Abstract

Selected assistants greatly affect the sustainability and quality of student learning outcomes. The recipients of assistant lecturers conducted so far are solely based on the student’s wishes themselves without requirements how become a lecturer assistants. But sometimes it causes difficult problems to get the right assistant lecturer. Therefore it is necessary to have a DSS (Decision Support System) that can assist in determining the great decisions that can be targeted as assistant lecturers. The technique used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is part of the Muti-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) technique by performing weighted summing and ranking techniques for each best alternative. Used as a measure of suitability that corresponds to accurate data based on student history or notes.

Abstract

Public value was a goal to be achieved by public service providers. Currently, public satisfaction with public service providers is still very limited. The scope of information services mostly focus on information dissemination.Value, ideally becomes the basis for modeling a public information service. That was influenced by community character and technical character. The public value approach was useful for increased trust and satisfaction with the delivery of public services. Department of Industry and Trade of West Java Province which has been the organizer of industry and trade affairs at Provincial level become the case study in Value Modeling of Information Service of Industry and Trade with TOGAF Method. The modeling was present in operational governance, operational technical services, process modeling and data modeling to improving the building block and metamodel formulation. That was an effort to improve the quality of information services. Through the modeling was expected to produce transparent information and open the space of collaboration with public participation so as to create the achievement of the public value that has been set in the planning documents.

Abstract

Application of user login data security is designed to secure user login user data at PT. TELKOM Indonesia TBK, HSI Division in Minitools application containing data from customer's internet number. The security of user logni data is very vulnerable to the theft of various irresponsible parties that will impact on the manipulation of customer data in the Minitools application. These problems can be encountered by adding applications to prevent irresponsible parties from being able to read passwords from user login data in the database. In addition, by adding SMS notification feature to prevent irresponsible parties are free to use user login data to access and change customer data on Minitools application. In this paper the algorithm used in cryptography, the cryptography algorithm Tiny Encryption Algorithm (TEA). For SMS notification itself, built using Gammu module as a special software aids SMS Gateway, PHP, and also Wavecom GSM M1306B modem. The result of this cryptographic testing, password data can be secured in the form of text encrypted (ciphertext). With the application of data security user cryptographic login and SMS notification for this login system will make the information system more secure because the password will be encrypted and the authentication code to login to the application Minitools sent to the user's mobile number. From the experimental results, the average duration of the encrypt process is 0.08361488 ms and the duration of the descrypt process is 0.166120556 ms. For the average sms the duration is not more than 10 second.

Abstract

Difficulties Academic and Student Affairs Affairs in collecting data of alumni who have or have not worked and the amount of costs required to obtain alumni data is one of the problems faced by High School Technology Payakumbuh. The purpose of this research is to design tracer study application which can be accessed in real time by alumni as a medium for charging tracer study based on mobile data using Android studio application, and SQLite database as data storage media. The method used in this research is Spiral method. The focus of the research is to design the process consisting of making application architecture, activity model, mobile use case diagram, and mobile class diagram. The design of application interface for alumni consists of registration page, alumni login, main menu, edit alumni data and filling questionnaire, while the application interface design for BAAK consists of login page, dashboard menu, tracer study recapitulation and response rate. Alpha application testing using blackbox testing. The test results obtained some functions and modules and interfaces can run well and can facilitate the BAAK in collecting data graduates / alumni to complete the data required in the Institution Accreditation Form and study program. Subsequent research suggested the addition of an alumni consultation feature, and testing was conducted in beta.

Abstract

Abstract Food crops, especially rice, are important commodities. Rice as the staple food of the Indonesian people since 1950 has been increasingly irreplaceable despite the fact that the government has intensified the food diversification program. It can be seen that in 1950 the national rice consumption as a new source of carbohydrate was about 53% but in 2011 it had reached about 95%. Due to the increasing demand for rice, the supply of rice is reduced and prices are unstable. The amount of demand and supply is a matter of uncertainty. Fuzzy logic is a science that can analyze this uncertainty.The purpose of this research is to know the amount of rice production so that the related parties can determine the policy to overcome the problem of this rice. This research uses Fuzzy Application of Mamdani Method or Min-Max Method by using two linguistic variables. There are 4 stages requiered to get output of this research, they are namely; 1) Establishment of Fuzzy set; 2) Application function Implications; 3) Composition of Rules; and 4) Defuzzification. Based on this defuzzification result we can determine in making decision.

