Abstract

Strategi pemasaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Pertama kekuatan (strenght) dan kelemahan (weaknesses) merupakan aspek internal yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kedua faktor eksternal dapat mempengaruhi terbentuknya peluang (opportunity) dan ancaman (threats) dimana faktor ini bersangkutan dengan kondisi-kondisi yang terjadi diluar perusahaan. Menurut teori, analisis SWOT didasarkan pada logika yang dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (strenght), dan peluang (opportunity), namun secara bersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weaknesses) dan ancaman (threats). Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Usaha Restoran Layar Dimsum, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang merupakan restoran yang lokasinya berada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang tepatnya di daerah Deliserdang. Restoran ini menjual berbagai macam jenis makanan/minuman seperti : Fastfood. Harga yang ditawarkan pun juga lumayan terjangkau dan menu-menu yang ditawarkan juga cukup bervariasi. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT, Dimsum

Abstract

           This study aims to determine the effect of the company's health or the value of the company on investment decisions obtained from the aspects of probability, liquidity, cash ratio, and leverage. invest the funds in this decision, in this case the case study company PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The source of the data obtained is secondary data issued by the company in the form of a financial overview from 2017 to 2021 or the previous 5 years where the data obtained several conclusions regarding PT Indofood's company finances, namely experiencing many changes - good changes from probability, liquidity, cash ratio. and leverage in 2017 to 2021 but the influence and decrease in numbers is not that significant even though in 2019 many companies are experiencing difficulties due to the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method of secondary data obtained to be managed from a predetermined formula according to Charles H Gibson in his book Financial Reporting analysis using financial accounting information. The results obtained in this study are that PT Indofood has experienced consistency in managing its finances from the past 5 years and the possibility of a greater return on shares and no losses so that investors can place their funds in Indofood companies. Abstract

The decline in sales volume at the Purnama Store was the reason for the various reasons for the decline. Among them is the influence of the lack of consumer satisfaction and the implementation of sharia marketing strategies that are not implemented as well as other reasons such as the influence of material quality, promotional prices and others. Therefore this study aims to determine the causes of the decrease in sales volume at the Purnama Store from the influence of customer satisfaction and sharia marketing strategies. Using the PLS (Partial Laest Square) data analysis method will issue results on how the influence of consumer satisfaction, sharia marketing strategy and sales volume. The highest percentage gave reasons for the decrease in sales volume of clothes at the Purnama Store. This research is quantitative, using primary data by collecting various answers to questions given to Purnama Store customers. The related data were analyzed using the Microsoft Excel 2019 program. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used PLS (Partial Laest Square) analysis, the Valid and Reali test method, Outer Model and Inner Mode, and Derect Effect and Inner Effect hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was no influence of sharia marketing strategy on the volume of clothing sales, because based on the T-Statistics value, the most significant percentage of influence on sales volume came from customer satisfaction with a P Value of 35,097. Abstract

The offenders are intimately tied to any violations or failures on the part of the organization to carry out its obligations. The performance of an organization is significantly influenced by its human resource management. incorporating into company performance This study looked at the relationship between motivation, corporate culture, and employee performance. The test results demonstrate that motivation, corporate culture, and leadership all have significant effects simultaneously. Employee performance is partially influenced by management and corporate culture, although motivation has little to no impact. The organizational culture and management style both contribute to employee work satisfaction. Employee performance benefits directly from management style and organizational culture as well as indirectly from job happiness. According to this study, corporate culture has the biggest influence on worker performance and job happiness.

