Abstract

LGBT people are illegal and the law and the government guarantee freedom of religion, expression, association, assembly and the right to privacy. This research was carried out normatively with the aim of the State being able to exercise civil rights directly before a judge, as well as social rights such as housing, social security, health, education, and workers' rights. In Indonesia, LGBT people also receive human rights protection in the form of health insurance to help them recover from illness. Recognition or legalization of deviant LGBT sexual orientation is not a human rights issue.

Abstract

Results that obtained in study this concluded that street crime is a rife that is committed by teenagers in the city of Yogyakarta. Acts of crime with sharp weapons, and bullying. In the last 3 months, crime cases have increased. Efforts have been made by Big City Resort Police ( Polrestabes)  Yogyakarta to minimize and prevent crime This street is carried out by (a) Preentif namely conducting outreach or counselling to society including to school, (b) preventive ie do prevention with optimizing function Babinkamtibmas (NCO coach security And Order public) in wards, And (c) Repressive ie do prosecution direct if crime street happen.

Abstract

Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome has a wide spectrum of clinical features, namely macroglossia, defects in the abdominal wall and an increased risk of developing embryonal tumors during childhood. Macroglossia can cause several disorders such as airway obstruction, dysphagia, drooling, speech difficulties and other disorders. To determine the etiology and clinical picture and to differentiate macroglossia in BWS from macroglossia in other diseases so as to be able to make a diagnosis and plan the right treatment. Collecting and analyzing relevant references in the form of journals and textbooks accessed through the Google Scholar, Google Books, PubMed and Science Direct databases. Macroglossia in BWS and macroglossia in other diseases can be distinguished if an appropriate diagnosis is made by means of a complete clinical and physical examination so that clinical symptoms and possible etiological factors can be identified.

Abstract

An unsafe workplace can cause anxiety at work which is one of the symptoms of work stress, the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between age, length of work and work safety with work stress. This type of research is quantitative observational cross sectional study design. The research population is production workers at PT Pertamina Zone 1 Field Jambi, totaling 36 workers as well as being the research sample. Data analysis used the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the prevalence of workers with old age was 58.3%, long service life was 61.1%, work safety was not good at 38.9% and those who experienced work stress were 77.8%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between age (p-value=0.046, PR=1.508), years of service (p-value=0.036, PR=1.591), work safety (p-value=0.013, PR=1.571) and work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the proportions and the relationships between determinant factors to Breast Self Examination (BSE) behavior of Female Student in Public Senior High School 1 Jambi City. This is a cross sectional study. Collecting samples based on proportional stratified random sampling. The primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents. The data analyzed by chi-square test. The result showed; there is a positive relationship between attitude, information exposure, family/mother’s support and peer’s support (poor BSE behavior is 41.3%, poor knowledge is 55.6%, negative attitude is 42.9%, never been exposed to BSE information is 39.7%, were not supported by family/mother is 46.0% and were not supported by peer is 34.9%) to BSE behavior and there is a negative relationship between knowledge (poor knowledge is 55,6%) to BSE behavior of Female Student in Public Senior High School 1 Jambi City.