Abstract

The skin has an important role for the human body. The skin has a function of protection, absorption, and expression. Many do not know that some living creatures such as bacteria, viruses or fungi cause the onset of skin diseases. Fungal skin disease is a common skin disease in Indonesia. The symptoms are generally felt will cause discomfort in patients and late to know the diagnosis of disease and handling of the doctor will also cause the handling is not appropriate. Skin diseases of fungal infections can be known earlier by using the field of expert system science. This expert system consists of 25 diseases. From the acquisition of knowledge by an expert, found 82 symptoms and generate 25 rules (rules) are represented using the decision table. The search method uses forward chaining while to deal with the uncertainty that emerges is used certainty factor method from Mycin application. This system is built web-based to facilitate the user. Based on the tests conducted to prove that the expert system diagnosis of skin diseases of fungal infections are able to diagnose with a value of 94,28% accuracy value. Abstract

Immunization is one effort to improve the health (promotion) and disease prevention (preventive) thoroughly and continuously. Immunization has become mandatory in Indonesia, especially for children under the age of 12 years. Currently there are health centers that do not have a historical immunization record of each baby so the records of immunizing all babies are merged into one book. Currently the processing of delivers information held by health care facilities is still using the immunization schedule card provided during registration immunization program. Accordingly communication between health care facilities with parents of babies is not efficient. Therefore the aim of this research is to produce the design of immunization information system that helps the health care facilities to provide information and data about immunization schedule each of baby. On systems that have been designed, the health center can obtain data and information of the babies that follows immunization program quickly, providing an accurate historical data record of immunization and information about immunization schedule would do next. By using SMS Gateway technology that could remind and warned parents about schedules and types of immunization to be received next through these technologies.

Abstract

Posyandu is a place of health services for toddlers and mothers, along with other health services including: checking the health of children under five, weighing the weight, monitoring the nutritional status, giving vitamin A, giving immunization consultation health problems and other health services, the main strategy to reduce the prevalence Nutritional problems are increasing prevention activities through monitoring the growth of children in posyandu early. However, there are some problems faced by these two partners is the low level of public participation to bring children to the posyandu, this is caused by daily busyness and lack of information media, poor nutrition of under-fives, facilities and infrastructure is very minimal, not there is a medium of communication between participants and health workers and experts and still lacks health education. To overcome the above problems, a comprehensive and comprehensive study is needed. The approach used in this activity is Research and Development (RnD) 4D version (define, design, develop and dessiminate). This approach produces the final product is web and android apps. Expected with android web-based Information Technology that can be accessed anytime and anywhere useful for giving information about mother and child health, information about posyandu implementation, whether in the form of monthly weighing activity, giving vitamin A, immunization and storage of maternal and child health data in technology, making it easier for all parties to check whenever necessary, can be a forum / media communication and discussion, especially health issues between posyandu officers with the community

Abstract

Meetings are routine activities held mainly on the scope of educational institutions, one of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA). Although FMIPA UNTAN began to focus on the development of technology. However, not all things done by applying the concept of information technology, there are still activities that are done conventionally one of them is the meeting activities. Conventional meeting involves obstacles such as improper invitation letter invitation notification, so that the participants of invited meetings are uninformed and do not attend the meeting. In addition, the changing meeting schedule is not in accordance with the invitation of the meeting, Another obstacle is the attendance attendance list of meeting participants and minutes of meetings can not be well documented. By looking at the many problems that arise in the implementation of conventional meeting activities can lead to the main objectives of meeting activities can not be achieved properly. Therefore, to overcome the problem requires an alternative solution model of communication that does not depend on the location, distance or time of the meeting. One alternative model of communication is by designing online based meetings application website using UML diagrams (Unified Modeling Language). The design of this online meeting is expected to facilitate the distribution of invitation information directly to the members of the meeting concerned. Meeting participants can enter into the application to find out the meeting agenda that will take place and find out the documentation of the meeting result written by the minutes of the meeting after the end of the meeting.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is an economic valuable resource that has an important role for a trading company. Inventory of goods needs to be managed properly to know the flow of goods inventory entry and entry so as to facilitate company management to make decision. In the management sometimes there are still many companies that have difficulty, either because they often run out of stock of goods or lack of information about the stock of goods that have decreased quality, such as expiration. Therefore, the authors are interested in trying to design a system that can provide early warning against these difficulties. This system is called Early Warning System to support inventory system. In the process the writer first analyzes the Early Warning System and then connect it to the inventory system. Then set the needs analysis of needs, and made the design of the system. The final result will be the design of the Early Warning System that can provide a warning in the form of reports on what items will run out and what items will expire.