Abstract

Service quality is a top priority for PDAM Tirtandi customers in Medan City. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of drinking water services offered to PDAM Tirtandi customers in Medan City, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The theory used is from Zeithml and Bitner, which is a measure of quality resulting from several indicators of reliability, responsibility, security, empathy and concrete evidence. The research method used is a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the quality of drinking water supply in PDAM Tirtanadi Medan City is not fully effective. This can be said to be ineffective based on several metrics that are used as benchmarks for research that is not carried out optimally. Supporting and inhibiting factors also determine the quality of services offered. Keywords: Quality, Service, PDAM

Abstract

Entertainment tax, restaurant tax is one of the taxes that has a very big role in increasing Medan City Regional Tax revenue. With the development of this increasingly modern era, from year to year there are more and more developments of entertainment venues and restaurants in the city of Medan. This study aims to analyze how the supervision of revenue from entertainment tax and restaurant tax is carried out by the Medan City Revenue Service. This research was conducted at the Medan City Revenue Service, which is located at Jalan Abdul Haris Nasution No. 32 Medan, Johore. The variables in this study are entertainment tax, restaurant tax and monitoring of tax revenue through the level of effectiveness of tax revenue. The results of the analysis show that entertainment tax supervision at the Medan City Revenue Service is still ineffective with effectiveness below 80%. Entertainment and restaurant tax revenue in Medan City has not reached the predetermined target due to the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying their taxes and the lack of supervision of tax revenues by tax officials and related agencies. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess and investigate how accounting systems might improve management performance evaluation. The focus of this investigation is Hasanah Cafe. is a company involved in the trade of goods related to food and drink. Qualitative methods were employed in the inquiry. To characterize objects precisely as they are, researchers employ a descriptive analysis methodology. Budgets have been created using bottom-up budgeting, however neither responsibility center codes nor a distinction between controlled and uncontrollable expenditures have been made. The discussion's findings demonstrate that when the budget is created using the accountability accounting approach, the responsibility center manager is only expected to be accountable for costs that can be managed. The aggregate difference between the predicted and realized costs shows that the commercial food and beverage business' performance evaluation was successfully completed. The results demonstrate that by creating a responsible accounting system, management may more readily evaluate performance from lowest to highest rating. Accountability accounting may be thought of as useful if budgets are used and met in accordance with predefined standards. Abstract

Indonesian Islamic bank KCP Medan Setia Budi is one of the banks that offers various types of finacing in order to increase income and improve products. One of which is a gold pawn product, in which a pawn product at the KCP medan setia budi Sharia bank, provides finacing facilities with collateral in the form of gold. this study aims to find out how the implementation of gold pawn finacing procedures at the Indonesian KCP medan setia budi.by using a filed approach, with direcct observation and interview methods, documentation and literature study. It can be concluded that the finacing procedures at Islamic banks in conducting gold pawn finacing arein accordance with the priciples of Islamic law and in accordance with the fatwa of the national sharia council of the Indonesia Ulema council number twenty six about rahn and also refers to the fatwa of the national sharia council of the indonesia ulema council number twenty five concerning rahn. Abstract

The National Health Insurance has received great attention in the Sustainable Development Goals, where one of the main targets is to guarantee a healthy life and promote welfare for all people at all ages or later called Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The National Health Insurance is a social security program based on Law Number 40 of 2004 which aims to provide comprehensive health insurance coverage for every Indonesian so that Indonesians can live healthy, productive and prosperous lives. Whereas Universal Health Coverage is a health system that ensures that every citizen in the population has equitable access to quality promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services at affordable costs. In this study, in its implementation, there was an increase in the Community Health Development Index which was marked by an increase in health service efforts with cross-sector, central and regional synergy towards achieving Universal Health Coverage. The problem found in this study is that there are still many problems found regarding mothers, babies and toddlers. The nutritional status of the people who have a double burden, as well as problems regarding the quality and access to basic and referral health services which include fulfilling the conditions and facilities for basic and referral health services, fulfilling the availability of facilities and infrastructure for health service facilities both medical and non-medical, and not yet covering guarantee services national health as a whole. The purpose of this study was to find out the planning for the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program in Encouraging Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia, especially in Medan City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how consumption ethics in Islam are based on the review of maqāṣid alsharī’a. The method used in this paper is the library method. Based on the results of the study note that ethics in Islam is part of maqāṣid al-sharī’a. The consumption ethics in Islam is no israf and tabdzir, don’t eat food that is forbidden by Allah SWT. The purpose of don’t allowing Israf and tabdzir, don’t eat food and drink that is forbidden, is an effort to safeguard the human soul and reason. Kata kunci: Consumption; Ethics; Maqāṣid al-Sharī’a.
