Abstract

Homeless and beggar is a living people and at the same time begging in public. bums and beggars are one of the problems in urban areas, with regard to hygiene, order and security issues that can disrupt the stability and development of the city. The city of Pekanbaru grows well and becomes the centers of economic growth, marked by the establishment of offices, shopping centers, transportation facilities, factories, entertainment facilities, which can encourage homeless and beggars to come. Pekanbaru city government has made efforts to handle homeless and beggars intensively, such as curbing, fostering and empowering the community. All efforts undertaken so far are still focused on how the handling of homeless and beggars who already exist in the city of Pekanbaru, has not been made efforts to prevent homeless and beggars. One way that can be done is to determine the pattern of homeless and beggars. To determine the pattern is needed a method. The method used is the Apriori Algorithm, one of the most popular algorithms on data mining techniques. A priori algorithm is used to generate association rules, with an "if-then" pattern. In the discovery of the pattern of combinations of relationships between items-sets is used Association Rules (Association Rules). The city government of Pekanbaru can formulate policies based on the pattern of homeless and beggars generated.

Abstract

Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus requires multidisciplinary treatment that includes non-drug therapy and drug therapy. Drug related problems, the state of occurrence of a discrepancy in the achievement of the goal of therapy as a result of using drug. Therefore, drug therapy can use traditional medicine as alternative solutions because it has minimal side effects. But seen from the development of information circulating regarding traditional medicine DM-reviewed yet complete. And if the information required aspects are met then it will have a positive impact benefits in terms of medical, especially in the dissemination of information. In the midst of the development of information technology today, the role of the application can help to contribute to improve the situation is the case today. Problems that occur at this time are with the limited media collaborative applications that are in the process of delivering, distribution, and storage of existing knowledge, resulting in knowledge sharing process is inhibited. To solve these problems, this research designed a Knowledge Management System (KMS). KMS was developed with web-based technology Web.2.0. With KMS design, then the process of sharing knowledge is not only shared by every user but is collaborative with the doctor to ensure the dissemination of knowledge

Abstract

Museum Sang Nila Utama is a cultural museum which has 3,819 collections covering geology, biology, ethnography, archeology, historica, numism, philology, ceramics, art and technologics. This museum as one of the cultural center and tourism of Riau Malay. Visitors are usually from schools and local tourists. Current museum visits are declining, leading to a lack of museum services and yet no creative strategies to improve it. Plus the thought that the museum is ancient, boring and unkempt. To handle the problem, it needs promotion media in the form of creative media based on technology. Besides, there is still a lack of promotion media in the introduction of museum cultural objects. One of the needs of interactive media applications and technology-based promotions. Applications as a mobile-based promotional media with Virtual Reality 3D objects tailored to the museum with various collections. This application uses research methods during the modeling process, VR, Mobile and users. This application is modeled using Blender and then processed its VR using Unity Engine. The display of the phone application will display several menus that enter the VR, how to use VR, about VR and out VR. With this application will increase public interest and increase visits to the museum. By making the Museum as one of tourist destination and culture of Riau Riau will bring many regional and foreign tourists. It is also to promote the calendar of Riau Province with the tagline "Riau Menyapa Dunia". With various destinations with various bases ranging from culture, history, religion and culinary typical of Riau.

Abstract

The palm Oil Factory is a raw material industry that processes Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Palm oil Factory has a press station in press station has unit Cake Breaker Conveyor (CBC). The CBC to use to transfer dregs and palm shells as fuel bait. For one unit CBC can be serving 4 press machines the waste and oil palm shells to be transferred are still solid clumps due to pressing process is have temperature of 98oC. In addition to the high temperatures of the dregs and the palm oil shells are dense clumps that cause transfer failure In case of transfer failure, the shell and the oil palm dregs will accumulate at the point of disposal of the press machine, other than that the boiler fuel feed is disturbed because the shells and the oil palm dregs are not sent to the fuel furnace. To determine the As Screw break point in the proper position required a method that can find As- screw breaks on the CBC unit. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic can help calculate where the As-screw point breaks on the CBC, using the input time and rotation speed of the CBC detection motor using the rotary encoder, the output used is the point where As-screw breaks on a 30 meters. This research is expected to be one solution to solve the problems that occur in the palm oil mill especially in the press station.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a hardware (Raspberry Pi) that can connect to the internet with the aim to expand the internet network that is connected thoroughly to the hardware. The development of the Internet of things (IoT) has been widely used, especially in this day and age, one of the utilization of this IoT technology is the control of electronic room light equipment through global network controlled via smartphone that can be operated remotely. This research aims to build a remote-control device by utilizing internet technology to perform the process of controlling the lights based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This research is done by building a prototype with mobile based application using python and php programming language. In this research there is a feature of controlling the room lights with the first condition of control of one lamp used to turn one room light and the second condition is used to turn the lights simultaneously.

