. In contrast to developed countries such as America, Japan and China that have created sophisticated robots with various functions that are useful to help work or activities to move or deliver goods from the warehouse to the production area or vice versa in the industrial world. With this research, it will be able to make goods delivery robots in the industry with line follower and remote robots with remote control systems. So that it can implement goods delivery systems in the robot-based industry.

Abstract

To oppose the 5.0 public revolution, human resources are at the forefront as well as the public as drug users also need to be drilled soft skills. The purpose of this study is to make young people have the mindset, attitude, agreement against the purchase of drugs, both regarding the discussion or information technology activities. Issues that discuss partners in the Talang Payakumbuh Barat village are economic and social factors that trigger drug use, increase the leniency of drug use, add time that is not used effectively. The method used in overcoming this problem is Research and Development (RnD) version 4D (defining, designing, developing, and developing) by producing products containing web-based anti-drug applications and improving the methods of Consultation, Training, Design, Assistance and Evaluation. Conclusions of PKM consists of content provided to train young generation to communicate through IT such as design skills, programming consists of useful websites to meet the challenges of society 5.0 which is an effort to track the mindset of the easy generation to avoid drugs, provide media to find products produced by the community / youth So, youth who are eager to learn and provide initial assessments to find out the psychological problems of users can avoid using drugs.

Abstract

In the political world, decisions made by the media can be a measuring instrument of the image of a character. In a news created by a news site, it can be categorized as positive and negative news. Currently there are only a few applications that can see and record the news of a character on a news site. Percentage count can be representative of news sites, it can show positive and negative results from rticle on those sites. To classify a news site, need sentiment analysis of each article on the news site. The sentiment analysis results of each article will affect the percentage count. In general, the analysis is done using preprocessing text which is compared with the word sentiment. However, the preprocessing process and the sentiment word are not appropriate if used to analyze the sentiments of an article with using bahasa. Named Entitity Recognition (NER) is part of the word extracted from a collection of texts. NER can be used to extract positive and negative words. In this study, each article from a news site will be analyzed using Named Entity Recognation (NER). The results of sentiment analysis are validated by users. In this study, from 10 test data (articles), the accuracy of sentiment analysis with NER was 90%. While the sentiment analysis using sentiment word and Preprocessing is only 80%.

Abstract

The development of technology is developing rapidly and has many positive effects and various conveniences. As the development of the digital world today with the sophistication of the device, one example is CCTV (Closed Circuit Television). Its use has been widely applied in Indonesia such as supermarkets, shopping places as well as other public places. CCTV has an important role in the field of security, many of which are used as evidence in the legal field to prove various legal issues, this is where the role of Digital Forensics is needed to support investigations and search for evidence. can be known as genuine or not by using hashing techniques or methods that analyze the arithmetic transformation of a series of characters into their original values.
