Abstract

This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT) system based on the Fuzzy Sugeno method for monitoring and securing three-phase electrical loads. The study was conducted quantitatively by collecting data from direct testing of the system being built. The system utilizes the PZEM-004T sensor to measure electrical parameters such as current and power in real-time on each phase, which are then analyzed using fuzzy logic to determine automatic security measures. The test results show that the system is able to detect load conditions with a voltage measurement accuracy level of 99.76% on the R phase, and 99.87% on the S and T phases. For current and power measurements, the accuracy is in the range of 97.13% to 98.09%. The system also successfully applies nine fuzzy rules to make decisions on load conditions, producing security outputs through relays automatically. In addition, the implementation of Blynk application-based monitoring allows users to monitor electrical parameters remotely effectively. Overall, the research results prove that the application of IoT with Fuzzy Sugeno can improve the efficiency, security, and reliability of three-phase electrical systems, while providing smart solutions in energy maintenance and management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis klasterisasi data peserta asuransi di PT XYZ menggunakan algoritma Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN). Atribut utama yang digunakan dalam proses klasterisasi adalah usia, pekerjaan, dan gaji. Aplikasi berbasis web dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel untuk frontend/backend dan Python (Flask) untuk pemrosesan data dan implementasi DBSCAN. Data yang dikumpulkan dari file Excel yang di unggah diproses melalui REST API, dan hasil klasterisasi dievaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Coefficient untuk menilai validitas klaster. Analisis berhasil mengidentifikasi 16 klaster utama dan 1 kategori noise, dengan klaster dominan berisi lebih dari 4.800 peserta. Skor Silhouette Coefficient sebesar 0,74 menunjukkan struktur klasterisasi yang kuat dan valid, menyoroti efektivitas DBSCAN dalam mengidentifikasi pengelompokan yang padat dan mendeteksi outlier. Hasil ini dapat digunakan untuk lebih memahami profil peserta dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan di masa mendatang dalam perencanaan program asuransi dan strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengembangan desa wisata melalui digital marketing, inovasi produk UMKM dan tata kelola kelembagaan BUMDes di Kabupaten Garut agar terwujud Desa Wisata mandiri, kompetitif dan berkelanjutan. Pembangunan dan pengembangan desa wisata sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan mensinergikan pengembangan destinasi pariwisata secara profesional, efektif dan efisien serta dapat mengurangi jumlah penduduk miskin di desa dan menghilangkan kesenjangan. Pengembangan Desa wisata melalui kolaborasi digital marketing lembaga Desa pada aspek implementasi kebijakan BUMDes baik dari sisi tata kelola kelembagaan maupun inovasi produk UMKM yang terdapat pada Desa wisata. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer dari wawancara dengan pengelola BUMDes, pelaku UMKM, pengelola Desa Wisata dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (DPMD) di Kabupaten Garut dan data sekunder dari literatur, jurnal serta situs yang relevan. Populasi 47 Desa Wisata dan UMKM pada 42 kecamatan serta BUMDes yang sudah memiliki badan hukum di Kabupaten Garut. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang diinginkan maka diperoleh sampel 6 Desa Wisata yang terkatagori maju dengan jumlah 30 responden dan 4 informan. Penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel digital marketing, inovasi produk dan pengembangan masih implementasi dilapangan belum optimal pada sedangkan pada variabel tata kelola kelembagaan pada umumnya sudah terlaksana dengan baik pada Desa wisata di Kabupaten Garut. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya kolaboratif dari setiap pihak yang terkait untuk dapat melalukan perubahan - perubahan yang sinergis agar Desa Wisata dapat kompetitif dan meningktakan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-government service quality on user satisfaction of the Pasti Oke Application at the Garut Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This application is designed to improve the efficiency of population administration services digitally. However, in its implementation, there are still various obstacles such as difficult accessibility, system disruptions, lack of clarity of information, and low response from the application manager. The research method used is a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who used the application. The results show that the quality of e-government services has a significant influence on the level of user satisfaction with a contribution of 71.6%. These results provide important implications for the development of more effective and responsive public digital services.

