Abstract

Church renewal needs that the ministry of the church must influence human beings as subjects of the church. This paper aims to provide thoughts on how the correlation between human quality and service planning for the Protestant Church of Maluku (GPM) approaches the One Century of GPM in 2035. Church service planning becomes quality, relevant and contextual, and can be implemented, only when the church prepares the church's human resources properly and quality. The Protestant Church of Maluku approaching one century needs to continuously improve and evaluate itself adaptively, improve its quality pro-actively, in facing various geographical challenges, environmental challenges as well as trends in social, community, and religious change and development. The dimension of human quality correlates well with service planning, as well as with the challenges and problems faced, but also with the nature of the church as a religious organization. Therefore, it is important to map the problems that are being and will be faced in the approach of a century of planning for GPM services. Mapping this problem must be with the aim of achieving idealism while remaining realistic, as a form of GPM growth mindset, growing in faith. At least GPM must pay attention to issues that may become collective reflection, as part of effective service planning for the human quality of GPM, namely: issues of religious life, improvement of the quality of democracy, arrangement of planning in harmony with strengthening human resources, and three serious challenges church is disruption, ecology, and emotion. Thus GPM reflects on the journey of a century of calling for GPM on the land of Maluku and North Maluku

Abstract

Digital literacy has been supported by the development of information technology in Industry 4.0 which has significantly changed and enabled many opportunities for advancement in the community learning dimension. The system connected to the internet network and the availability of information (i.e. science, technology, and art) is a golden opportunity to create the achievements of the marine-isle community, which is always under the stigma of being fallen behind, so that they can get out of the poverty trap into a space of empowerment and mental readiness to enter the era of a new revolution. The approach were used socio-scientific interpretive and narrative method. This article aim is to reflect and capture the existence of the marine-isle community to inspire and motivate young learners to take advantage of easy access to information, and pinned a number of mentality attitudes (soft skills) to achieve success in life. A number of high awareness attitudes in changing the way of thinking and behavior patterns to motivate persons and our society. Thus, at least at the social level, inherent values, hidden internally to develop into young learners with digital characters who are adaptive, proactive, and dynamic. Otherwise, with anxiety, the community will be crushed and shackled by the hustle and bustle of digital advances

Abstract

The use of forest land by the community in the form of dusung is based on the prevailing social system. the social system of the community is influenced by the rules, norms and values that have been internalized in the life of indigenous peoples. The rules of customary norms and values have regulated community interactions that support the strength of social capital. This study aims to determine the role of social capital and the sustainability of dusung management in Maluku. The approach used is a participatory follow-up study (PAR). The results of the study show that various facts and concepts about social and cognitive structures are important factors in revealing the forms of social capital that exist in the community to realize dusung management at the individual, group and village level as a whole. Social capital has played a role in helping the development of community capacity in the sustainability of dusung management, because of the level of security and certainty of a more secure social action

Abstract

Granulated sugar is a sugar commonly used daily to manufacture food and beverages. The demand for granulated sugar continues to increase, but the number of sugar factories and the area of sugar cane in Indonesia is decreasing. This causes a gap between the demand for sugar which continues to increase, and the production of granulated sugar continues to decline, resulting in Indonesia being the largest country importer of sugar. The imbalance between the demand and production of granulated sugar At Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo, East Java, resulted in not achieving the target to meet these needs. Therefore, predictions are made to get an overview of production planning to optimize granulated sugar production so that sugar needs can be met. The prediction method used at the Candi Baru sugar factory, Sidoarjo, East Java, for the 2022 milling period is the Markov Chain method with a four-state divisor, namely drastically down, down, up, and up drastically. The application of Markov Chains produces predictions for each state. It is predicted that the production of sugar with the highest percentage for May – December upstate.

Abstract

In online learning, giving an objective assessment is quite tricky task. Most of exams in online learning are done as take-home exams. Unlike in face-to-face onsite class, in which the students can be observed directly when doing the exam, in online class the students have chance to cheat and work together to gain unfair advantage. To tackle this, the teachers need to modify the exam format. One possible solution is to create some variations of exam questions and distribute them to the students such that they do not get the same set of questions. However, we cannot create too many variations since it would make the grading process more difficult for the teacher. Thus, we need to find an optimal way to do so. In this article, we will discuss how Maximum Separable Distance (MDS) Codes in coding theory can be applied to provide a solution for this problem. Moreover, distribution patterns for class of size 27, 64 and 125 students will also be presented.

Abstract

Let be an extension field where denotes dimension of as a vector space over . Let be the group of all automorphism of that fixes where the order of is denoted by . Particularly, an extension field is called a Galois extension if . Moreover, we will give some properties of an extension field which is a Galois extension. Using the properties of Galois extension, we will show that there is an one-one correspondence between the set of all intermediate fields in and the set of all subgroups in . Furthermore, we will give some examples of Galois group correspondence using an extension field over .

Abstract

Abstract

Technological developments are getting faster, as is the dissemination of existing information, especially on the capital market. In order for investors to avoid losses from the capital market, a method is needed that is able to analyze the movement of the stock price. This study focuses on the application of the Data Scales Analysis (DSA) method which uses a formula with the concept of the same amount of data between the first and second order average differences at levels n and n + 1 for predicting the stock price of issuers, in predicting stock prices in the capital market. The resulting formula is named JIC-FLY 2 which is a new formula used to predict stock prices in the capital market. The population used in this study are issuers who are members of IDX 30 from the banking sub-sector with the sample used is the issuer of BBCA (PT Bank Central Asia Tbk). The results of this study note that the DSA method with this formula is able to produce the best predictive value, namely DSA 12 with an error percentage of 0.035%.

Abstract

Background: Organizational leaders in public sector organizations must pay serious attention to employee job satisfaction because they provide community services. Ensuring employee job satisfaction in public entities is the key to improving service quality and maintaining their consistency in serving the community. Employees who are satisfied with their work will be willing to work hard to achieve organizational goals. Objectives: We aim to systematically review the empirical literature on employee job satisfaction outcomes in public sector organizations across countries. Design: We conducted a systematic review based on previous researchers’ protocols. Data sources: We use electronic databases, including Scopus Search, PubMed Search, Sciencedirect.com Search, and Google Scholar Search from 2010 to February 2022. Review methods: We include articles that examine the outcomes of employee job satisfaction in public sector organizations. The team independently reviewed and determined each study that met the inclusion criteria. Next, the rest of the team assessed the quality of the papers using a predetermined quality assessment instrument. Then to the included studies, data extraction was carried out. Finally, we conducted an in-depth content analysis to identify the outcomes of employee job satisfaction. Results: We have identified 33 outcomes of job satisfaction. We divided these outcomes into six categories: job attitude, performance, happiness, prosocial behavior, work motivation, and customer satisfaction. The team also found inconsistent research results, providing research gaps for other researchers to follow up