Abstract

Inventories system not only could help business to run smoothly, but also to manage organization resources more efficiently. Moreover, the problem regarding inventories are stock differences, between written with the existing stock on warehouse. As a result this could cause financial losses, and if this problem continues, it will makes company's performance decline. One of the causes of stock differences is less regularly stock opname. Therefore, required a physical Inventories system that can help in classification based on the demand level and selection of priority items for the company to perform regularly stock opname. To solve these problems, this research focus to design model for grouping goods based on its handling frequency, lead time, stock opname and other crucial criteria based on company characteristic. We would developed a physical inventory information system using the ABC-Cycle Counting with classification percentage can be set dynamically. Based on data mining method on transaction of retail company the default percentages for each demand level category for A,B and C) respectively are 79,9%, 15,1% and 5%. In addition, a dashboard was developed to display information of classification based on demand level and recommendations information for checking. The results of this research found that a physical inventory recommendation system can help companies to do stock opname regularly, especially in the selection of goods to be checked according to the demand level, to reduce and prevent stock difference between written with the existing stock on warehouse.

Abstract

PLN distribution transformer is a transformer as a voltage-lowering from medium to low voltage which will distribute to customers. In some cases, officers are usually constrained by unpredictable disturbances, especially in power distribution networks to customers which disturbed suddenly and on the distribution station itself which caused the supply of power from the main station are not distributed to area or customers are not supply electrically. In this research is designed a device to improve the officers performance in maintenance and repaired on the network. This device use to detect and give notification of information damage on the FCO (Fuse Cut Out) distribution station based microcontroller through sms. This tool is intended to lighten the duty of PLN officers. This tool is installed inside the distribution station transformer. This system operates if the sensor detects the network outages or damage or trips on one of the distribution station transformer along the network. Due to the position of the tool installed on the end of distribution station, so the tool can detect the interference or damage occurs along the network. The tool will send the information data to the officer via sms.

The development of information technology from various fields is very satisfactory therefore every company trying to make or want to have an information system that can meet the needs of the company. The role of Information Systems is currently in addition to the required company and also produces the information needed as a decision by the leadership of the company. PT. Karya Nusa Mandiri which is a company in the field of event management. for recording sales data and sales quotation quote data, this document is managed by one or more people. The problem that occurs is the distribution of ticket sales quota takes a long time, the sales quota is not sold out because the sales quota division is uneven, Sales Data often come late so that in decision making is also often late, and not appropriate, Search Data transactions are scattered and do not have the same standards cause the search process is often not appropriate, Often wrong in recording sales data so that the data process becomes inaccurate, Promoters difficult to get sales data quickly and precisely. With this system can complete Outlet Quota distribution can be done more efficiently, recorded quickly and appropriately so that no more sales quotas that have not been divided and sales quotas can be sold out, on-line ticket sales can serve customers quickly and avoid going double exchange of tickets, Promoters can access sales data quickly without waiting for settlement from Counter Administration, Search process sales data can be done more quickly and more efficiently

Abstract

Administration is handled by a Secretary in Public Broadcasting Institution – Radio of Indonesian Republik (LPP-RRI) Pekanbaru. Administration is one field which need to be improved to increase performance of LPP-RRI Pekanbaru in giving services to broadly society in Indonesian area. Incoming Letter Administration is done by recording activity of entering letter manually in an Administration Book of Incoming Letter. Aim of this research is to analize Archieving Information System of Incoming Letters which built on Website of LPP-RRI Pekanbaru by using PHP and MySql for local network. So, Administration of Incoming Letters will not be done manually. Methodology in this research is Analyzing Necessity, Collecting Data, Designing of Recording System from Incoming Letters, Implementing Built System. Method is shown by flowchart and use case diagram. This research can help Secretary in organizing Incoming Letter from year to year completely. So, it can increase Secretary’s productivity. In addition, reporting to Chairmsn of Secretary can be easier because it can be done in form of MS Office. Recording process of Incoming Letters can be done faster because its data kept safety and structurely. Results of research shows that this research works as its framework.

Abstract

The island of Sumatra, especially Riau province every year continues to be encroached forest land into plantation land. This land conversion is generally done by burning the land for plantations, resulting in a national disaster in the form of forest fires. The condition of the land in Riau province is largely peat land and resulted in the difficulty of being extinguished during a fire, especially if the fire condition is large and spread. With the condition of peat lands, forest fires have a wider impact with the smoke haze that is difficult to overcome, thus becoming a national disaster. Weather conditions that are increasingly extreme dry season due to global warming, resulting in forest fires become more severe and affect all aspects of community life and animals in the forest. To solve the above problem, we need a detection tool which in the research will be made sistem deteksi dini kebakaran hutan (SD2KH) connected with Internet of Things (IoT), and integrated with mobile phone number of related agencies through SMS gateway. With this tool, it is hoped that the handling of smoke will soon be handled by the relevant agencies, so that the impact of smoke will not become widespread and become a national disaster.