Abstract

Banjir rob merupakan masalah serius yang sering terjadi di daerah pesisir, termasuk wilayah Teluk Lampung, yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan permukaan air laut akibat perubahan iklim dan aktivitas manusia. Fenomena ini berdampak signifikan pada kerugian ekonomi dan sosial, serta meningkatkan kerentanan pemukiman di kawasan pesisir terhadap berbagai ancaman bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan performa algoritma random forest dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam memprediksi kejadian banjir rob di Teluk Lampung. Data yang digunakan mencakup kejadian banjir rob selama lima tahun terakhir, dengan fokus pada variabel-variabel seperti tinggi muka laut, kecepatan angin, dan faktor meteorologi lainnya. Metode pembelajaran mesin, khususnya random forest dan SVM, diterapkan untuk menganalisis data dan menghasilkan prediksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa random forest mengungguli SVM dalam hal akurasi, dengan nilai akurasi mencapai 89% dibandingkan 69% untuk SVM. Selain itu, Random Forest juga menunjukkan nilai ROC AUC yang lebih tinggi, yaitu 0,82, yang mengindikasikan kemampuan klasifikasi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan Random Forest sebagai metode yang lebih efektif untuk memprediksi banjir rob di wilayah Teluk Lampung, serta menyarankan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan dataset yang lebih besar dan beragam untuk meningkatkan akurasi model prediksi.

Abstract

Various efforts have been made by the Garut Regency Government to transform the city into a tourism destination that attracts visitors. Garut’s tourist destinations have the potential to become leading attractions in West Java, as they offer natural beauty and a refreshing climate. However, the management of Garut Regency’s tourist sites has not yet been optimal, which has affected the achievement of regional retribution revenue targets. Data obtained from the Garut Regency Tourism and Culture Office (Disparbud) indicate discrepancies between the projected regional revenue (PAD) and its realization. The urgency of this study lies in how to optimize regional retribution revenue from tourist sites in Garut Regency, given the current gap between budgeted targets and actual realization. The study aims to examine how internal control systems play a role in mediating the relationship between the utilization of human resources and technology in increasing PAD. This research is classified as quantitative, using primary data collected from respondents, including tourists, the Situ Bagendit Tourism Management Unit (UPT Situ Bagendit), and the Garut Regency Government, with a total of 100 samples. The method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using PLS. The findings reveal that the use of technology and human resources influences the Internal Control System, but does not directly affect Regional Original Revenue (PAD). In addition, the use of technology and human resources significantly impacts the implementation of the Internal Control System (SPI).

Abstract

Web technology has become an integral part of the e-commerce infrastructure implemented by MSME players. Through e-commerce, buyers can purchase or check products offered anytime and anywhere. However, they often find it difficult to understand digital marketing strategies, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, and seeing competition that can help increase sales. Therefore, an analysis of the factors influencing sales growth is needed. This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce on revenue growth for SMEs partnering with Grab. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, and data analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with a sample of 100 respondents. The research data uses primary data collected through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to SMEs partnered with Grab. The results of this study prove that e-commerce has a significant impact on revenue growth.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan persediaan obat imunisasi yang akurat penting untuk menjamin kelancaran layanan di Puskesmas Tanjung Rejo, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan stok obat imunisasi menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani, yang mampu menangani data tidak pasti dan menghasilkan keputusan berbasis aturan IF-THEN. Data pemakaian dan kebutuhan obat tahun 2024 digunakan sebagai dasar analisis. Sistem yang dibangun menghasilkan prediksi jumlah persediaan dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 20,33%, dan dapat disimpulkan tingkat akurasi model fuzzy mamdani mencapai 79,67% yang tergolong baik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode fuzzy mamdani efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait pengoptimalan jumlah persediaan obat imunisasi, sehingga dapat meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan stok serta mendukung kelancaran program imunisasi.

Abstract

Problems regarding bandwidth continuity on an internet network often occur due to the lack of maximum utilization of Quality of Service. Without bandwidth management, problems will occur on a network. Quality of Service is the right way to allocate bandwidth in a network because it not only limits bandwidth but also maintains even and stable bandwidth quality. In this study, the methods used are the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) and Per Connection Queue (PCQ) methods by calculating parameters such as Throughput, Delay, Jitter, and Packet loss. The benefit of this research is to compare the two bandwidth management methods and find the most effective method to implement in an ISP. The final comparison of QoS values using the HTB and PCQ methods based on the parameter index values is the same, but after comparing based on the actual parameter values, the PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) method shows superior performance with a higher throughput value of 84%, lower jitter at 13.0948%, and lower packet loss at 0.03%. Although HTB has lower delay at 76.758 ms, the PCQ method is more significant in network scenarios, particularly for stability and consistency in data transmission.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is influenced by several factors. In this case, the government is implementing various programs to improve the welfare of the community. One of these programs is the Family Hope Assistance Program (PKH). Predictions regarding PKH assistance recipients use the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Classification and Regression Tree (CART) methods to assist in the process of determining recipients of the family hope program. The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Classification and Regression Tree (CART) methods produce performance measurements (accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score) from the data of Family Hope Assistance Program (PKH) recipients. The results of this study show that the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method performs better than the Classification and Regression Tree (CART) method in predicting PKH recipients in Pringsewu Regency.
