Abstract

This research aims to create a web-based purchasing application. With the current purchasing system, there are often errors in data processing and also difficulties in searching for documents because there is no use of databases in the system. Therefore, an application is needed in the management of web-based purchasing data with the warerfall development method. While the analysis and design of the application is done with an object-oriented approach described by UML notation. This system is made using the php programming language and MySql database, the result of this research is the creation of a web-based data processing application that can be used by companies to facilitate the data processing process.

Abstract

Testing for salmonella sp. using Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA) selective media with the Total Plate Count (TPC) method. The lowest ALT results for meatballs stored in the freezer at 0oC were 2.4 x10-5 colonies/ml and the total coliform shelf life was 30 days, which was less than 2400 APM/g, the sample met the standards set by BPOM in 2019, namely a maximum of 10-5 colonies/ml. While the results of the analysis of salmonella sp. the refrigerator and freezer methods with a shelf life of 30 days showed negative results, but the 4oC chiller storage and the other two methods showed positive results for the salmonella sp tested. Therefore, while making Pagoda mustard meatballs, milkfish substitutes can only be kept in a 4°C refrigerator for a maximum of 30 days (1 month).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality on customer satisfaction at The Terrace Restaurant. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 100 respondents who are customers of the restaurant. Linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between these variables. The results showed that product quality and price perceptions had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality had a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. Good product quality, appropriate price perceptions, and good service will increase customer satisfaction at The Terrace Restaurant. This finding has important implications for restaurant management in improving product quality, managing price perceptions, and improving service quality in order to achieve higher customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Research at Foresthree coffee Kemang pratama aims to find out how buyers at Foresthree coffee are influenced by price perceptions, product quality, location and customer satisfaction. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. In particular, the r-count was observed to be greater than the r-scale at a significance level of α 5% with valid results based on the adjusted R-Square value table of 0.831. Which shows that the influence of the three variables together has a fairly strong influence on customer satisfaction Forestgree Coffee Kemang Pratama. The influence contribution value of these three variables is 83.1% on customer satisfaction. This means that the perception of price and product quality and location presented by Foresthree Coffee Kemang Pratama has succeeded in attracting and creating a sense of satisfaction for their customers.

Abstract

In March 2020 the World Health Organization stated that the Corona Virus pandemic (Covid-19) was due to its massive spread and hit all countries in the world. Academics and practitioners are called upon to carry out research activities in order to obtain a mathematical model that can be used to predict the number of people exposed to Covid-19 or other diseases. The researchers previously tried research to predict the number of people exposed to Covid-19 from early 2021 using the Monte Karlo method, the Hybrid Nonlinear Regression Logistic– Double Exponential Smoothing method, the Arima method, the BackPropagation and Fuzzy Tsukamoto methods, the K-Nearest method. Neighbors, Time Series Analysis method, Winter Method and Long Short Time Memory (LSTM) Artificial Neural Network method.
