Abstract

So far, students' attendance system in schools is still dominated by manual, which is presenting students by taking notes on the paper which will be recaptured from each student attendance data. Since the recap of attendee data manually performed also affects information about the present recapitulation is still limited to the school side only. Teachers may also experience the risk of missing student attendance data that is sometimes tucked away with other files. To help overcome the problem, designed a student presence application system using QR code based on android in SMK PGRI 28 Jakarta. With this application the teacher can do student presences through the QR code printed on the student card using the android smartphone as a QR code reader, so the teacher no longer need to record student presences manually. So the teacher can minimize the risk of data loss of student presences that usually tucked with other files, after which the student presence data can be processed and direkap by the school.

Abstract

PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara), Announcement of electricity blackout schedule published in newspapers, social media or PLN website, the problem is not all people will see the information the. if the blackout due to technical obstacles, then PLN electricity will be extinguished without any previous information. The system is built using SMS Gateway as a media distribution of information about power outages. The system was built using Gammu as its SMS gateway application and PHP with Codeigniter Framework. With this system, information about PLN's power outage will be easily distributed, targeted and acceptable to PLN customers.

Abstract

MDTA as one of the places of non-formal education is often the location directly join the mosque environment, both facilities and teachers. Therefore, many teachers of MDTA or TPSA are directly double positions as well as Gharim or imam mosque. In addition, the semimanual data recording for teachers of MDTA, gharin mosque, and imam of the mosque, makes it difficult for the District Welfare Department to record the teachers of MDTA, mosque gharin, and mosque imams who deserve annual assistance in accordance with the criteria set by the government, dual positions and must be active in the duties and positions both as a teacher MDTA, gharin mosque, and imam mosque at least 1 year of service. Abstract

Smartphone is one of the most commonly used communication tools in the modern era as it is today. Goods offered from the manufacturer has many models such as camera, ram, memory, processor and others. To make it easier for users to choose the type of smartphone, it takes a decision support system to assist users in determining a decision. The method used is the method of Simple Additive Weighting which is the weighted summing method used in input data and data output from the system. With this system can meghitung and process the data entered to determine the selection of smartphones in accordance with the choice of smartphone that has been determined by the user. The result of this research is to produce an application of decision support system of web based smartphone selection that can help consumer to do smartphone selection according to desire and requirement based on predetermined criteria

Abstract

Diagnosing disease in cats with the support of expert systems is one of the implementation of technological developments that can solve a problem like a human. The study was conducted at veterinarians and veterinary clinics in the city of Padang. The basic problem in this research is e-consulting in handling cat health which will be made a (Cat Clinic) where to consult various ways to prevent and cure cat diseases early and easy by using forward chaining expert system. This expert system has the ability to diagnose diseases in cats and how to overcome them. Currently how to diagnose disease in cats still manually, by conducting laboratory tests, and using paper as a form of calculation of the results of diagnoses performed by veterinarians. Therefore it is necessary to have expert system more effective and efficient for cat lovers, especially women. This expert system is able to help cat lovers to diagnose diseases in their beloved cat, prevention, and how to cope with them.

Abstract

Selection of KKN (Real Work Lecture) or community service is an annual event that will be held by both department and university to carry out one of the activities listed in Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi namely education and teaching, research and community service by the students. But the reality in the field concerned is still less ready in selecting students. The main problem lies in the administration that is still manual so less efficient and accurate data will be generated and the lack of use of information technology. Therefore, the need to build a system that can help generate data to be more effective and efficient so that the quality of data obtained will also assist in the performance of the program. The purpose of this task is to build a decision support system of student selection in KKN program selection using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method which is analyzed based on criteria, type, and weight.

Abstract

West Sumatra is one of the provinces that is most at risk of landslide, due to the condition of the area which is passed by cluster of hill barisan, there are at least 23 point of slope prone to landslide which is in West Sumatera traffic lane to Riau. Supported by high rainfall, the potential for disaster is very high, in 2016 a landslide occurred in 13 points that resulted in the loss of life and swept away the vehicle. Until now there has been no concrete steps in applying technology in disaster management. Based on Law No. 24 of 2007 on disaster management, where in Article 44 paragraph 1 and 2 stages of disaster management allows integration with the technology of the Internet of Thing (IoT), Smart monitoring System is the application of IoT technology. This technology is used to streamline the observation of landslide disaster symptoms to reduce the risks posed by the disaster. This research uses Desaign Science Reaserch Method (DSRM) method. This research will reveal how appropriate models for the implementation of IoT for landslide mitigation. In this study found that all stages of disaster management can be integrated with IoT Technology

Abstract

The role of technology and innovation in providing information greatly affect the circumstances in this digital era, building an information system is a challenge as a benchmark of a company or institution that has the vision and mission to transform an Information. Communities with diverse educational levels of knowledge and experience are in dire need of qualified, accurate information and provide additional knowledge of the latest developments. According to Alan Dennis, Barbara Haley Wixom, David Tegarden (2015: 20): System Development Life Cycle is basically 4 (four) stages: Design, Analysis, Design, and Implementation. RAD is an option in developing information systems at the Indonesian Public Policy Transformation Center. Information system development planning is started by looking at the information system specification that has been running. In the analysis phase, which collects each of the elements as inputs of information needs for the system to be developed. Design, is a phase where designing for physical and soft device architectures between desktop and mobile system information display. Implementation is done after the design phase is fulfilled and Integration becomes the last step until public policy information system is developed. The RAD model was chosen to be one of the methods to improve the service of public policy information system of Indonesia transformasi.org. this public policy information provider service is designed responsivly so that the display will follow the screen of both desktop, smartphone and tablet PC. Conclusions with RAD or Rapid Application Developments are very supportive for the needs of developing a responsive and multiplatform system.

Abstract

This fire detection system provides a fire early warning. This system works using both fire sensor and temperature sensor that is connected to Arduino UNO and Ethernet shield as a link to the internet network. All data obtained by the sensor will be saved in the database. If the data obtained by the sensor reaches a predetermined condition there will be a notification in the form of the system location and notification in the form of text messages to the user smartphone application. Abstract

Paraffin bath is one method of physiotherapy that utilizes hot media, Here peulis make paraffin bath tool that can heat with medianya in the form of wax therapy on this tool can be accessed through android so user can monitor temperature dikala tool left behind. At the time of heating the temperature will reach - + 100 ° C to dilute Paraffin wax contained in the container (container), the temperature setting limits used for therapy is the temperature between 47 ° C to 57 ° C. Hot therapy is carried out using paraffin that has been liquid and at a stable temperature. Temperature of lillin can be set through android according to user or patient needs (user), Therapy process done as much as 8-10 times by dipping body part (hand, foot, etc) that want to therapy into container (container) containing candle which is ready to be used for therapy if the part that can not get into the container can use a brush in a way applied to the affordable part as much as 8-10 times evenly. In the design of this module is divided into two parts, namely the design of hardware and software. The hardware of this tool consists of Microcontroller, power supply circuit, driver heater circuit, Bluetooth circuit, relay circuit and infrared. The software is designed using Arduino IDE c language to provide instructions on ATMega328 Microcontroller (Arduino Uno R3) to operate the tool working system.
