Abstract

The house is a place to live and shelter for humans as well as a place for daily activities and in Sumedang Regency there are still many houses that are categorized as uninhabitable house, because there are still people who are categorized as having uninhabitable houses, the government routinely provides assistance and due to limited funds owned by the Government as well as many people who submit requests for assistance,but the Government cannot provide assistance at the same time to all people who submit. The applicant for assistance must wait if not yet selected to get help, to get help, a selection of aid opinions must be made to make it right on target. Decision making related to the determination of the community who will receive assistance first, it will be carried out the construction of a system that aims to support a decision in the sense of a decision support system instead of replacing humans as decision makers in providing uninhabitable housing assistance, but can provide a picture or more knowledge towards humans for decision making,where the system development will be used by the Dinas Sosial Sumedang and using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method and for this method that is calculating the normalization and weight that will be multiplied by the components needed so that the final result is a ranking order from the evaluation results.

Abstract

Village unit cooperatives are cooperatives in rural areas which are engaged in providing community needs related to community activities themselves. Village unit cooperatives can also be called multi-business cooperatives because they try to fulfill various fields such as savings and loans, consumption, production, marketing and services. KUD Saving and Credit Cooperative Sawah Sudut Selayo, all data processing is still using a manual system. So that data processing can be done quickly and accurately, we need a system that can help solve problems that arise due to the use of the old system. Therefore a Web-Based Savings and Loans Information System was built using the PHP programming language and the MySQL Database, with the proposed savings and loan information system, expected to be able to produce more accurate member data and member deposits, making it easier to input member data and amounts member deposits.

Abstract

Tea industry in West Sumatra and Jambi is under the auspices of PTPN VI which has a head office in Jambi City and has two production units namely Kayu Aro and Danau Kembar. Since 2018 PTPN VI has used one of the SAP software for the integration of its corporate information systems. This study aims to explore how the conditions of ERP implementation in PTPN VI, especially the tea industry which includes business processes, implementation stages, implementation constraints and how big the size of ERP implementation success in PTPN VI. The study was conducted at PTPN VI Headquarters and in both tea production units using interview techniques and questionnaire media to measure the success of implementation by developing the DeLone and McLean model that was processed with the Structural Equation Modeling approach. Measuring the success of implementation shows that the implementation was quite successful where information quality, system quality and service quality affect the level of usage and customer satisfaction which ultimately results in net benefits received.

Abstract

Padang City, West Sumatra Province, is one of the regions in Indonesia that has a good tourism and cultural sector. However, in the dissemination of information about tourism in the city of Padang has not been fully optimal carried out by the City Government of Padang. The community is not fully aware of tourist attractions in the city of Padang. Based on this reason the author designed an E-Tourism Application to Support Padang City Tourism Based on Android. The author analyzes and designs applications that are built using the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method with the stages of system requirements analysis and system modeling design using the UML method. For programming languages the author uses PHP, Java on Android Studio and MySQL Database. From this study produced an Android-based E-Tourism application that is integrated with the display of tourist locations on google maps as well as features adding tourist rating.

Abstract

association rule is analogous to a shopping basket. From the shopping basket the supermarket visitors will be able to know, what items are often bought together and which items are not. CV. Anugrah Paris Van Java is a company engaged in the processing of processed fruits such as ready-to-drink juice, concentrate and syrup. Customer's buying patterns are influenced by product inventory. The process of managing product inventory is managed manually so that there is a buildup of less desirable products. A frequent case is the lack of processed fruit products due to a lack of calculation from the purchase of raw materials. Based on these problems, a system for determining the pattern of relationships between processed fruit products was built as new knowledge to help the factory in the supply of processed fruit products. The method used in the system to be built is using the Association Rule Mining method with a priori algorithm. Based on research results, this system can display inventory recommendations based on analysis using association rule mining.

