Studies have found that increasing the salinity of dairy cows with Simmental breeds in the herd is important in increasing milk production and creating high-yielding herds. The amount of milk of the cows having 531-560 kg live weight with the type of milk production was 768-1153 kg (P>0,999), milk fat output was 21.6-27.9 kg, 4% milk volume was 540,3-697.1 kg) higher than the different living weight Equinox with the type of milk-meat, and these indicators were determined as 932.5-1401.3 kg), 26.9-38.5 kg.

This study aims to intervene in one of the adolescent patients with hebephrenic schizophrenia who are in RSJ Menur Surabaya. The Researcher gave an intervention in the form of behavioral therapy which is a positive reinforcement to be able to improve the ability of social interaction with others, dare to socialize with the environment or actively participate in groups. The intervention carried out eight meeting sessions. Each session has a different target according to indicators of social interaction. If the client is able to reach the target, the researcher gives an reward in the form of praise, food or activities (for example: drawing) that he likes.This therapy is believed to be able to increase the ability of social interaction. The method used in study is an experimental with a case study approach. Before the behavioral interventions that appear on the client are ideology of greatness, visual and auditory hallucinations, don’t want to communicate with others, like to be alone, lack confidence, and do not participate in group activities. After being given an intervention the client realizes his mind is only an imagination, no longer hears whispers, wants to communicate with others, and is active in a group. The results of this study indicate that positive reinforcement is effectively used as a medium to improve the ability af social interaction on the subject.

Intentions to smoking represents people motivation to smoke. Exposure to anti-smoking ads considered as one of the most effective way to overcoming people intentions to smoke. Current study aims to see the effect of anti-smoking ad on smoking intentions in active smokers. This experimental quantitative study using an anti-cigarette advertisement video as an intervention method. Subjects (N = 20 people) are an undergraduate student who also an active smoker, with aged range from 18-24 years old. The result of paired sample t-test hypothesis showed that there is significant difference of smoking intentions (p <0.05) before (M = 20,35; SD = 0,244) and after (M = 13,85; SD = 0,549) the intervention was given. An average difference of 6.5 indicates that anti-smoking ad exposure can be said to have a major impact to decrease individual smoking intentions. The modeling principles from social learning theory and teror management theory explain the changing in intentions that occured in this study. The implications of this research will be discussed further.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a medical condition, which is characterized by hyperactivity, inability to focus attention and impulsivity, which is persistent. The location of this research is located at SDN Jimbaran Wetan. The child is male and he is currently seven years old. ADHD children now sit in the first grade of Jimbaran Wetan Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving positive reinforcement to the decrease in aggressiveness in ADHD children. The variables of this study are positive reinforcement as an independent variable (X) and aggressiveness as a dependent variable (Y). The Positive Reinforcement Method is a method in which the child with ADHD is given a task to control himself and if the task can be done then the child gets a reword that has been agreed upon in advance, such as if the child shows a good attitude on that day then the child gets a toy gift. This study uses a qualitative experimental approach with within-subject research, namely the type of experimental research that examines an individual's behavior, makes observations, and set a baseline, then intervenes. After the intervention, the researcher made another observation to determine the effect of the intervention. Observations were made just before the intervention, during the intervention and after the intervention using the aggressiveness check list. In filling out the check list, researchers involve class teachers to help control and supervise children with ADHD. Class teachers are also involved to fill the aggressiveness check list so they can find out about changes in the daily behavior of ADHD children in the intervention process. From the results of data analysis it was found that there was a decrease in aggressiveness in children with ADHD. This is indicated from the aggressiveness check list which illustrates that the aggressiveness behavior is increasingly decreasing.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning to read students using SQ3R method with student who don’t use the SQ3R method. The problem in this research is the difficulty of students in identifying a problem in a narrative reading text to determine the character, character, and setting in a story. In this study using a true experimental design research design with two classes in the control class and experimental class and two different treartment namely using treatment and not using treatment. In the control class in order to determine the effect on the two classes of researcher. On the result of the calculation of the classes in the control and experimental class there is a significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using the SQ3R method. Thus Ha: there is no significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using the SQ3R method. Ho: there is a significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using SQ3R method. In this explanation, it is evident that there is an influence of learning to read using the SQ3R method.

The objectives of this research are to find out whether there is any effect and significant difference achievement of students in writing recount text between before and after being taught by using an animation video and how the students’ respon toward the use of an animation video in teaching writing recount text. The research was conducted at SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. Sample of this study is students in first grade TPM 6 class. The method that is used in this research is quantitative method with pre-experimental design. To get the data, the researcher gave pre-test and post-test to the students. The researcher used an animation video in teaching writing recount text. An essay is given by the researcher to the students to know the effect of the students after used an animation video. Based on the result of the research, there are some research findings that can be represented. First, there is significant difference achievement of students in writing recount text. Second, the students’ understanding give a positive respon toward the use of an animation video. In conclusion, the use of holiday animation video gives a significant difference on the students’ achievement in writing recount text and the students’ respon of the use of an animation video in teaching writing recount text are positive.

SongIn English making sentence in the correct language order is difficult for students because English is a forein language. In this research focus on simple past tense. This research was coducted on tenth grade students in SMK Antartika 2 Sidoarjo who have understanding problems in simple past tense. This research aims to determine wether there is a significant influence on students achievement in simple past tense. This study used the pre-experimental design with Wilcoxon Sign Rank test and saturated sample technique. The researcher use the song as media in delivery of simple past tense to make it easier to understand.

The purpose of this study was to solve the problems that existed in grade 8 smpn 2 Buduran namely students' reading comprehension. By using group buzz techniques to improve reading comprehension through recount text. This research uses quantitative methods, through several tests consisting of try outs, pre-tests and post-tests. Some tests are carried out in some time. Before using the group buzz technique students are given a pre-test test. The result of the pre-test was 75. After the pre-test, the use of group buzz technique was applied to the students and then the students worked on the post-test. The result of the post test is 87.42 It can be concluded that the post-test results are greater than the pre-test. This shows that the group buzz technique can improve students' reading ability in recount text material.

The objectives of this research are to find out whether there is any significant of students in teaching writing recount text between before and after by using My Simple Show and how the student’s perception towards the use of this application in teaching writing recount text. The method used is quantitative by using a pre-experimental design and questionnaire, To get data, the researcher gave a Pre-test, and Post-test to students. Based on the result of the research, there are some research that can be represented. First, there is significance of My Simple Show to write recount text. Second, the students perception of My Simple Show to increase recount text. Based on the result of this research, the researcher hope can help the students to increase writing ability in recount text by using this application, and give more motivation to be creative.

The objective of this research were to improve students’ writing skill with implementation on 9th grade of SMP Negeri 2 Buduran in the academic year 2019/2020. The research aim to find whether there was any significant effect in learning achievement of writing skill between an ordinary teaching learning with taught by using picture series. The background of this research has been conducted on 9th grade of SMP Negeri 2 Buduran with high significance of students’ score before and after using picture series media. The researcher choose a quantitative method in this research and the result of the test was analyzed using t-test formula and the result was high level it means accurate for the instrument. The students’ mean pre-test and post-test score were showed that there was difference of the score which is increase the students’ writing skill using picture series. The students’ mean pre-test score is (67.66) and the mean post-test score is (81.34).