Abstract

Companies engaged in telecommunications usually have main services as Internet Service Providers. Its customers are spread outside the island. To maintain and monitor the availability of its services, a centralized monitoring system is needed that can be used to monitor in real time. In this study a system was designed to monitor the overall work of the device and also monitor the temperature where the device is located. To save the cost of making this system, the device uses Raspberry Pi which is quite cheap. An administrator can monitor devices that exist in the data center via the online system. When there is a device failure, the system will immediately report this to the administrator via email.

Abstract

Culinary Tourism is one of the activities that must be visited by tourists when visiting a certain area that has special food. Food is now not just meeting the needs of one's life but has become an art in culinary. Some people have a tendency to visit homogeneous eating places (not varying), this can be caused by several things, including budget (shopping budget), type of food, facilities, location and opening time. Visiting a suitable place to eat is certainly one of the things that need attention, but information about the complete culinary place is still not widely known by tourists and new residents in the regency of XYZ. To determine a culinary place, tourists must really know complete information about a culinary place that they want to visit to suit their wants and needs. By having to make a decision made by tourists to determine the culinary places that will be visited then the construction of a system that aims to support a decision that determines where culinary in accordance with one's wishes in XYZ Regency. Abstract

Suryacipta Swadaya is a company that manages industrial estates. PT. Suryacipta Swadaya manages water in the industrial area to be distributed to 73 companies in the industrial area. Water in the industrial area sometimes has problems that companies complain about. There are 7 types of complaints with an average of complaints from 2017 to 2019, which is 8929 complaints per year. Water complaints for each company vary in the amount of distribution, however the water needs of each company are different even for the same company that has a diversity of water needs each year. Based on this, PT. Suryacipta Swadaya has difficulty mapping the water complaints group based on company needs, so that it is effective in handling water complaints in the industrial area. In this study the grouping of water complaints will be assisted using the K-Medoids method in the process of grouping water complaints so that the handling process can be handled immediately.

Abstract

Customer loyalty for the company is very important if the competition between similar companies is high enough which results in a threat to the company. Customer loyalty is very useful to determine the level of customer loyalty to the company. Customer segmentation is also needed to group customers who have the same characteristics into one so as to simplify the management process. The analysis used is the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model to analyze customer buying behavior in terms of Recency (last transaction time span), Frequency (number of transactions), and Monetary (rupiah issued). The grouping method used is K-Means. The data used in this study are historical data on fish feed purchases from 2015 to 2017. The application of RFM analysis and the K-Means method resulted in 4 clusters based on Elbow calculations. The results in this study obtained the number of objects in cluster 1 as many as 142 customers, cluster 2 as many as 28 customers, cluster 3 as many as 41 customers and cluster 4 as many as 41 customers. The accuracy level of the cluster is measured using Silhoutte Coeffisien with results close to 1 which means the clustering is quite good. The interpretation of the RFM shows that 16.27% of customers have a high potential for loyalty, while 11.11% of customers have the potential as loyal customers, and the remaining 56.35% have a low level of loyalty. It can be concluded that this research can classify the level of customer loyalty using RFM analysis and the K-Means algorithm.

Abstract

Xyz Hotels is a five star hotel which is a development of a leading hospitality company, Xyz Worldwide. In the service industry like this hotel, one of the factors that influences the level of customer satisfaction at a hotel is the right and fast service in serving complaints of hotel guests. Services at the hotel that are carried out every day require employees to be careful in making improvements to services. The problem that occurs is sometimes hotel employees have not mastered the ability in their fields. Hotel employees should receive training before mastering their respective abilities, the reason is that time is always not available to carry out training, because hotels are always full and crowded every day and have trouble finding time for training, so employees, especially new employees are difficult to serve complaints against hotel guests. Based on these problems, the implementation of Case Based Reasoning (CBR) can be carried out in various fields, one of which is in the service sector to share knowledge and experience from experienced employees to new employees, in order to improve service handling complaints of hotel guests. Using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method through four stages, namely retrieve, reuse, revise, and retain. With the aim to solve new problems by adopting the solutions found in previous cases by having problems that are almost the same as the new cases.
